***updated.. My dog did not have parvo she just didn't like her food. We have switched back and never had another scary event. So glad I called another vet. I usually don't write reviews but I read reviews to help determine places I like to buy or visit. I feel after speaking with this vet they somewhat discriminate on the owner of the animal. I am somewhat a new pet owner to rescued animals and my older dog who is fixed chipped and goes to a groomer has had diarrhea They had me in tears stating it was probably parvo because there is a bad case. So she needed to be seen today. They were really nice in the morning and supportive talked to multiple people. After I was done scheduling I researched parvo website after website. My dog doesn't really match a description of a dog with parvo. I recently changed her food and it sounded more as if that was the issue. So when I called back first she couldn't find my appointment asked if I was calling the right place I insisted it was she than found our appointment under diarrhea and started naming off prices. OK hold on a second all of the information I was told earlier is completely different than what she is babbling off. Than tells me cash only I'm glad I called I have a debit card like most people use in 2018. Than told me I said my dog had vomiting and diarrhea. I once again never told them my dog was vomiting because she isn't. Well she proceeded to tell me it was up to the doctor and if they wanted to do a test blah blah I cancelled my appointment not because of the price but because of so much miscommunication and trying to diagnose my animal over the phone putting words in my mouth. I do not take my children to a doctor that treats me poorly either so I would not take my animals who are family to a place of that kind either. So I would rather pay more money for my animals to be seen and looked at for diarrhea than save a couple bucks for a place that would rather talk about money than ask questions.. be informative on information given and taken ...and may actually like there job and care for your animals. I will spend 100 $ more to get that respect. Read Less
