I have been taking my pets to Northside Animal Clinic since 2011.
I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Dr. Campbell is caring and compassionate and obviously cares about her patients. One of my dogs got very sick a few months ago and ended up being diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. Campbell has been so patient with me as I learn to care for him and always willing to answer my questions honestly. I totally trust them to care for my fur babies' health issues, and am totally comfortable boarding them there on occasion when necessary. I am so glad this facility was recommended to me by a friend, and I do not hesitate to recommend it to others. Also, their fees are very reasonable in comparison to other vets in the area.

I wish there was a way to flag this as less than 1 star, or with an exclamation point. Never take your fur babies here. If you just have a pet, and don't care about them, this is the place for you. The woman at the front desk does not care about your animals. The Vet is incompetent. My dog clearly was suffering from kennel cough, and the Vet instead decided to treat him for an upper respiratory infection. So, even though we caught it day one, he was misdiagnosed and given medication that would not help his situation. Days were wasted while we tried this medication until we could actually get him in to see real doctor's that care about peoples fur babies. (BLUE PEARL IS AMAZING!!). Thanks to the misdiagnosis, he is now at risk of getting pneumonia, and passing this along to our other baby. With him being a Yorkie, this is life threatening! Thanks to the incompetence that has been displayed, not only in this visit, but past visits as well, we will be going to a Vet that actually cares about their patients in the future.

If you ever expect them to call you back for any medicine they have to order or anything else you'll be waiting for ever. It's been almost 2 weeks waiting for them to call me to let me know if medicine for my cat has came in. I had to call them and then they tell me they have to call me back to let me know. Waited 6 hours and still no call. Needless to say I will be finding a new vet

Our dog got hit by a car and the receptionist was rude and told us they didn't have time for us today and to go somewhere else. It was 830am. She could have been a little nicer if she did not have time, but seriously who doesn't have time for a hurt dog. They lost a client today. We wnet to their competitor up the street-Cross Roads Animal Clinic and they are by far superior to them. They are super friendly. We of course are moving our records there!

This is the only vet in liberty that is legit. Every vet I've spoke with in liberty is twice as much an will charge you for unnecessary tests.

I have been taking my dog to Northside animal clinic for 7 years. Dr. Campbell is incredible. She is very passionate about her work and the animals she treats. I trust her completely. She frequently suggests holistic, less expensive treatments as an option for my dog, which have been very successful. Her staff is wonderful - but swamped with so many adoring clients! I have always received a call back in a timely fashion. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have been to a lot of vets before, but this vet seemed very not together. The desk lady was very rude . I called multuliple times in regards to my animals and she said she would call me back and never would.finally I would have to show up in person to get the information and she seemed put out by my requests. I had to get my animals treated twice because the meds would not work and I was not told how to keep it away and the third time I came in when my pets were still sick she didn't take me serious and basically said I didn't know what I was talking about. I will never go to this clinic again. They were unhelpful and I've spent a fortune to no success.

Julie Campbell, DVM, treated our 11 year old Shepperd mix like she had known him forever. He has had a problem w/his ears and been treated by other Vets with only partial success. This Vet nailed it and our dog is finally getting the relief he deserves. Also, he has been licking himself, we thought perhaps it was because his joints hurt, since he's an older dog. She diagnosed it as allergies, and in just the first day he's already stopped licking and chewing his joints. And, the RX was less than $6.00. The Vet was professional and courteous, not just to us, but to our scared little dog. As soon as we arrived, they put us in an examine room, we didn't have to wait in the mail lobby with all the other dogs and cats, which really unnerves our dog. I would have no reservations in recommending this animal clinic and feel blessed that we finally a clinic that will give our pet the help he needs at a decent price.

Julie was suggested by a coworker after my daughter's dog developed a severe eye infection. I honestly wasn't sure if I would be bringing the little guy home, it was very serious.She calmly assessed the situation and took into the account that finances wouldn't warrant going to a specialist. She worked with me on other suggestions than a specialist and was willing to take a slow approach and see how it went.We are going back in a few days and I'm happy to report he seems to be doing better. Best thing is, it didn't drain the CC I had available for his care... I feel encouraged by his progress and will continue to go to this clinic in the future for my petcare needs.

I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Dr. Campbell is caring and compassionate and obviously cares about her patients. One of my dogs got very sick a few months ago and ended up being diagnosed with diabetes. Our dog got hit by a car and the receptionist was rude and told us they didn't have time for us today and to go somewhere else. It was 830am.
