Every person we had contact with were all nice and polite. We were able to make a same day appointment for a new patient and were in and out in about 30 minutes. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and we felt very comfortable with everything.

Dr Blackburn always takes time to explain what is going on with my pets. He gives me options and accepts my decision without judgment. He fondly remembers my pets who have gone. Friendly personnel.

I have taken my pets here for about 20 years. They've always treated my babies great and are very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to every fur baby lover out there.

The hospital/clinic itself was great, very friendly staff. Dr. Blackburn is a fantastic vet, but the grooming place attached to it was awful. The girl was unfriendly, she completely shaved my yorkie from head to toe, like my puppy has no hair and then to top it off she charged me extra because my puppy put up a fight. She is 6 months old, never been to the groomers, she is gonna cry and move around. Then told me to bring her back in 2 weeks, she has no hair, I am not gonna pay you and your crappy attitude again in 2 weeks. I am giving the hospital and pet staff at All Creatures a good review, which is why I put 3, but the grooming place lost my respect and so therefore All Creatures lost my business.

Also Dr. Blackburn places an emphasis on educating pet owners. He's a great teacher.

We brought our precious kitty in to be put to rest because he was suffering a central nervous system break down. It was so hard on us but the woman who spoke with us, Sarah I think, was very compassionate and reassuring. She talked to us like it was her own kitty and she could feel our pain. I'm thankful he was treated so kindly in his last moments and they were so understanding as we grieved. Would definitely recommend.

The hospital/clinic itself was great, very friendly staff. Dr. Blackburn is a fantastic vet, but the grooming place attached to it was awful. The girl was unfriendly, she completely shaved my yorkie from head to toe, like my puppy has no hair and then to top it off she charged me extra because my puppy put up a fight. She is 6 months old, never been to the groomers, she is gonna cry and move around. Then told me to bring her back in 2 weeks, she has no hair, I am not gonna pay you and your crappy attitude again in 2 weeks. I am giving the hospital and pet staff at All Creatures a good review, which is why I put 3, but the grooming place lost my respect and so therefore All Creatures lost my business.

We brought our precious kitty in to be put to rest because he was suffering a central nervous system break down. It was so hard on us but the woman who spoke with us, Sarah I think, was very compassionate and reassuring. She talked to us like it was her own kitty and she could feel our pain. I'm thankful he was treated so kindly in his last moments and they were so understanding as we grieved. Would definitely recommend.
