My cat has been vomiting for over a week. I made an appointment and saw Dr. Sandy. She was condescending, rude, and worst of all, uninterested in helping my cat. She didn't ask a single question, she scoffed at me when I asked one, she failed to perform a full wellness exam, and instead I was forced to pay for an unnecessary X-ray. I was given no treatment instructions. I said, "what do you think I should do?" Dr. Sandy shrugged and said, "I don't know." I left on the verge of tears and my cat is still ill. I will never be returning to this vet unless it's to express my discontent in person.

Dr. Bill Stenach is the kindest, most caring, and absolute best veterinarian I've ever known! When I moved back to St. Louis 15 years ago, I lived near his office and started bringing my dog to him. When I moved 15 miles from his location, I never considered finding a closer doctor. He and the rest of his staff understand that my dog is a family member and they treat us as such. I highly recommend My Best Friend Veterinary Center to everyone who wants their furry friends treated well and with compassion.

I highly recommend My Best Friend Veterinary Center. I had made a appointment here several years ago for routine check ups and shots. Shortly after I moved out of town for the next 3 years. I recently moved back to St. Louis and my dog Cooper needed to be checked out due to a severe limp and swelling in his leg. I was able to get an appointment for him within 24 hours of calling.Sadly, the news about Cooper was not good. A physical exam by Dr. Tim revealed a mass in Cooper's stomach and x-rays confirmed the mass as well as cancer pretty much all through his body. I made the decision to say good-bye to my sweet buddy. I cannot express how caring, sensitive everyone was. I was given as much time as I wanted to sit with Cooper before the time came and as much time as I needed with him after he was gone. This kindness was so appreciated.We worked with Dr. Tim, Janet, Laura, Sheree and Megan and they were just wonderful. The interactions may have only been with Cooper and with me just for a moment but everyone was so gentle and thoughtful and genuinely sad with me.It's just been three days and I opened my mail today to find a lovely card and Cooper's paw print. Of course, I stood in my kitchen and cried but again the card and thoughtful, handwritten note, speaks to the kindness of everyone in the office.I have a cat who hasn't been to the office but will be going for his next check up. I will soon be looking to give another great dog a good home and I can't wait to bring him or her into the office to meet the great people at My Best Friend.

We are going through the hardest thing in my life right now, as Hooch has Cancer, but there is no one else in the world I would trust during this hard time, than Dr. Tim! The office is not very close to our home, but I don't mind because I know my baby is in the great hands! It is worth driving a little farther for the comfort and peace of mind!

Dr. Bill has been taking care of my dogs and cats for 30 years. I have "moved" with him several times as his office has relocated within the St. Louis area. I can't imagine taking my precious pets to anyone else! His office staff is friendly and very helpful, whatever our needs. Dr. Bill is knowledgeable and compassionate, and my dogs love him! I would recommend My Best Friend without reservation. You cannot do better than that!

It will not be easy to bring my frightened baby out again.Rabies 1-year shot is $31, plus extra $11 for one St. Louis County 1 year S/N tag. For a 3-years rabies is $59. We brought our cat's fecal to make a exam to screen for intestinal parasites. The fee of fecal exam is $24. It took only 15 minutes to know the result. Lots of thanks to the friendly front desk lady. Dr Bill was very kind to us and our cat. We are very satisfied with this first experience.

One of our cats is a very timid and shy and they are so gentle with her. We recently got a puppy and will be using them as our primary vets for our new girl as well. Of course, I stood in my kitchen and cried but again the card and thoughtful, handwritten note, speaks to the kindness of everyone in the office.I have a cat who hasn't been to the office but will be going for his next check up. I will soon be looking to give another great dog a good home and I can't wait to bring him or her into the office to meet the great people at My Best Friend.

Dr. Tim Hutson is the absolute best!!! He is very smart, kind, && compassionate towards my 10year old pitbull, Hooch! We are going through the hardest thing in my life right now, as Hooch has Cancer, but there is no one else in the world I would trust during this hard time, than Dr. Tim! The office is not very close to our home, but I don't mind because I know my baby is in the great hands! It is worth driving a little farther for the comfort and peace of mind!

Dr. Bill has been taking care of my dogs and cats for 30 years. I have "moved" with him several times as his office has relocated within the St. Louis area. I can't imagine taking my precious pets to anyone else! His office staff is friendly and very helpful, whatever our needs. Dr. Bill is knowledgeable and compassionate, and my dogs love him! I would recommend My Best Friend without reservation. You cannot do better than that!

It will not be easy to bring my frightened baby out again.Rabies 1-year shot is $31, plus extra $11 for one St. Louis County 1 year S/N tag. For a 3-years rabies is $59. We brought our cat's fecal to make a exam to screen for intestinal parasites. The fee of fecal exam is $24. It took only 15 minutes to know the result. Lots of thanks to the friendly front desk lady. Dr Bill was very kind to us and our cat. We are very satisfied with this first experience.

We have been taking our cats to My Best Friend for the past 4 years and are so happy with their service. They are kind and patient with our animals. One of our cats is a very timid and shy and they are so gentle with her. We recently got a puppy and will be using them as our primary vets for our new girl as well. I never have to wait long in the office and the staff is happy to answer over the phone questions.
