I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kim and her staff. When we bring our dogs, they actually run to go inside! We have 5 dogs and have never experienced anything like that.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kim and her staff. When we bring our dogs, they actually run to go inside! We have 5 dogs and have never experienced anything like that.
Our pets are known by name and are lovingly cared for when there. We started with Tender Heart after a friend recommended them when we needed a second opinion with ongoing issues with one of our dogs.
We had spend over $5000 with another vet getting care for this dog over several months. Dr. Kim fixed his two major issues in several days and for less than $100.
Dr. Kim puts a lot of thought and effort into her patients and cares for each one as if they were her own. She is kind and attentive. She's a great listener and answers every question you may have with care and kindness. Everyone at Tender Heart has a wonderful personality to match this busy office and no matter how much is going on, they take time for you. From emergencies to nail trims we are confident we always get the best care for our fur babies.

I was there yesterday. They took care of my yorkie,SASSY, till she passed away. I then was able to get My CHARLIE, they help me save him. He was really sick. But with their help and my love, he’s all well and my world!!! I love this place!! The girls and doctors are great! Love them all!!! Wouldn’t go any where else!!!

I wanted to thank the staff of Tender Heart. We had to recently put our fur baby Jax down. That was the hardest thing we had to do with one of our animals. They we're very sincere and compassionate to our family. They made this process go smoothly and the Dr explained everything too us before she did it too. They never once rushed us and let us spend as much time with Jax before finally having to leave him. RIP Jax 9-18-17

We are newer to the area. We have done animal rescue and rehabilitation since I was a child. This means I was used to using the same one or two vets my entire life. I was scared and leary of using a new vet. I was skeptical but after our second visit, I knew we were going to be super happy here. We love all the staff and our animals often act like they would rather stay with them! The vet can be a scary place for animals, especially rescues but all of our animals so far act like it's their second home. We couldn't be more thankful for the tender hearts we've encountered here! P.S. The cat whisperer really lives up to her nickname.

I have followed Dr Kim from Springfield to Rogersville & I believe I would follow her and her staff anywhere! My miniature Schnauzer, Gracie, just loves to see everyone and if they let her, she has the run of the office. There is no stress, no fuss - she is very comfortable and that means everything. Their pricing is wonderful and helps me afford to keep my lil Gracie up to date on shots and anything else they think she needs. Recently we had her teeth cleaned for the first time & Dr. Kim found "a mass" in her mouth. She immediately called & I gave consent to perform a biopsy. Dr Kim called me as soon as she received the results to keep me from worrying. It was cancer free! I appreciate her and everyone else for the attention and love they show my dog, the compassion we share for our animals & the economical assistance they show toward me. I am a customer for life!

The staff was very friendly and courteous The problem I had was when I visited the boarding facility it was very nice and clean and I was quoted a price which seemed fair. I then boarded my dog for 2 and 1/2 weeks I called to let them know what time I would be picking her up and to see if they could bathe her. When I got there the price was several more dollars a day more than what I had been quoted there was nothing I could do so I just wanted my dog. When they brought her out she was not just damp but very wet. She is not a long haired dog but as we walked outside there was a lot of wind and hair was blowing all over I took her back in and borrowed a brush It was only 34 degrees out There is no way she should have been sent home like that. I travel a lot and am new to this area I was excited to find this facility I guess I made a mistake

Let me just begin with- RIP Sadie Mae. You were a beloved part of our family. Maybe you're wondering why that's relevant. Oh yeah, because she died being boarded at Tender Heart. She was left outside in 100 degree weather and had a heat stroke. Sadie was a pug. It's pretty widely known they don't handle heat well. I will forever hold a grudge because having to watch an animal die infront of you when they were JUST BEING BOARDED is not okay.

I commute about 30 miles round trip to take my dogs here - that speaks for itself! I've had pets all my life and have been to countless other veterinarians, but none of them have ever been as compassionate, friendly, and patient oriented as Dr. Retchloff and her staff. They offer the latest and most advanced technology, without the huge bill. They even stayed late once when I needed to bring my dog in and had a crazy work schedule. I also board my dogs here & they always seem to have a good time. Would highly recommend to anybody!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kim and her staff. When we bring our dogs, they actually run to go inside! We have 5 dogs and have never experienced anything like that.

We are newer to the area. We have done animal rescue and rehabilitation since I was a child. This means I was used to using the same one or two vets my entire life. I was scared and leary of using a new vet. I was skeptical but after our second visit, I knew we were going to be super happy here. We love all the staff and our animals often act like they would rather stay with them! The vet can be a scary place for animals, especially rescues but all of our animals so far act like it's their second home. We couldn't be more thankful for the tender hearts we've encountered here! P.S. The cat whisperer really lives up to her nickname.
