They helped me get my beloved companion, Ghost, cremated and were extremely passionate and empathetic during the entire process. After picking up his very beautiful, customized box of ashes, they sent me a sympathy card in the mail with a piece of a paper with his paw print in it with all their names signed on the inside... I, for one, really appreciated their kindness in a time I needed it the most. Strangers there hugged me and it didn't feel forced, I saw a few of them cry when I did, these are people who really care about what they do. We started taking our dog to Dr. Bader after another local vet grossly overcharged us for some services. Our girl was already a senior dog when we started going to him. Him and his staff have always been great with her. Recently we had to do what every pet owner dreads and put our sweet girl down. He met us on a Saturday afternoon and took care of her and therefore us. We received her remains back in a beautiful box with her name carved in it. All that and it was at a reasonable price. Ryan and his staff are absolutely fantastic. On numerous occasions took our dogs in immediately when we had an emergency arise. I have seven, yes 7, large dogs. Dr. Bader and his staff treat my pack as they would their own. We have had surgeries, parvo, cuts and bruises, and seizures. He has taken excellent care of them all. Took my cat here last year. Loved it. Took my dog to get his teeth cleaned n now I love it more! His teeth are descaled, breath smells better! When I picked him up the vet was taking him potty! Teeth cleaning was 1/3 the price of Springfield vets! Worth the drive from the Northside! Read Less

I was previously a satisfied customer of this business until I called today and made an appointment for the same day to see the vet because my dog's legs aren't working properly. I took off work early and drove all the way from the north side of Springfield only to get in and be told there was no doctor to see me (after being told "Not today you don't" when I stated I had an appointment) and have the person who made the appointment (Cherry) refuse to take responsibility for the fact that she made the appointment for tomorrow but did not tell me that it wasn't for today and then act like I should have somehow known there wasn't a doctor when I was given a list of appointment times to choose from without being told it was for a different day. I really like Dr. Bader (obviously, since I drive from Springfield to see him), but after the inconvenience of this entire experience and the fact that my dog could have possibly gotten in elsewhere today had I been told the appropriate information, I will be finding a new office.Read Less

Dr. Bader aka Ryan has treated my pets as if they were one of his own.  He has answered calls in the middle of the night and answered messages on Facebook well after office hours.  My favorite part is he understands that we are working class people who don't always have time to leave our jobs to get to the vet so he offers a drop off when they open their doors.  I have never been more pleased with a veterinarian before!  He keeps the costs low and won't try to up sell you into things that aren't necessary!  Thanks Ryan and staff!  You guys are da bomb! Dr,. Bader is a very compassionate person.  I had never seen this man before when I called him on a Saturday, my dog was very sick and I could not get her in to a vet anywhere in our area.  Dr. Bader said to bring her in even tho it would be after they would of been closed.  I cam all the way from Kissee Mills which was over an hour drive.  He was very caring and made my dog as comfortable as she could be.  She did not like vets but did not put up a fuss at all.  I will continue to go to this caring man who cares more about the care of your animal than he does about the cost.  In this day and age it is great find a vet who cares...... I am very particular about where I take my pets for their healthcare needs. I have a cat and a large dog that are both spoiled to death. I did some looking around for a suitable vet after I moved here and was quite satisfied with Seven Hills vet clinic. All the staff members are very nice and helpful. I always have a next to nothing wait to see the doctor. Both my cat and dog love Dr. Ryan! He keeps the charges low on everything so you don't have to spend a fortune to get quality healthcare for your animals. The vet talks with me about everything in an easy to understand way and makes sure to spend time going over everything. I really enjoy the small clinic that is close to home.
