We recently had the sad occurence of having to help our sweet dog pass. The receptionist was most thoughtful before and after. Dr. Messner was sincerely respectful to our feelings, he explained the process and allowed us moments with her afterwards.
They have cared for all of our pets, I would go no where else.

Rude front desk woman doubled price of services quoted when making appointment (was told $60 over the phone on Saturday-possibly by another worker, she was certainly more helpful and kind- the woman this morning wanted $120 per cat for shave and bathe) and then proceeded to tell me I was neglecting my cats when I told her I couldn't afford it... started talking with the other front desk woman about me before I even left the building. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Never coming back.

The folks at the Oak Grove Animal Clinic are some of the best I've known. I feel comfortable leaving my dogs medical care to Dr. Bell and her crew. They know what's best for my fur babies and they take great care of them. When my dogs need medical care, there's no one is rather have work on my dogs than those great folks at the Osk Grove Animal Clinic. When it comes time for one of my babies to go to the rainbow bridge, they are very caring and understanding. Dr Bell and her daughter have cried with my family when we put to sleep one of our family members. They are very supportive and I admire them greatly. I would recommend them to anyone needing veterinary care for their furry family members.

They know what's best for my fur babies and they take great care of them. When my dogs need medical care, there's no one is rather have work on my dogs than those great folks at the Osk Grove Animal Clinic.
