I love the doctors and almost all of the staff. The interaction I had today was very disappointing. I called about flea and tick meds, after telling the woman that answered the phone, that we have been long term customers she just basically kept reading the disclosures and didn't have an answer for me on my questions. I have spent quite a bit of money between our 3 pets. I may be looking into a different vet after this. I'm so disappointed on the service today. Read Less

I cannot explain the level of our satisfaction with Dr. Jones and Dr. Shaw. We had an extremely sick golden doodle and they did not stop until they found the reason for her issues. They found out that our dog had not been spayed which was the opposite of what we were told from the breeder we purchased her from. After 3 visits and some extensive tests (problems caused from complications surrounding her not being spayed) she is healthy and happy again. We were close to losing our beloved pet and they treated her like their own. We are extremely happy with the service we received and the prices that were quoted to us were beyond fair. Without these two we probably woukd have lost our beloved pet. If your pet us sick, take them here. Read Less

Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Wasn't big on the first doctor we saw but ever since we have been seeing a different one. (Without asking to switch) He is amazing. Called to check on my dog after her vaccine. And good about educating new dog moms like me 😁 Read Less

I am so grateful to the staff and Dr. Jones for the excellent care they provided my dog. He did not make it but they were kind and very caring. I believe they gave their best. First time boarding my dogs ever and the staff was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I didn't realize that one of my dog's didn't have the bordetella shot so they offered to do it for $20. Not too bad! We paid a lot less than we were told over the phone when I booked the reservation and I think that's because one of my dog's was right under 51 lbs. We were happy with the price for 5 nights. I was concerned when I came home to see my dogs skinnier than normal and one of them was coughing. I looked it up and read that it's pretty normal for dogs to eat less or not at all when boarding animals, so it's okay. After food and drink, my dogs were fine and the dry heaving/coughing stopped so that was a HUGE relief. Anyway, thank you guys for taking care of my rambunctious dogs! I'm sure they were a handful haha. I really appreciate the service my dogs received while we were in CO. Plus, I just love coming in here to hear the birds sing. I took my rabbit to Dr. Brown and he saved his life! My rabbit got very sick because of the pine bedding in his cage and couldn't hardly move and was probably close to dying. I was thinking the bill would be hundreds of dollars but it was only $124! He spent a lot of time with us, helping me to learn things about caring for my rabbit. He gave my rabbit a shot of fluid to help him feel better. He also gave my rabbit 3 different medicines to give to him when I got home. They sure helped, he was back to normal in no time! I would recommend taking your pets to him! He is very knowledgeable about animals and cares about them and he doesn't charge a fortune! The other members of his staff are excellent too, you can tell they love animals and want to help in any way they can! They even call to see how our pets are doing. My beautiful Shitzu Maggie has had the best of care with Dr. Jones and Dr. Brown. Also, a special thanks goes out to Heather and especially to Georgeanne and her grooming staff for the many years of service. Maggie survived bladder surgery (thanks to Dr. Brown) and many ear and eye infections (thanks to Dr. Jones). These docs also cared for our two cats. All three of our pets are now gone, Maggie being the latest. She was 16 l/2 years old. Our cats were 19 and 16 l/2. All three were adopted and loved so much. My kitty was sick from her spay surgery a few days before. This was the closest vet that was open past 5 (so helpful... Ellie hadn't eaten for two full days and I was freaking out when I got home from work and she STILL hadn't touched her food!) They got me in that night, the vet was so good with my cats (the other one kept throwing up at random times). He was honest, inquisitive, answered my many, many questions, cleaned up my cat's wound, told me things bluntly. It was great. He even personally called a couple days later just to check up on them.
