Trying very hard to state facts rather than speak from emotions. Because my anger is blinding. I have taken my cats to All Creatures for 8 years. 3 boys and most recently my first girl. My beautiful girl Chloe. We took her to be spayed in February 2017. I noticed her stitches didn't look right immediately. We took her back in several times. They took lots of x-rays and insisted it was a "fatty mass". Normal. Nothing to worry about. The mass kept getting bigger for the next few months. But I trusted what I was told. Finally my girlfriend Tina convinced me to take her to another Vet. After a single x-ray even I could diagnose the problem. The poor job they did on her sutures caused an opening in her body wall and over time allowed her intestines to push through. This means my poor little girl has undergo another surgery in the morning. She'll be stuck in a kennel for another 10 days to heal. And I'm out another $650. The money is the least of my concerns. The trauma my little girl has to suffer is infuriating. You can make your own decisions with your pets. As for myself I can say that All Creatures Animal Hospital will never see me again. Unless they want to try to do the right thing and pay for the surgery required to fix their mistake. They have my number. I won't be holding my breath.

Very unhappy with this place. They spayed my rabbit and I had to take her to another vet to get checked out. She ended up having a life threatening surgery to recover from what the vet that apparently ‘specializes’ in pocket pets messed up. Thankfully she’s safe and sound. Don’t pay all the money when it comes to your babies. Go somewhere else. This place isn’t worth it. When I called to get my money back the attendant was VERY rude and was sassy on the phone. So unhappy. Please don’t use this place. Animals are our family not just pets.

I have boarded my cat here twice. I can not say enough positive things regarding the staff. I was sent pics & texts regarding my cat. When I called they were patient & kind. I was out of town for a week & my cat was brushed daily( he is a long haired cat)so when I picked him up he looked the same as when I dropped him off. I will continue to use VCA all creatures animal hospital for boarding & any other veterinarian needs

My lab is a frequent visitor to the vets office for rashes because she's allergic to everything and never wants to lay down in the vets office (b/c she is always to excited) and the vet is always happy to lay down on the floor tell look under my labs belly.

My puppy was throwing up and had diarrhea. I called VCA 10 min before they closed and they got me and my puppy in before they left. And they aren't even the vet we go to normally. That should show you how much they care for these animals. They were all super nice and didn't seem bothered by us walking in even when they were closing.

Very unhappy with this place. They spayed my rabbit and I had to take her to another vet to get checked out. She ended up having a life threatening surgery to recover from what the vet that apparently ‘specializes’ in pocket pets messed up. Thankfully she’s safe and sound. Don’t pay all the money when it comes to your babies. Go somewhere else. This place isn’t worth it. When I called to get my money back the attendant was VERY rude and was sassy on the phone. I have boarded my cat here twice. I can not say enough positive things regarding the staff. I was sent pics & texts regarding my cat. When I called they were patient & kind. I was out of town for a week & my cat was brushed daily( he is a long haired cat)so when I picked him up he looked the same as when I dropped him off.
