High Ridge Animal Hospital has the advantage of convenient location serving High Ridge, House Springs, Fenton and the surrounding area. Our modern and progressive practice provides routine preventative care, advanced early disease detection and intervention, as well as comprehensive senior health care for your aging pet. We also will make same day appointments for sick pets.
We offer up-to-date in-house diagnostics including blood work, radiology and cardiology with EKG and blood pressure analysis. We maintain a well-equipped and complete surgical and dental facility. Doctors have access to advanced over-night specialty diagnostics as well as outstanding local and university veterinary specialists. At High Ridge, our goal is to provide the highest quality veterinary medicine, surgery and service possible.

Recently brought my GSD for her annual check up and shots. They had 2 emergencies just before we arrived. Due to that we waited a while, but the staff was very apologetic and made up for that by working with me on the bill!. I know people hate to wait, but as I told them, if I had an emergency with my dog, I'd hope others would be patient too. They are great with my big baby who doesn't like shots, or nail clipping or just about anything. She's still excited whenever we get there.

It is an absolutely blessing that Dr. Stair took over this practice and raised the bar to what gold standard medicine looks like; at an affordable price, I might add. Dr. Stair did surgery on my dog, Max, who grew a lump on his leg that felt like a simple fatty tumor. She recommended that we send it off for testing to make sure it wasn’t anything serious and it came back as a grade 2 mast cell tumor!! I’m glad we took that thing off!! Thank you for saving Max’s life! You and your staff go above and beyond for both me and my animals comfort! Thank you Dr. Stair!!

As soon as I walked in there were cats everywhere! And cat hair! I know that I'm not the only person in the world allergic to cats. I know that you are a vet hospital but have a little respect for your customers. That's probably why I won't be one. I was only there for my friend. I will continue to take my pets to Imperial Animal Hospital. They are very clean and no animals are just running around.

Love this place! This place is my vet, groomer, boarder. I have a high energy lab and they take such good care of her. They spend time playing outside with her without nickel-and-diming me over "outside time". EVERYTHING is so reasonably priced. They just want her to be happy. This has meant the world to me. So glad I found High Ridge Animal Hospital.

When Abby had surgery this week they took such good care of her and any questions I had I was able to call and get answered immediately and if I was worried I could call anytime she's doing very well and they called and checked on her and I'm very pleased with the care she has received. And anytime we have brought Chloe in she also has gotten the best of care. Thank you Dr. Fowler an Dr. Stair and all of you at High Ridge Animal Hospital you are a great team.

You will love Dr. Gwen and her staff. Not only have they taken care of my cat Skittles (the devil cat), but they continuously continue to remind me that Mr. Biscuits is overdue for some shots. You can't beat the service, they even loan you a transporter if you don't have one, and their fees are VERY reasonable for a Vet. Goodbye Imperial Animal Hospital...I'll be driving to the Ridge to see Dr. Gwen.

Thank you for not declawing cats! Any veterinarian who does not perform barbaric outdated unnecessary p3 toe amputations on a once healthy cat is tops in my book. I take my cats and dogs to a veterinarian who does not declaw cats, even if I have to travel an extra 20 minutes, it is worth it, they don't cry and whine in the car anymore like they used to when we used our ex-vet who declawed. Animals are sentient beings, not property for humans to mutilate. No wonder they used to cry on the way to our ex-vet, they were wondering if any of their body parts were going to get amputated.

I take my dogs here for everything the Groomer here is the Best! Her name is Becky and all I have to do is ask my dogs if they want to go see Becky and they get excited. She does whatever cut I ask ...
I take my dogs here for everything the Groomer here is the Best! Her name is Becky and all I have to do is ask my dogs if they want to go see Becky and they get excited. She does whatever cut I ask for on my two Maltese and on my female one I always get her ears colored hot pink. If you want you can have the paws painted. I don't ever have a problem getting an appointment to see her or the vet and everyone is very friendly. The vet even calls and checks on the dogs if they've been sick and he's treated them.

Recently brought my GSD for her annual check up and shots. They had 2 emergencies just before we arrived. Due to that we waited a while, but the staff was very apologetic and made up for that by working with me on the bill!. I know people hate to wait, but as I told them, if I had an emergency with my dog, I'd hope others would be patient too. They are great with my big baby who doesn't like shots, or nail clipping or just about anything. She's still excited whenever we get there.

Dr. Stair did surgery on my dog, Max, who grew a lump on his leg that felt like a simple fatty tumor. As soon as I walked in there were cats everywhere! And cat hair! I know that I'm not the only person in the world allergic to cats. I know that you are a vet hospital but have a little respect for your customers. That's probably why I won't be one. I was only there for my friend. I will continue to take my pets to Imperial Animal Hospital. They are very clean and no animals are just running around.
