I took my childhood dog here since the day we picked her up and I've had nothing but positive experience with the staff for the 14 years we had her. When it came time to say good bye to her, the whole process was exactly what I was hoping it would be: extremely respectful and accommodating. I couldn't imagine taking my future pets anywhere else.

Every single one of them have been patient, kind and knowledgeable. The assistants are fabulous and the front desk staff is literally amazing. You can't go wrong at Veterinary Group of Chesterfield.

We've chosen Dr. Bilyk as our regular vet and she goes above and beyond. She's amazing. As regards pricing, ALL veterinarians are expensive. There is no discount veterinarian just as there is no discount physician. That's just a fact of life. If you're looking for the best care for your pets in the area, look no further.

4 stars only because I do think they are a bit pricey. However, I trust them completely with my best friend. I am now taking my third dog to them (I only have one dog at a time). I've used a couple of their vets in the past and have settled on only using Dr Gwen Bilyk. She is awesome. She listens, takes the time needed, asks questions, and explains everything so that I can understand and lays out options if available. I've had dogs for over 45 years and been to a number of vets during that time. I completely trust Dr. Bilyk.

I was faced with the very difficult position of having to put my 19 year old cat to sleep and I wanted to avoid having to put the cat through the ordeal of being taken from his home to the Vet. It's always been a problem getting him into a carrier. I made inquiries at their offices about a home visit and heard back from one of the Vets the same day. Dr. Meggan Bayer came to my home the next day and put my cat to sleep while I was holding him. I loved this cat and Meggan was very comforting and understanding. A week later I received a lovely, personalized card again offering condolences. Professional, yet compassionate.

Absolutely do not take your dog here! Every time I have taken my dog to this vet they have run all kinds of expensive unnecessary tests for things that could be diagnosed so easily by a competent vet...
Absolutely do not take your dog here! Every time I have taken my dog to this vet they have run all kinds of expensive unnecessary tests for things that could be diagnosed so easily by a competent vet. I had to take my dog twice in two days because he had in infection and they didn't know where it was from just gave him antibiotics. They just glanced in his ears then had to take him back again a second day for a ear infection after there was blood and wax sprayed all over my walls. But couldn't take the time to look inside his ears on the first visit they would rather rack up the bill so it's 350 dollars for a ear infection they thought reducing the initial visit bill 10$ on the second day was compensation enough for it. Thanks for covering my gas driving to your horrible establishment. I will never use your business again. I would advise anyone else that cares about their animals health to stay away.

I've been going here for almost 7 years now and they provide excellent care. Dr. Harris has an excellent bedside manner, is genuinely caring, and makes sure you understand your pet's issues. Marissa and Christy are awesome groomers. They give my Westie an excellent cut. I also board my pet there and she always seems happy when I pick her up. The boarding staff are always happy to give you updates on your pet while you are away. This is very comforting to me.

I am shocked that there are no other reviews here.Vet Grp Of Chfld is one of the very top clinics in St. Louis.Nearly ALL of the show people go there, and see Dr. Boillat. While the whole facility and advanced technology have high respect in St. Louisd, Many dog show people I know won't see anyone other than Dr. Boillat, he's THAT good.Even show people that move away, make appointments for when they will be in town.The staff is caring, the facility and technologies are state of the art, and the prices reasonable.I live in downtown St. Charles, so it is a trip over for me, but I consider Dr. Boillat, as well as Dr. Goman, with Normandy Animal Hospital and Dr. Wright at Howdershell, to be the vets of my choice, and the ones I will travel to with my animals.

I am a new client to the Group, but an old client to one of the doctors. I will follow this Doctor no matter where she goes...I and my pets trust her dearly. The staff are wonderful. They are always very helpful and sincerely concerned with your pets needs. They also take as much time with you as you need, you never feel as you are a bother. On the occasion that our doctor is out of the office, she still takes the time to let me and my four legged buddies know how their health is procressing. My boys and I thank you all for the wonderful care that you have giving them.

