Hess is the wonderful,caring Vet I have ever known. HE has cared for every dog I have had. He is comforting and softvoiced to my dogs making feel them feel safe. They never notice when he gives them shots. I have told told everyone about Him and gentle nature. Read Less

I guess this guy gets good reviews b/c he's cheap. If you care about your animal, go elsewhere. He used the archaic barbaric heart injection method to euthanize my 20 year old cat after I called him to my home to make it as easy as possible for her. He did not anesthesize her properly and she cried out in pain and bit me. Then he attempted to plunge a giant needle in her heart and missed the first time. My heart is broken that I let this idiot touch my cat. Apparently the method he used is much cheaper for the vet and he charged me just as much as if I had taken her somewhere where it would have been done properly. Educate yourself and don't let any vet use the heart injection method. They know it's inhumane but it's cheaper for them and less time consuming. Make sure you know what your vet is doing. Read Less
