Boarded our cat with special needs for anxiety meds over the holiday season, for 12 days. Instructions were not followed and I was not contacted about any issues, including all of the wet food for her medication running out- I took them enough for 20 days!! There were no documented notes on her stay, including a weight check. They are unorganized and their communication is horrible!!! I will never use their services again and I will make sure our regular vet and groomer know that they should not refer anyone here for cat boarding. Paid way too much for this disappointing service and animal care πŸ‘πŸ˜  Read Less

I have had several bad and horrific experiences with 2 vet clinics resulting in 2 fur baby deaths. Then finding a clinic that is good but the vet was not a likable person to our dog or us. Finally we found Veterinary Center of Liberty! THANK YOU LORD! The vets are sweet, good with our dog, professional and caring enough to do additional research to find the cause of our dog's problem. We have only seen 2 vets thus far, Dr Andrea Grow who is doing the research that I spoke of and Dr Lori Rohlfing who has seen Katy one time. We love them both! I knew when I first started talking to Dr Grow this was the right veterinary clinic! After Dr Rohlfing went through the results of Katy's blood work with us and explained everything, she gave us a copy of the blood work! We never got copies of anything but the bill at the other vet clinics. The facility is clean and they provide 5 star dog treats for the fur babies. I have also observed the doggie daycare they have there without them knowing and I liked what I saw! GREAT JOB GUYS! Read Less

As much as this review pains me to type, I feel it is necessary. I have been a customer of Cobblestone Vet Clinic for over fifteen years. I have had great experiences, and not so great experiences..however, I always felt that the staff had positive intentions, and were genuine people, devoted to their practice. After today, I will not return, nor recommend someone to their practice. I arrived at their clinic around noon with a 9 year old dog showing symptoms of GDV. Her stomach was extremely bloated, and hard, she was having difficulty breathing and standing, and was shaking rapidly. I advised the front desk of her symptoms and was brought into an exam room. There were no other animals in the waiting room or being seen at the time. After five minutes, a woman entered the exam room and advised me "the doctors were having a meeting and would be unable to see me for two hours." I clarified with her that the doctors were in fact in the building, but could not see my animal because they were in a "meeting." The woman confirmed this with me and advised me I could wait, or come back later. I left the exam room and spoke with a different employee at the front desk (Jan) who advised me she would "ask in the back." I legitimately watched her walk back and speak with a veterinarian and return to tell me "there's nothing we can do. They are having a meeting." I stood there and watched three veterinarians that I know by name walk around and gather things for lunch before stepping into their meeting. I have never been so disturbed by the lack of empathy or care. I asked the other front desk employee "if my dog dies right here, was that meeting worth it?" She replied to me "maybe you should've brought her in earlier." I am stunned that an establishment can call themselves an animal clinic, yet not administer care when an animal is brought to them. I do not care what the subject of your meeting was. I brought an animal to you for treatment, and you decided that your lunch was more important. Read Less

We have been using Veterinary Center of Liberty sincere moved here in June 2006 and have always been pleased with the level of service they provided to our 4 legged family members. However, that has now changed when we took my almost 8 year old Golden Retriever in for an appointment For his annual vaccines and to look at a small lump on his front knee. They did some test and said he had none cancer. They then told my husband he would have maybe 2 months to live so they did not want to give his vaccines. We brought our Golden Retriever home to make him enjoy the rest of his life. This all happened on May 27, 2015 it is now June 24, 2016 and my beautiful Golden Retriever is still enjoying life despite the tumor grwoing around his knee. They refuse to give him his vaccines without charging us 100s of dollars for a medical checkup which they already know what he has. We are taking our Golden with us camping to Florida July 1st and he needs acurrent rabies vaccine that they won't give him and made it clear they will not give us anymore of his pain/inflammation pills until after they see him since it has been over a year. This will most likely be his last family vacation and want him to enjoy his time at beaches and the state parks. Would like them to make it right and do the right thing since he has clearly surpassed his life span with his bone cancer.Read Less

