Ryan and his staff are absolutely fantastic. On numerous occasions took our dogs in immediately when we had an emergency arise. The entire staff helped to carry my dog in and fixed him up right away without expensive needless tests. Dr. Vader is extremely wise, really great prices, and great service. I drive from Springfield and wouldn't even consider switching to someone closer. Thank you for all you do.

I have seven, yes 7, large dogs. Dr. Bader and his staff treat my pack as they would their own. We have had surgeries, parvo, cuts and bruises, and seizures. He has taken excellent care of them all. He even does a yearly "farm call" to see and vaccinate them all. I know of no other vet in the area who gives better care and support to our family. You rock, Dr. Bader. Thank you.

Took my cat here last year. Loved it. Took my dog to get his teeth cleaned n now I love it more! His teeth are descaled, breath smells better! When I picked him up the vet was taking him potty! Teeth cleaning was 1/3 the price of Springfield vets! Worth the drive from the Northside!

I know he, and the team will always give me an honest answer to my questions and I am a person who doesn't like things sugar coated for me. I always love coming in and having them to see the horses or goats. Great place full of great people.

I was previously a satisfied customer of this business until I called today and made an appointment for the same day to see the vet because my dog's legs aren't working properly. I took off work early and drove all the way from the north side of Springfield only to get in and be told there was no doctor to see me (after being told "Not today you don't" when I stated I had an appointment) and have the person who made the appointment (Cherry) refuse to take responsibility for the fact that she made the appointment for tomorrow but did not tell me that it wasn't for today and then act like I should have somehow known there wasn't a doctor when I was given a list of appointment times to choose from without being told it was for a different day. I really like Dr. Bader (obviously, since I drive from Springfield to see him), but after the inconvenience of this entire experience and the fact that my dog could have possibly gotten in elsewhere today had I been told the appropriate information, I will be finding a new office.
