Really helpful, caring staff!! Some of our paperwork was in Japanese since we just got back to the states but they were still able to use it for their files. They took really great care of our dog during his neutering appt. and they even offered to take his stitches out for free after 2weeks, no appt necessary. The prices are really great too, much lower than everywhere else I tried. It ended up being about $100 to get a 1yr old German Sheppard/Rot (big boy lol) fixed including anesthesia and meds afterward. Read Less

I had never used this vet before and we are new to the area. I called because our little guy was shaking and in pain and something was wrong. Even though they were booked, they let me drop him off to be seen in between patients. They made the time! Most places would schedule you for an available slot (that alone said a lot about this place). They called me later to pick him up and explained to me what was going on after doing an xray (which we requested be done if needed) and checking him over. Now we have medication for his aching bones and know how to help him. He's been great since leaving there and has been running and jumping like he used to. EVEN IF YOU LIVE A GOOD DISTANCE AWAY, BRING YOUR PETS HERE! You'll be glad you did. Also, we were surprised with how cheap our bill was, just another plus. Also, I'm sure every employee there is great, but our baby was seen by Dr. Katie. (I didn't get to see her, but if she's reading this, THANK YOU! They never really helped us at all. Told us we where fine with our first mother goat at her second birthing when we said something was wrong. "We had to shot her after a prolaps. Lost two of the three kids. They said they had never seen anything like it before." Took our second mother to them they did a full check up, gave her meds, charged too much, dropped her and she died the next day. Probably from a infection even after antibiotics because they used a very dirty bottle of lube on her. Should not have let them touch my goats. Over 1000 dollars spent every goat died! We are getting out of the goats because it seems all the vets in this area know nothing about goat care. Very sad and very mad! I still have nightmares. Read Less

Very caring. We had a dog named Petey. He was only 3 yrs old and developed an aggressive form of cancer on his jaw. They worked with us for months trying to save him. Even did a mandiblectomy. (Removed the affected area of his jaw) We were all so hoping he beat it but 6 mths later it had returned full force in his chest with no hope of recovery. This dog was so full of love. 136 lbs of it! Everyone who worked there came in to say good by to him. And we all sat on the floor and cried together. If that is the kind of doctors and staff you like taking care if your animals, then by all means, use them as your vet. The same treatment was given to all our pets who became old or sick. Read Less

Everyone we have met at CCVS was kind & patient with us (worried pet parents that we were) and carefully listened to our concerns with regard to our cat on our very 1st visit. They gave us many options, as far as the diagnosis and the treatment, understanding & balancing the welfare of our cat with our financial constraints. They are efficient & knowledgeable, and they take time to clearly explain everything. They made a very difficult situation as comfortable as possible for us, even sending us a sympathy card (with handwritten notes from all the staff) after the eventual passing on of that cat. They continue to care for our other kitty cats, as you can see from the photo of one of them who was on the verge of kidney failure & is now doing much better. This vet is the first one that my dogs go to without a struggle. Dr. Loula is great with them, and even after one of them having surgery there and having to stay overnight, she still goes in without a big commotion. Also, with all the great care we get there, they still have among the best prices in town. They are well out of my way, and I pass seven veterinary clinics on the way, but I think that they are worth it! Read Less

Truly a great place to trust in taking care of your animals. The doctors really take their time with the clients and the animals. They are extremely consistent and thorough in their work. The staff is attentative to your arrival, answering questions and checking you in/out. The facility is very well equipped with just about everything to treat anything, including livestock holding pens, fenced corral/pasture, seperate large animal barn/treatment building and upscale equipment. We have been clients since they opened doors and cant say enough positive things about this business. They have treated our hogs, horses and dogs with great care, were so glad we have them to call on. Read Less

Brought my dog in for a scheduled simple nail trim and while he is difficult to get them cut (he got nipped and drew blood the last time we visited) the staff had no motivation to get them clipped. The prescribed medication that was given to me the previous time to relax my dog did not work. They wanted to sedate him, clip his nails, and then reverse it, just for a nail trim, all on my dime or wait until another weekend so they could up his dosage. I had a scheduled appointment at 11:15 and got put in a room for 30 minutes before they finally came in to look at my dog and decide they didn't want to trim his nails. I will not be visiting this clinic again. They did not want my business today and I realize a simple nail trim isn't a high priority, it is still something that my dog needs. Read Less

Dr. K Loula along with all of the staff took tremendous care of my Lovey girl. They were honest but thoughtful in their approach with what could have been an extreme loss for my family. Dr. Loula was willing do what needed to be done to save Lovey's life and did so with outstanding results. My friends and family are amazed with what this small town veterinary office was able to accomplish. Might I also say that all the staff was invested in Lovey's care and worked most of a Saturday to see that she was taken care of. So grateful for them all. Read Less
