We have had our animals cared for by Best Animal Hospital for approximately five or six years. Our new puppy, Lucy, is in their care. Professional, kind, considerate and loving toward our dogs. Shirley's grooming expertise and her personality makes her the best! She was extra special to our shelter dog who had issues.

They keep all four of our pets healthy and happy!! Very professional and friendly to talk to and they aren't afraid to tell you what needs to be done for your pets to keep them with you!

I use the groomer, Shirley, next door. She does a great job on my fur babies hair cuts... Plus she is so sweet them.

The doctors and staff here took great care of our dogs. My 16 year old poodle had to get 11 teeth pulled. They kept me updated, called to make sure she was okay a few days after we got home and we're very good at answering questions for us and getting us right in.

I took my dog here the staff pulled my dog and was rolling there eyes at us i felt uncomfortable and uneasy I don't think I'll ever go back there they charge me 154 to Spay a smaller dog pricey not go...

Unprofessional yeah we're never going back there luckily I have class or I would report them god bless rember karma god sees all.

I took my cat here and they were absolutely great!! Dr. Jack was amazing and explained everything he was going to do. They explained how much each procedure or medication was before they did them to be sure that the price was okay. In the end, the total was very reasonable. He even called a couple days after to make sure she was recovering well! The entire staff was very friendly and seems to go out of their way to make sure that you and your pet are comfortable.

I am sorry for the unfortunate experience that Joann A. had, but I have nothing but good things to say about Jack and the staff at Best Friends. We started using Jack when he was still in Rogersville...
I am sorry for the unfortunate experience that Joann A. had, but I have nothing but good things to say about Jack and the staff at Best Friends. We started using Jack when he was still in Rogersville, and we now have to drive over 30 minutes to get to his new office. He has gone above and beyond in helping us care for our animals. He also has a 30 minute drive to his office, and he has been willing to meet us at pretty much any time of the day or night, even on weekends, if we have an emergency. He has been to our house to euthanize a horse, and he was very kind and compassionate.We have also boarded our boxer with Best Friends a couple of times, and he has done great.

I took my cat here and they were absolutely great!! Dr. Jack was amazing and explained everything he was going to do. They explained how much each procedure or medication was before they did them to be sure that the price was okay. In the end, the total was very reasonable. He even called a couple days after to make sure she was recovering well! The entire staff was very friendly and seems to go out of their way to make sure that you and your pet are comfortable.

I am sorry for the unfortunate experience that Joann A. had, but I have nothing but good things to say about Jack and the staff at Best Friends. We started using Jack when he was still in Rogersville, and we now have to drive over 30 minutes to get to his new office. He has gone above and beyond in helping us care for our animals. He also has a 30 minute drive to his office, and he has been willing to meet us at pretty much any time of the day or night, even on weekends, if we have an emergency. He has been to our house to euthanize a horse, and he was very kind and compassionate.We have also boarded our boxer with Best Friends a couple of times, and he has done great.
