We got a puppy two weeks ago. We stopped by Kendallwood before picking up the puppy. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff. They always seem genuinely interested and concerned about our pet. The medical care is superb. I love the website where I can email about an issue. Someone always answers my email before the office is even open! This means I always get timely assistance with medical issues. Love that they are open on Saturdays. I wish my doctors office was this good. 🐶. Thanks to everyone at Kendallwood.

I was very happy with my experience at Kendallwood. I was greeted warmly and was given any assistance I needed to fill out forms and the wait was a matter of 5 minutes. The vet was very reassuring and had my pet's best interest at heart including keeping her stress levels down. I would surely recommend this animal clinic to family and friends. The facility was clean and smelled clean as well.

I recently moved to the area and was recommended Kendallwood animal clinic by a coworker. I took my dog there to get a simple check up due to her age and so she and I could get to know the Vet there. Because of her age he recommended bloodwork and I am so glad he did!! It came back that she was starting to have liver problems and if he hadn't suggested and been thorough I wouldn't have known until it was too late. I am very impressed with this Vet, his clinic and his services. I am happy we found him and will definitely recommend Kendallwood to everyone!

I just got off the phone with a vet there and was very put off. I was wanting the sanitary shave for my mainecoon and asked if it was something they offered. Her reply was hesitant and then responded with yes but only if they behave well. I instantly was concerned and asked of it was something they do often as I want my pet to be safe and comfortable. She was not comforting or reassuring. I was very dissatisfied with her response and would be very upset if I would've taken my cat there and he had a bad experience. We had a Mobil vet come out and she made us and the kitty feel comfortable and was very reassuring.

I would not recommend this vet to anyone. Dropped my dog off so they could do some xrays and when I picked her up she was very wet with her own pee. I don't know if they didn't take her out at all or what, also when we got home she drank a lot of water which made my think they didn't offer her any water either. The service at this clinic is not what it use to be. I won't be taking my dogs back to there.

I took my dog to Kendallwood Animal Clinic and explained that I had had a dog before that had Cushing's and this dog was displaying the same symptoms. I asked them to test her for Cushing's. They ran a blood test and told me it was thyroid, and said she didn't have Cushing's. (Cushing's is not diagnosed by blood test). The thyroid meds helped, but did not alleviate all her symptoms. I told them this and they just tested her blood again to redetermine the thyroid med dosage, which was correct. It is 8 months later, and I have since moved to another state. I took her to the vet near my new home and they determined she had Cushing's in one visit....but will not treat until it is verified with the observation test for Cushing's. She goes in for that next week. It makes me a little sick that Kendallwood would not test her for it. It is a serious endocrine disorder that, if left untreated, can lead to very serious and costly complications. If you take an animal to Kendallwood, be sure to be insistent that this is your animal and you are familiar with it's behaviors. Do not let them blow your beloved pet off when something serious could be wrong. My pup is now facing lots of tests and treatments and some of them could have been avoided had she been treated properly at the onset of her symptoms. They also failed to review her diet and exercise... never even asked! My new vet has made changes to her diet and routine and I am determined to see her remaining years be happy and healthy with their help.

This Clinic is run by a bunch of thieves. A quote over the phone for boarding turns from a simple 50 dollar 2 night stay into a 100 dollar barrage of shots and boosters. The problem they fail to see (after speaking with Dr Larry who didn't seem to care) is that when you get a quote, someone should stick to the quote. A simple brush up on customer service skills would do them a lot of good. I'll never go back there again after their shady practices. My first visit turned into a 250 dollar bill that I couldn't avoid as I was literally packed and ready to go out of town on business. They sure know how to put you in a position and get more money out of you. Beware of their business practices.

I recently adopted a 1 year old dog that is a breed known for getting ear infections. I noticed that one of her ears was bright red, so I called Kendallwood and made an appt. for the next day. I arrived at the clinic and was helped immediately by a more-than-friendly staff. The vet and her staff took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and how I could prevent it from reoccurring, as well as answer all of the other questions and concerns that I had. I will continue to take my dog to this clinic for any and all goods and services that I may need.

