They are loving, compassionate and caring I wouldnt take my pet to anyone else and Dr Robertson doesnt run unnecessary tests but he and his associates also wont rule out running a test just to save costs! SUCH A GREAT PLACE> I wish I could give them a 100 star review. We walked in this morning without ever being there before. Devastated, with 3 crying little girls (and a crying mommy) who's heart where breaking for their pet.. They immediately took our baby in. The held her and talked to her like she was their own. We felt so much better just being there. The doctor came into our room first thing and started caring for her. They cared for her without asking for anything from us. They were even willing to allow us to make payments for her care if we needed to. They really do care about animals and have a staff with big hearts. I wish I knew the name of the girl that we worked with at the front desk. She was so sweet and helpful working with us. We were a hot mess and she helped us feel at ease. We dropped our pug off this am, gave the dose and time for her insulin as well as requested pain medication for her as she refused to take her pill. Was assured she'd be taken care of. When they called to explain her results the vet said we just need to put her down b/c he doesn't think we take care of her even though we follow the directions of her treatment to a T and at the first sign that anything is off we take her to them. Anyone who knows us knows how loved and we'll taken care of our fur babies are. We then found out this afternoon that neither have thet given her her insulin nor pain mefication. So our poor baby has been sitting in a cold cage all day being neglected and suffering. Shame on you Cobblestone! Read Less

Dr. Robertson and staff are the most compassionate animal lovers and people friendly individuals I've ever met. They have cared for my five dogs and two cats through the years. When the time came for the passing of my beautiful old man, Quincy (golden retriever), they made a difficult decision less painful. It has been 6 months since his passing and the grief is still strong, but his last minutes were peaceful and loving thanks to Dr. Robertson. They even sent me a beautiful sympathy card. I continue to see Dr. Robertson, even though I live in Springfield. The drive is worth the care for my pets. I tell everyone with pets that they should use Cobblestone for their pet needs. I have used Cobblestone for about 6 years and have had 4 cats neutered there as well as various injuries. Dr Robertson is very willling to discuss your options and doing things the most cost effective way and at explaining the problem. The front staff are all- but one- wonderful and very helpful as well. I haven't had any dealng with the other vets though...but would definitely recommend Dr Robertson if you want a caring, less expensive vet, but that is truly and completely competent! Read Less

I've been going to this clinic for about 8 years. If you go you have to ask for Dr. Robertson.One of the lady vets there does not know what she is doing. Took my ailing dog to her because my dog had a baseball sized lump in her throat. She wouldn't even look at the lump and took x-rays of her lungs saying that was the problem. Took the dog to another vet and diagnosed it as cancer so we had to put the dog down.All I can say is that Dr. Robertson has taken extremely good care of our dogs and cats in the past. He is an outstanding veterinarian, but not so sure on the other 2 ladies there..... Read Less

my puppy was acting weird she couldnt stand took her here the vet did a parvo test and told me she did not have parvo she had a intestinal bacteria had me buy the medicine. took dog home hoping for the best. less than 24 hours latter in the middle of the night took my dog to the emergency vet in springfield they in turn did a parvo test and told me my dog had the highest count of parvo they ever seen to make a long story short after paying off $1500 in bad checks and my dog in the hospital for a week with ivys and a never ending mess to clean from throw up and runny poop the vet said he was extremly surprise she made it. thank you emergency clinic Read Less