I recently took my childhood cat to their office for what I thought was a simple eye infection, expecting to be given antibiotics and sent home. Unfortunately it turned out to be stage 4 kidney failure with little to no chance for him to regain his health. discussing my options with the doctor she was kind and caring. she went above and beyond with what you would expect. She answered all of my questions, she was very gentle and loving towards my cat. When the day came that it was time to let him go she made us feel better about the decision we had made she allowed us to bring in things to make my cat more comfortable like a pillow, and blanket. The whole experience as awful as it was she made it better. After a couple days had passed I received a card in the mail stating how sorry they were for my loss. I have never experienced such kindness from a vets office before. I could go on about my amazing experience but I wont. I will just say that if you are looking for a new place to take your fur babies I highly recommend this clinic. Read Less

This is hands down the best place I have ever taken my fur babies to for care! I am so glad my friend referred them to me. We see Dr. Glenn and she always patiently listens to my concerns, puts me and my pet at ease with her calm demeanor and offers great care, insight, as she truly cares. She promptly follows up where needed and goes above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a warm and quality clinic! I have also frequently taken both of my dogs here for grooming and we are always pleased with the results! They go in looking something like dirty overgrown dust-bunnies and come out looking dapper and smelling fresh as babies breath! :) Also there is usually a handmade little bow on their collars which gives them an extra little caring touch. They never forget their ear hair either, which I appreciate because other places have and that is important for their health! The facilities are nice and all of the staff and patrons I have met are very friendly. I have considered boarding here before, though I haven't needed to yet, but I know if I ever do, this is definitely where I will be placing my furry family! A huge thank you to them for all the difference they have made in our lives! Read Less

The Veterinary Center of Liberty has been my dog's primary veterinarian since I moved to Liberty a few years ago, and I couldn't be happier. You will not find people who genuinely care more about your pet. I've heard people say that this clinic is too expensive, and to that I say, you absolutely get what you pay for. If you want a veterinarian who will just bring you in a room, give you pet a few vaccines, and send you on your way, then sure, go wherever you like. If you want a veterinarian and staff that will treat you like family, do everything they can to ensure your pet's health, and provide your furry friend with the best care possible, then the Vet Center is the place to go.The Vet Center, owned by veterinarians Al and Lori Rohlfing, is staffed by four veterinarians, a handful of registered veterinary technicians, four or five groomers, several receptionists, and numerous kennel staff. Every person I have ever met at this business is friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. I am in the area a lot, and I always see the kennel staff out walking dogs. Rain, wind, snow, or shine, those dogs are getting some exercise! For yearly checkups, the staff will take the time to check your pet from head to toe. They will show you what they recommend for your pet, and why. Prices for vaccines, heartworm testing, examinations, and preventative medication are fair and comparable to other clinics. When I lived in my old apartment, my dog used to struggle with skin issues related to allergies. Dr. Glenn was very tender when examining my little guy, and took the time to write out a "treatment plan" for him, detailing what medications she recommended, as well as things I could do at home to make him more comfortable. The next time I saw Dr. Glenn, quite some time later, she asked about how his skin issues were doing. The Veterinary Center of Liberty also offers doggy daycare (Dogs Unlimited Daycare), boarding, and grooming. During daycare, you dog will be walked three times throughout the day, and have one or two sessions of monitored playtime with other dogs his or her size. I've taken my dog several times, and I think it was only something like $12. He always comes home exhausted. I have also boarded my dog a few times and have never found any reason to be unsatisfied. I think they take your dog to daycare, too, if you board them?I could go on and on about this place, but I'll leave it at this: if you are near the Liberty area at all, I would recommend the Veterinary Center as the place you should trust to care for your pets. Lucy and I think this the best Veterinary service. All the doctors and staff go above and beyond. We recently lost Becky after 16 years and l'm sure she would agree too.

Doctor Glenn. ..there is no words I can use that would even come close to explaining how compassionate she is to animals in her care. She takes her time to build a re pore with animals in her care, they are not assembly line animals with dollar signs..for her they are individuals, who she treats as such. Calming my doxie, kisses and hugs to my boxer..I cannot describe how wonderful it is..that for her they matter. If your animals matter to you, I highly reccomend Dr Glenn, nothing is too much trouble. I will NEVER go to anyone else..period. Read Less
