I’ve been coming to Doc Karmazin, long before he had gateway clinic. I’ve been coming to him for 20plus years. He’s the best vet I have ever had. I would not trust any other vet. He has seen many kitties of mine and they all love him.
He’s also been there with me when a few passed away. He is one of the most compassionate doctors. He checked up on me a few days later to see if I was okay. And then sent a beautiful card of sympathy for the loss of my pet. If you value your pets please look no further for the best vet in St. Louis.

Dr. K is an asset to this community. My pup, who he'd never seen, needed emergency surgery. And without thinking twice, Dr. K called a specialist for help at 8am. By 11 am, my girl was in surgery. The whole staff at the clinic took great care of my old gal. He even answered the million questions I had after getting her home. His prices are great especially with the extra care we received. Thank you, Gateway Animal Clinic, you have a lifetime patient.

My puppy was sick, the staff was so nice and appreciative to me for choosing their establishment. Im happy with their services. My pet is better, the doctor and staff is knowledgeable when it cane to the needs of my pet. I left satisfied i bought Jackson to the right hospital.

Dr Bruce loves his work, his patients, and their guardians. He tends all variety of pets and when something is amiss will calmly explain all options at their price points available for the best care and budget, including accepting care credit in an emergency. His regular pricing is usually better than other clinics, for both his services and food like the special diet my cat needs. The office staff is just as sweet and wonderful at keeping up with reminders for yearly appointments, but are almost always able to take a last minute patient as well. The staff go above and beyond, for example the day the scanned a stray and made all the calls for me to help me reunite the cat with his owner when we found a chip. Try them once and you will never see another vet again!
