Found Cloud when I began having trouble getting into the vet I had been using for 20 years and across 5 dogs. I had been growing unhappy with the care I received at my former vet as well. Found VCA Cloud when I had a problem with my 11 year old bulldog and could not get an appointment with my current vet. Cloud got me in that day and were great. Over the next few months, I had to visit them several times and was happy with every visit. The final last minute visit was unfortunately the last for my bulldog. I called Cloud because she was acting very lethargic and wouldn't eat. They offered me several appointment times and I was able to get her in within the hour. When I arrived and mentioned her gums and tongue were pale, the response was incredible. Within one minute we were in the back with 6 people attending to her and equipment coming from everywhere. When I was told she was bleeding internally, I made hard choice to put her to sleep. They put us in a room designed like a living room to give my pet some comfort while we said goodbye. She hadn't eaten anything all day, even turning down a cheeseburger and scrambled eggs (her 2 favorites). I had mentioned this to the staff and one of the workers brought in a chocolate cookie from her lunch and asked if she could give it to her. I agreed thinking she would not eat it, but she did eat one bite. I was overwhelmed at the care the staff provided for a dog they had only seen a few times. I cannot recommend them highly enough, only wish I had found them sooner. They will be my vet for all future dogs. Thank you to everyone at Cloud, your love of animals is very evident. It took me a few months to be able to write this, because of the emotions it brought back, but I felt I owed it to them for the care they gave, and to pet owners looking for a great vet.

Dr Hogan and the rest of the staff have been amazing over the past 6 years with our dog, Digby. They went above and beyond to help with his care. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with my experience with VCA. I worked in the veterinary field for 7 years before moving to Missouri. It’s hard to be on the other side of things but I was very impressed by these guys....
I am very happy with my experience with VCA. I worked in the veterinary field for 7 years before moving to Missouri. It’s hard to be on the other side of things but I was very impressed by these guys. Today my dog’s eye was very swollen. I called and they immediately fit me in, even though I had never been there before. They are open on Sundays which is awesome! The receptionist was very nice and efficient (even with 4-5 people waiting in the lobby). I also really liked that the vet gave me treatment options and allowed me to make the decision. I wasn’t here very long but they were still able to make a great impression!

Growing Concern for the Facility
I've been a client of VCA Cloud Animal Hospital since Dr. Cloud was still practicing about 11 years ago. Five pets later, I am still a satisfied client even though there was some bumpiness with the transition to VCA, but I have a growing concern for the integrity of the facility.
The sidewalk and parking lot need to be repaired. The sidewalk is a lawsuit waiting to happen and the pothole in the parking lot is getting big enough to qualify as a sinkhole.
One could say these are cosmetic issues that shouldn't reflect on the quality of care for my pets. I know the staff provides the best care they're able to for my fur-babies. But if VCA won't fix a crumbling sidewalk leading into the facility, what else aren't they fixing in the vet tech area? For all I know the vet techs are using broken, hand-me-down equipment because there's no budget to maintain the facility.
I'd like to give VCA Cloud a 5-star review like I have in the past, but my level of confidence in the facility has dropped. Show me some investment in the care of the facility and I'll gladly add more stars.

Been going here for over 10 years since I was a kid with our family Golden's who have since past. I go to college 3 hours away now and my GSD developed a hot spot while away from his regular vet this week. I called just for the medicine (Neo Predef) because I knew it was a hot spot from my Golden's getting them so often. They insisted on seeing him just to make sure it was a hot spot, okay, fine. It was NOT fine when the examination fee was $50 compared to about $20 at my college vet just to tell me the dog had what I said he had and try to sell me a cocktail of other antibiotics for him. Not only was the examination fee insane to look at him for 30 seconds, the Neo Predef was $37 and I found it online right after I left for $22. How a simple hot spot can turn into a $150 vet bill is absolutely rediculous. I will NEVER take my dog or any other animal of mine back here again. Find a vet who cares about you and your animal instead of leaching your pockets for every cent they can guilt you into spending.

I've been taking all of my animals there for 5 years. The staff and doctors have changed over the years but they still have the records to look back at. My most recent visit was very informative and helpful regarding changing my dogs food brand. They are always gentle and caring towards the patient.

We've had good service there but this morning, we had a urgent issue with one of our dogs (not an emergency) and they just don't answer their damn phone! 7:00 am means 7:00 am. They don't seem to care...
We've had good service there but this morning, we had a urgent issue with one of our dogs (not an emergency) and they just don't answer their damn phone! 7:00 am means 7:00 am. They don't seem to care anymore. Things seemed to go downhill when Dr. Rosen was no longer on the regular staff. I need a vet that I can depend on. We'll be looking for one closer to us. They are no longer worth the drive.

Found Cloud when I began having trouble getting into the vet I had been using for 20 years and across 5 dogs. I had been growing unhappy with the care I received at my former vet as well. Found VCA Cloud when I had a problem with my 11 year old bulldog and could not get an appointment with my current vet. Cloud got me in that day and were great. Over the next few months, I had to visit them several times and was happy with every visit. The final last minute visit was unfortunately the last for my bulldog. I called Cloud because she was acting very lethargic and wouldn't eat. They offered me several appointment times and I was able to get her in within the hour. It’s hard to be on the other side of things but I was very impressed by these guys. Today my dog’s eye was very swollen. I've been a client of VCA Cloud Animal Hospital since Dr. Cloud was still practicing about 11 years ago. Five pets later, I am still a satisfied client even though there was some bumpiness with the transition to VCA, but I have a growing concern for the integrity of the facility.
