Very nice doctor and staff. They were very patient with my cat who was not liking having her blood drawn. They gave her treats to help calm her down. They gave her a prescription and were able to fill it there so I didn't have to go to a pharmacy to have it filled. I called for an appointment on Friday and they were able to work me in even though they were really busy. Read Less

Very compassionate. We only go on Wednesday’s to see Dr BRAWLEY as we’ve taken our dogs there for almost 30 years. She’s semi retired. Hence the Wednesday’s. New vet is also very nice but set in my ways. My husband carries Posie in and out. She just crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday. Read Less

We absolutely love the staff at Picture Hills! They are so compassionate and understanding. A few years ago when I had to put my dog down they made me as comfortable as they possible could and made the experience a little less traumatizing with their compassion. With our other two dogs they are nothing but kind and knowledgeable. Our one is terrified of people and they take their time to make sure she knows that she is safe with them. Dr. Sims goes above and beyond to make your furry babies feel right at home, and treats them as if they were her own. She takes time to answer any questions no matter how small and helps you feel comfortable to ask questions about the care that your pet is receiving. She took great care of our cat when she was sick and got her in same day, which was wonderful. Picture Hills Pet Hospital also has a place to board your pets, which we recently used for both our dogs, one of which is diabetic, and the other is prone to seizures. Her expertise gave us great peace of mind knowing they were in excellent hands, and we knew they were receiving the same great love and attention that they get at home. We even got updates from the office while we were away on how the dogs were doing. I can't imagine taking our furry babies anywhere else. Recently started taking my Pom here for Cold Laser treatments for suspected partially torn CCL and Luxating Petella (hopefully spelled correctly). I was very pleased from 1st visit with thoroughness of Dr Simms & staff. All are so friendly, caring & patient to explain everything. I just watched the dental procedure they posted & am so impressed they took time to show pictures & explain the procedures so we know & understand what's involved & what our pets go through. We have been bringing our babies here for at least 12 years and the entire staff is so caring and wonderful! I'm forever calling them with crazy health and behavior questions and they always take the time to help me in whatever way they can. We have 3 cats right now plus 2 foster kittens and Dr. Sims is the only person besides my husband and myself who can really set our skittish "middle child" Edward at ease. Dr. Brawley was there with us through the painful loss of two cats over the years and through many happy moments too. When our baby Lorenzo needed to see a specialist at Blue Pearl for orthopedic surgery, the entire staff showed their concern and Dr. Sims even called to check in the day he was released from the hospital. I can't imagine ever taking our babies to any other clinic. I would definitely recommend Picture Hills to any cat or dog parent!Read Less

I can not say enough great things about this office! Our Golden had struggled for over a year with an ear infection that we couldn't clear up. They were great the first few times I brought my dog there for just normal physical, but when I had to bring my dog in when his face was all swollen, he couldn't stand and had very fast breathing. I had to carry him in the door and they looked at me and one asked if something was wrong with him. They then told me that it was their lunch hour and told me I should come back later or find another vet to go to. I finally got in the back and they had me waiting forever then did an asperate on him which I didn't tell them to do. I asked for them to do the basics as I didnt have much money, but then they refused to give me the medication unless I paid for it even though I didn't want it. They were all very rude and very inconsiderate. The next day I recieved a call from the owner of the clinic telling me how very sorry she was for the treatment of my boy and I and she couldn't believe how/why her staff would be that way and that is the reason I give it two stars is because she was thoughtful and kind enough to call me. I did not go back, so I do not know if they have changed or not, but I dont think they would be a vet I would count on if you really needed themRead Less
