My German has been seen there since he was a pup. I took him in for an eye problem spent a few hundred dollars. The pills they gave me didn't do anything for him. The problem had gotten so bad now ...
My German has been seen there since he was a pup. I took him in for an eye problem spent a few hundred dollars. The pills they gave me didn't do anything for him. The problem had gotten so bad now that we took him to a new vet that cost ($50) for the visit, nail trim and the meds. They told me my dog had allergies WRONG it's a staff infection. I will never take any if my animals back. The staff is super nice but that's it!

We have been going to here for almost 15 years. Yesterday we took our lab in near their closing time. Our Star had dug a sore that popped up recently leaving a big whole in the area on her leg. Af...
We have been going to here for almost 15 years. Yesterday we took our lab in near their closing time. Our Star had dug a sore that popped up recently leaving a big whole in the area on her leg. After explaining she had cancer and all the option, we had to make the most difficult and unselfish decision to put her to sleep. They gave us plenty of time to get our entire family there to say goodbye and to give her a favorite meal of cheeseburger and Biscoff cookies. They allowed us plenty of goodbye time before and even after they gave her the shot. They made sure we had a large enough room with a blanket for her. We were all sobbing and I'm sure I saw our sweet vetrinarian had watery eyes too. Thus prooving that they are compassionate to us and our fut babies. They helped us to make sure we'd get her ashes and a clay paw print as a memory. I more than highly recommend them. We will continue to bring our 2 year old fur baby to them.

I'm here visiting family and found myself in need of a vet near my Moms in Independence who takes walk-ins on an early Saturday morning. When I'd first brought my cat and best friend home from the shelter she didn't seem to be feeling well. I'd never owned a cat before and didn't really know what was wrong with her. When I brought her in for a checkup, everyone was so sweet to her! She immediately warmed up to the vet and assistants and they were quick to give me advice on how to make her more comfy at home on top of the general check up. They were phenomenal with my baby, and I highly recommend them for all animal parents in the area.

No stable groomer; lots of changes. Not sure why I need Bordetella twice a year before I can get grooming. Excellent staff. Lately I feel more about money than my dogs.

They were wonderful! After previously using another vet and reading their reviews I was lead to them by my mom. Though my dog has cancer, they treated him very great, and the Dr showed empathy toward the situation. I dont have much money and told her that and she is helping in everyway possible to help me prolong his life and keep him comfortable as well. I gave him his first meds today and within hrs he began acting like himself. Thank you to the wonderful caring vet and for not overcharging for my pets health. I recommend them to anyone who needs a good vet

Dr. Griswold, a fellow Iowa Stater, was such a sweetheart with our cat K.C.He was limping so they ran tests and figured out he has bad arthritis in both front elbows and gave meds and laser treatment....

When I'd first brought my cat and best friend home from the shelter she didn't seem to be feeling well. I'd never owned a cat before and didn't really know what was wrong with her. When I brought her in for a checkup, everyone was so sweet to her! She immediately warmed up to the vet and assistants and they were quick to give me advice on how to make her more comfy at home on top of the general check up. They were phenomenal with my baby, and I highly recommend them for all animal parents in the area.

They were wonderful! After previously using another vet and reading their reviews I was lead to them by my mom. Though my dog has cancer, they treated him very great, and the Dr showed empathy toward the situation. I dont have much money and told her that and she is helping in everyway possible to help me prolong his life and keep him comfortable as well.
