Dr.Reid has been my family vet for almost 17 yrs, since I adopted my first dog. He is so nice and straight forward. The nurses and technicians are so nice and caring as well. The pricing is really fair and I honestly couldn't think of bringing my pet to any other vet in the Springfield Area.

Reid Vetinanari Clinic. This is the best ever for my dog. They are all so caring and helpful. My Dobie’s hips were failing her she is up and running around now. Words cannot express how grateful I am. He is using laser treatments on her hips. My neighbor Judy F. Referred me to him, as the same thing had happened to her dog. We are both so grateful for care our pets have received. What a loving caring clinic. My Debie almost runs to his door as she knows they are the reason she feels better. The fact that my Dobie isn’t afraid and is excited to go is awesome. His pricing is retremely fair. Everyone there deserves a five stars by their name Check it out I am sure you will be very happy. Dr Reid and staff are top notch. I had to take my little Iggy in at 930pm on a Sunday night due to a broken leg. Dr Reid met Mr there, sedated her, did xrays,splinted and kept her for surgery the ne...
Dr Reid and staff are top notch. I had to take my little Iggy in at 930pm on a Sunday night due to a broken leg. Dr Reid met Mr there, sedated her, did xrays,splinted and kept her for surgery the next day. Not only did he do the surgery to repair the break, he went above and beyond by placing a small rod in her leg so that she would heal better. She stayed for 4 days to ensure she was healing well. While she was there, Dr Reid did laser treatments to aid in the bone growth and did not charge me for it. The overall bill for emergency visit, surgery, meds, all follow-up visit and surgery to remove the rod was under $900. Other vets charge over $5000 for just a surgery to put in a plate and pins and the leg does not heal as well. The staff treats my little girl like she is theirs. They love on her and make sure she is very comfortable. Every time I have had to board her or take her in for an appointment, they go above expectations to make sure she feels at home. I will never use another vet, they are the best, hands down.

I've had Dr. Reid as our vet since 2000. Dr Reid and his staff truly love animals and are very knowledgeable. He is a good surgeon as well. The prices are more reasonable, too. I feel like he's a good country doctor.But not so far out of town,you know? Highly recommend!!!

Dr.Reid likes to add on unnecessary things to your bill and the staff is okay, but had one tall blonde girl who was rude and seemed snappy with me . Over all I say go somewhere else because they seem way too rushed here and not very caring.

Dr Reid is amazing, I have been taking my large dogs there for many years. They have their own lab to give you test results quickly, pharmacy to obtain your pet meds and knowledgeable caring staff. Mo...
Dr Reid is amazing, I have been taking my large dogs there for many years. They have their own lab to give you test results quickly, pharmacy to obtain your pet meds and knowledgeable caring staff. Most importantly, Dr Reid is sensible with his prices. If you need a supply of some sorts, as long as you are a regular customer, you won't have to make an office visit just to get some. The staff has barely changed in the last 10 years I would say which is a true attestation to the family environment. Dr Reid, his wife and the entire staff will treat you and your pets like their own family (and you won't have to sell your house to pay for it!).
