At first they seem very friendly and know what they're doing, but after two very bad experiences with the staff. I am looking for another vet.
First, on Wednesday I called needing medicine. I was told they would call me back, they did not. On Friday, I called again stating that I only had one dose left, I was told she would check into it and call me back. I NEVER got a call back. Monday I called again and was told it was ready for pick up on Friday. Smh
Next, I went Monday to get the meds. That's when I got charged double for the second time. I had to make two trips to deal with their mistake. On two different occasions they charged me for two ounces of medicine $154 when I only received one ounce. (The first time, months ago, they fixed it and gave me the amount that I paid for, This time they didn't.) This time they told me maybe someone could help me next week and they were not able to do anything. That's when I gave the meds back said I don't want to argue about it and I don't want anymore excuses I want my money back.
Then, in an attempt to give me a refund they ran my credit card 4 times and told me she couldn't give me a receipt. I was not offered or given a receipt. When I said I wasn't leaving without something in writing stating that I was not going to be charged, the " tech" got pissy with me.
The "tech" scolded me for yelling when I never raised my voice, but I was clearly upset, I had to wait for days, I had to make two trips to the clinic, I didn't get what I was there for and all I was getting was excuses that nobody could do anything, I was told again, maybe next week someone could help me.
Finally, I called to speak to the manager Richard Brinkley on Thursday, he is in the office but he's not available and he to does not return my phone call. Read Less
