My dog has always been terrified to go to the vet. Rusty was very gentle with her. I'm extremely happy with him.

I want to thank Dr. Eastburn and his staff for the care they gave our puppy Piper. Unfortunately, we had taken him to a reputable clinic in Bolivar the day he got sick. He was diagnosed with Parvo, we were distraught. Sadly, they did not follow proper protocol, and released him too soon with no instructions for aftercare. Nor did they call for a follow up. Piper became sick again on a Saturday. In our desperation we called every clinic in Bolivar, with no returned calls. We contacted Moore's Vet clinic and Dr. Eastburn immediately called even though he was out of town. We got Piper to him ASAP, unfortunately he could not be saved. They were gracious and very empathetic people, something we did not experience at the clinic in Bolivar. We love our pets like children, and have been in a quandary ever since Doc Stewart retired. Even though our circumstances did not come out favorable with our sweet puppy, it certainly wasn't from a lack of doing all they could. We gave 21 cats and ourselves Great Pyranese Crystal that will need good quality care. Moore Veterinary Clinic will continue to be our chosen source for that care. Read Less

Rusty is like family when it comes to your animals or pets. He really loves his work and is such a gentleman. While I have not tried anyone else, I have no reason to.

On the plus side, they're cheap. On the other side, they're insulting, sexist, and outright rude. The receptionist treated my wife like she was a moron. "Does your husband know how to administer this medicine?" As if she couldn't handle it herself. I had called ahead for pricing of meds and was told they had what I needed. The receptionist said, "I TOLD YOU WE DIDN'T CARRY THAT!!!" Which is, of course, not true. I only called one office, and it was them. My first visit there, they argued about what breed my dogs are. I told them they're purebred and registered, so whether they've never heard of the breed or not, that's what they are. I was told I was robbed, that whoever sold me the dogs lied about their breed. They also told me they were considerably older than what they were. Again, they were simply not familiar with my exotic breed, but I don't think I should have to argue with "professionals" about such things. One of my dogs had some medical issues and was prescribed meds. After three weeks of treatment, she didn't improve much. We went to a different vet down the road. Turns out, Buffalo Veterinary Clinic didn't give us the medication to TREAT the main issue she had. They gave us what she needed, and she was better in about 10 days. My poor dog suffered because this guy just didn't know his stuff. Spend the extra money, and go to a real vet just south off 65. Read Less
