Their "emergency services" line is crap! I've called every available number on their website to get my cat some help and not one person has answered.

This place is absolutely horrible, do not go here ever! My dog jumped out of the bed of my truck she was badly injured had found out later that she had a fractured pelvis I wanted them to do the work ...
This place is absolutely horrible, do not go here ever! My dog jumped out of the bed of my truck she was badly injured had found out later that she had a fractured pelvis I wanted them to do the work but wanted a payment plan they said that there was nothing they could do for a payment plan and if we did not have the money right then and there there was nothing they could do for her... Please take my warning and go to Blue Springs Animal Hospital they are wonderful and have payment plans do not ever go to this animal clinic
