I love Dr. Miller and all the staff at Spencer Creek. I drive 40-45 minutes to take my dog here despite there being many many other clinics that are closer. I have a special needs dog (inflammatory bowel disease and kidney disease) so I'm very particular about who manages her care. Dr. Miller is always very thorough in examinations so the worry about something not being caught isn't in my mind. She is the one who first caught and diagnosed my dog's IBD. She has 2 types of IBD and Dr. Miller along with VSS for speciality testing has kept her IBD successfully managed for over 4 and a half years so far. Near the beginning when my dog was having most of her flares, I was seen on an emergency basis without any hassle. Dr. Miller and her staff have cared for my pets for more than 10 years. I just moved out of state with my cat and even then, they were so loving and attentive with us. They made sure I knew how to transfer records and prescriptions, discussed a strategy for making the move easier on my little one, and even called to check up on us. My husband and I brought our Old English Sheepdog and Cockapoo to see Dr. Jeffreys-Miller today. What a wonderful experience! I did not feel rushed; even with both of our kids in the room at the same time, she took her time with each dog individually and devoted her full attention to them. She is very kind, gentle, and knowledgable, and really took her time to get to know our dogs and us. I appreciate that she spoke to us on a level that we understood and made us as dog parents feel important. We learned some great tips on keeping the fur babies healthy and applauded our efforts. Dr. J has taken care of my cats since she bought the clinic. She has an excellent staff and her attention to detail and desire to "solve the mystery" fuels her drive on the tough cases.
