We love taking our pets to Dr. Hepler. We've been going to him for about 20 plus years. He's a caring person. He gets you in the day you call if possible. He does work alone and to me that what makes him so special. He explains everything to you and will give you a price on what it will cost. I think he cares about animals and likes what he does!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Hepler for years now and after today that will change. I called Dr. Hepler due to a SERIOUS matter about my sick cat and he had NO compassion what so ever. He didn't answer a single question and was very rude and laughed at my concerns. Very unprofessional work. When you are troubled about your pet's health you do not treat the owner so poorly.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Hepler for years now and after today that will change. I called Dr. Hepler due to a SERIOUS matter about my sick cat and he had NO compassion what so ever. He didn't answer a single question and was very rude and laughed at my concerns. Very unprofessional work. When you are troubled about your pet's health you do not treat the owner so poorly.