Vet sold me some Hairball medicine. She tried to give it to my cat while we were in the office. Cat wanted to have nothing to do with it. She sold it to me anyway and told me if she didn't like it to bring it back. Got home and tried to give it to my cat several times-still would not have anything to do with it. Took it back to the vet & she denied telling me that I could bring it back and refused to refund my $10.00. I now have a tube of Laxatone that costs me $10 and I am out $10.00 !!!!!! If they state that you can return it-get it in writing---they seem to have a short memory.....better yet take your animal elsewhere, I know I will !!!!!!

We had a Mobil vet come out and she made us and the kitty feel comfortable and was very reassuring.

I would not recommend this vet to anyone. Dropped my dog off so they could do some xrays and when I picked her up she was very wet with her own pee. I don't know if they didn't take her out at all ...
I would not recommend this vet to anyone. Dropped my dog off so they could do some xrays and when I picked her up she was very wet with her own pee. I don't know if they didn't take her out at all or what, also when we got home she drank a lot of water which made my think they didn't offer her any water either. The service at this clinic is not what it use to be. I won't be taking my dogs back to there.

I took my dog to Kendallwood Animal Clinic and explained that I had had a dog before that had Cushing's and this dog was displaying the same symptoms. I asked them to test her for Cushing's. They ran a blood test and told me it was thyroid, and said she didn't have Cushing's. (Cushing's is not diagnosed by blood test). The thyroid meds helped, but did not alleviate all her symptoms. I told them this and they just tested her blood again to redetermine the thyroid med dosage, which was correct. It is 8 months later, and I have since moved to another state. I took her to the vet near my new home and they determined she had Cushing's in one visit....but will not treat until it is verified with the observation test for Cushing's. She goes in for that next week. It makes me a little sick that Kendallwood would not test her for it. It is a serious endocrine disorder that, if left untreated, can lead to very serious and costly complications. If you take an animal to Kendallwood, be sure to be insistent that this is your animal and you are familiar with it's behaviors. Do not let them blow your beloved pet off when something serious could be wrong. My pup is now facing lots of tests and treatments and some of them could have been avoided had she been treated properly at the onset of her symptoms. They also failed to review her diet and exercise... never even asked! My new vet has made changes to her diet and routine and I am determined to see her remaining years be happy and healthy with their help.

This Clinic is run by a bunch of thieves. A quote over the phone for boarding turns from a simple 50 dollar 2 night stay into a 100 dollar barrage of shots and boosters. The problem they fail to see (after speaking with Dr Larry who didn't seem to care) is that when you get a quote, someone should stick to the quote. A simple brush up on customer service skills would do them a lot of good. I'll never go back there again after their shady practices. My first visit turned into a 250 dollar bill that I couldn't avoid as I was literally packed and ready to go out of town on business. They sure know how to put you in a position and get more money out of you. Beware of their business practices.

I recently adopted a 1 year old dog that is a breed known for getting ear infections. I noticed that one of her ears was bright red, so I called Kendallwood and made an appt. for the next day. I arrived at the clinic and was helped immediately by a more-than-friendly staff. The vet and her staff took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and how I could prevent it from reoccurring, as well as answer all of the other questions and concerns that I had. I will continue to take my dog to this clinic for any and all goods and services that I may need.

Vet sold me some Hairball medicine. She tried to give it to my cat while we were in the office. Cat wanted to have nothing to do with it. She sold it to me anyway and told me if she didn't like it to bring it back. Got home and tried to give it to my cat several times-still would not have anything to do with it. Took it back to the vet & she denied telling me that I could bring it back and refused to refund my $10.00. I now have a tube of Laxatone that costs me $10 and I am out $10.00 !!!!!! If they state that you can return it-get it in writing---they seem to have a short memory.....better yet take your animal elsewhere, I know I will !!!!!!
