Been taking my dogs to this practice for 29 years. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Frank McLaughlin and Dr. Kimberly Sanders. They are in communication with Missouri University School of Veterinary Medicine in Columbia. This place is top notch. They now, also, have a full grooming service.

Was charged 400 dollars for X-ray's and a staff google search and told nothing was wrong with our dog, to have the dog die after 3 days of him suffering...
He ended up having a jagged piece of plastic...

He ended up having a jagged piece of plastic and a small ball in his stomach, but we were informed after the fact that those things wouldn't even show up on a X-ray...
We were never told to come back are get a second opinion, just that he would be fine..
It seems the staff was more concerned about making money and beating the traffic home that night then our pet, that was in need...
We have a 2 week old baby and are dealing with the death of my oldest son's mother, now we have to cremate the dog my son fell asleep with every night a long with his mother...
If you value your pets life I would suggest the many other animal hospitals in the area..

Very caring. Prices are better than the other places I have been. I had a problem making it over there to pick up medicine for my dog before they closed. They made sure I got what I needed. And said I could mail them a check. Since I had just had surgery. It was hard for me to get there. No other vet would have done this.

Our dog has seen Dr. Urday since she was a puppy. They are so patient with her and always give her extra love!
They also help with common dog training issues, much like a pediatrician would. They have given us advice on potty training, leash walking, etc.
Highly recommend!!
On a sadder note, if you have to let a furry friend pass on. They have a quiet room furnished like a home, where you can say goodbye for as long as you like. They even let my cat stay in my lap during the euthanasia. It was so comforting for her and I to let her go in peace.

When I moved into a new apt complex and they required that my kitty friend required all these shots, I was so confused. So I started looking around the near by hospitals with good reviews. I have been going to the Heritage hospital for 3 yrs now and they have always been great. They are kind people at heart and shows thru great service and empathy towards your furry child. My cat can get very shy when he's at a new environment but the doctor and the staff took a great care of him. He didn't (probably) even feel the shots he got because the staff got him distracted while doctor was injecting the vaccine. I'm so thankful for the great service they provide each time and I love coming here!

We had moved to a new part of town and I was looking for a veterinary clinic close to home. The Heritage Veterinary Hospital was recommended by a family member so we decided to give them a visit. Since day 1, we have been incredibly happy with their staff and services they provide (prices are reasonable, too!).Their facility is large/comfortable and most importantly clean. Although my little one tends to get nervous, the staff always speaks to her in a way that calms her nerves. Thank you for always taking great care of my little furbaby!

Brought my shichon, Piper, here after having a less-than-favorable experience at another vet in the area. We met the most caring staff, were given all the info we needed to make healthy decisions, discussed using natural remedies before medication, and got answers to all of our questions.
Piper's spay went very smoothly as well. Dropped off and picked up the same day. Upon pickup, they provided very clear instructions, gave me a number to call in case of complications (there were none), and armed me with her medication.
I am also impressed with their technology. It's very easy to book appointments, they send you reminders and request confirmation. (Probably why they're so prompt.) They have an online pharmacy and a great website too. I love the pictures they post of their "patients" and the updates and tips from their Facebook page.
It's great to have peace of mind after our visits, very reasonably priced, great environment, super staff... I can't give enough positive feedback. So glad we found Heritage.

They provide great care and they are pleasant to work with. It is handy to be able to print out pet id cards that show our dogs' photos, shot records, weight and chip numbers from the pet portal. I am also impressed with their technology. It's very easy to book appointments, they send you reminders and request confirmation. (Probably why they're so prompt.) They have an online pharmacy and a great website too. I love the pictures they post of their "patients" and the updates and tips from their Facebook page.
It's great to have peace of mind after our visits, very reasonably priced, great environment, super staff... I can't give enough positive feedback. So glad we found Heritage.

We met the most caring staff, were given all the info we needed to make healthy decisions, discussed using natural remedies before medication, and got answers to all of our questions. They provide great care and they are pleasant to work with. It is handy to be able to print out pet id cards that show our dogs' photos, shot records, weight and chip numbers from the pet portal. I have emailed questions and received prompt answers.

If I could fill 10 stars, I would!!!! Dr. Sanford and Dr. MacLaughlin are the best! They're patient, warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My dog couldn't be in better hands. Lynn, Molly and the other staff and always welcoming and very patient with this first-time dog owner. I've been coming to them for 9 years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I've recommended them to all my friends who are pet owners.

Our family has been taking our kitty to these great folks at heritage vet hospital since she was a wee one. They are fabulous. You can call the vet 24/7. They have great hours including evenings....