When I write a review I try very hard to provide a mix of pros and cons. An all good or bad review isn't very helpful. But I really can't think of anything other than good things to say. The only bad things are that it is a long drive for us and the emergency hours are expensive (but no more than anywhere else). This is a phenomenal vet group. We have tried many and have not found a good balance of knowledgable and caring until we visited these people. We have had some emergency visits in the past year with your little dog so we have seen several of the vets. Each of them are kind, compassionate and caring. They take their time and never seem rushed even though it is a busy clinic. The vets are encouraged to provide free care to their chosen animal rescue and even surgery for rescues is donated. The price for the rest of us may be a tad higher than the average vet, but hardly noticable and worth the extra nickel. The docs and the entire staff are there because they LOVE animals, every single one who comes in and they are highly qualified as well. After trying many vets, this one stands out and it is the only place I will take the joys of our lives (a small dog and 2 house cats). I also have a friend with exotic birds and there is a vet there who specializes in birds and helps with wild bird rescues. I can't say enough about these people. I am so comforted that I found them.

I was faced with the very difficult position of having to put my 19 year old cat to sleep and I wanted to avoid having to put the cat through the ordeal of being taken from his home to the Vet. Marissa and Christy are awesome groomers. They give my Westie an excellent cut. I also board my pet there and she always seems happy when I pick her up. The boarding staff are always happy to give you updates on your pet while you are away. This is very comforting to me.

I've been to many vets over the years and this is the first Vet I can confidently say, I trust Veterinary Group of Chesterfield. They have my pets best interest at heart. They take care of my dogs as if they were their own. That's why I drive 20-30 minutes to see them.

Dr. Bell was very professional, nice, careful, and gentle, and she related to our puppy very nicely. She correctly diagnosed the puppy's injury, and all is now well.

I am shocked that there are no other reviews here.Vet Grp Of Chfld is one of the very top clinics in St. Louis.Nearly ALL of the show people go there, and see Dr. Boillat. While the whole facility and advanced technology have high respect in St. Louisd, Many dog show people I know won't see anyone other than Dr. Boillat, he's THAT good.Even show people that move away, make appointments for when they will be in town.The staff is caring, the facility and technologies are state of the art, and the prices reasonable.I live in downtown St. Charles, so it is a trip over for me, but I consider Dr. Boillat, as well as Dr. Goman, with Normandy Animal Hospital and Dr. Wright at Howdershell, to be the vets of my choice, and the ones I will travel to with my animals.

I am a new client to the Group, but an old client to one of the doctors. I will follow this Doctor no matter where she goes...I and my pets trust her dearly. The staff are wonderful. They are always very helpful and sincerely concerned with your pets needs. They also take as much time with you as you need, you never feel as you are a bother. On the occasion that our doctor is out of the office, she still takes the time to let me and my four legged buddies know how their health is procressing. My boys and I thank you all for the wonderful care that you have giving them.

When I write a review I try very hard to provide a mix of pros and cons. An all good or bad review isn't very helpful. But I really can't think of anything other than good things to say. The only bad things are that it is a long drive for us and the emergency hours are expensive (but no more than anywhere else). This is a phenomenal vet group. We have tried many and have not found a good balance of knowledgable and caring until we visited these people. We have had some emergency visits in the past year with your little dog so we have seen several of the vets. Each of them are kind, compassionate and caring. They take their time and never seem rushed even though it is a busy clinic. The vets are encouraged to provide free care to their chosen animal rescue and even surgery for rescues is donated. The price for the rest of us may be a tad higher than the average vet, but hardly noticable and worth the extra nickel. The docs and the entire staff are there because they LOVE animals, every single one who comes in and they are highly qualified as well. After trying many vets, this one stands out and it is the only place I will take the joys of our lives (a small dog and 2 house cats). I also have a friend with exotic birds and there is a vet there who specializes in birds and helps with wild bird rescues. I can't say enough about these people. I am so comforted that I found them.
