After being a customer for many years, I have to say that I will never again bring a pet to St. Charles Rock Road animal hospital, and I would urge the rest of you to think twice before doing so.
I brought my dog in on Tuesday and told them that not only was her face puffy on one side, high cheekbone area under the eye, but that she had been sick and regurgitating her food since Monday. The doctor said “she looks great. Coat looks great, her teeth look great, she is just a little overweight” I KNEW my dog was not great because she had been vomiting for days. When I was not satisfied with that answer, because I knew my dog was sick, they offered to take some x-rays.
The took the x-rays and told me there was not a blockage, and that she was probably just having acid reflux and that I can pick up some OTC meds to give her. I asked about the swelling on the face and they told me they didn’t see it and that maybe “her lip was more prominent on that side”. I said it was not anywhere near her lip it was way higher up and that they were looking in the wrong place, but they ignored my concerns.
I took her home and gave her the OTC meds as instructed. She continued to vomit Wednesday and Thursday; the medicine was not helping at all. I called up there and told them she was still getting sick, acting unusual, and that I was very worried. They said they would pass the note to the doctor and someone would call me back. Nobody EVER called me back.
Finally, desperate and extremely concerned I took my pet to the Central West End Veterinary clinic (which is who treats my cat). The doctor took one look at her face and said “I bet it is a tooth issue”. I told her that they said her teeth were PERFECT on Tuesday so that could not possibly be it. Well the new vet propped her mouth open and found a fractured tooth that was abscess and severely infected within SECONDS and showed it to me. She said it was a slat fracture on tooth 108 with an obvious drain track. I was SHOCKED because literally the only feedback I had gotten from the Rock Road vets were that her teeth were great. The other vet agreed that my dog’s teeth were very clean, but far from perfect with the broken/abscessed tooth.
I understand that people make mistakes, but I felt very dismissed when I voiced my concerns with the Rock Road Animal Hospital. They did not look again after I told them they were looking at the wrong part of her face, and the fact that I called up there 2 days later when my dog was still sick and NEVER got so much as a return call just adds insult to injury. I do not get the feeling they care very much about our pets, and although she is very nice, I get the impression that Dr. Doyle is quite inexperienced. I understand her not catching it on the first go ‘round if she had never seen something like it before, but refusing to take my repeated concerns seriously is inexcusable. I would suggest double checking the next time someone says their dog looks different, instead of writing them off, because we know our pets best.
So, in the amount of time I have been waiting for a return phone call (that never came), I have taken my dog to a better place, who actually found the problem, and we now have a treatment plan of antibiotics, anti-nausea meds, and an appointment to have that tooth pulled. They were able to accomplish all of this in the same amount of time the folks at the rock road couldn’t even manage to return a phone call. Thank GOD I listened to my gut instincts and took her for a second opinion.
TLDR: I paid almost $300 for my dog to get inadequate care, my concerns to be gaslighted, and sent home with dog with an undiagnosed painful infection. Would NOT recommend.

Full story: After long deliberation and putting off making the decision to negate the loss, we decided it was time to put our 13yr old Husky down today. She is in constant pain, mentally gone, and has peed and pooped in the house unknowing (even while she sleeps) for a year now. We have tried multiple supplements (hip and joint meds, anxiety meds, etc) but it’s to the point where her quality of life is terrible and my young children watch her struggle in pain everyday. After a long deliberation and coming to terms with the loss ourselves, we decided it was time. We had a last hoorah and fed her whatever she wanted for her last day filled with plenty of love and comfort. Had a tearful goodbye with the children and took her in. She was evaluated (for 5 mins tops)by Dr. Bendar while we waited in the car due to Covid. until it was time to come in. Dr. Bendar called us and tried to explain she wasn’t comfortable putting her down and there were other meds we could put her on. I understand all of this but no one knows when the right time is besides the owners who spend everyday with a dog in pain trying to comfort her. Seeing the confused and scared look on her face because she is mentally gone and doesn’t understand what’s going on. Having a house that constantly smells of urine and feces because she pees and poops unknowingly in her sleep. I love my dog very much and have given her a caring home for 13yrs but I can’t let my house be destroyed or live in unsanitary conditions. I listened to everything that Dr. Bendar said and when she was done tried to explain all that I wrote above. About 5 words in she cut me off and went on another speal. I tried to interject to please let me finish and she continued to talk over me. It’s an emotional time for me so I did say that I don’t appreciate being cut off when I listened to everything she had to say. Dr. Bendar then called me rude. Anyone with real compassion, customer service skills, or just plain common sense should know this is beyond the wrong approach to treating people that are grieving the very near loss of a member of our family. Just as everything above is 100% in order accurate, I won’t lie and say that I continued my politeness after being called rude twice. I did briefly try to explain that I’m not being rude but no one can tell me my dog has quality of life left and that spending any undisclosed amount of money (in tough financial times for everyone) to prolong her pain is not an option I consider right for our family. She cut me off again and I did lose it, said some words I don’t normally say, and told them to return my dog immediately. I have 2 other dogs that were going there but I’m terminating all of my business with them. It isn’t acceptable to me to be treated like this. Even if I’m wrong and it isn’t her time, there were a million other ways to handle it. Let people talk or express their opinions, don’t constantly cut off and talk over people or you can’t understand their position. I don’t know if Dr. Bendar is having a bad day but it’s unacceptable to talk and treat your customers this way during a very tough time. My children are confused that they said goodbye and now we have brought a dog back who cried when she stepped into the house and is currently pooping while laying down in my living room. Shame on Dr. Bendar and Rock Road Animal Hospital if they condone this type of patient treatment.

I understand how hard it can be to make these kinds of decisions, but it's always at the doctors discretion whether or not they will euthanize a pet and it's also a very hard decision for them to make. Our doctors have an obligation when we have what appears to be an otherwise healthy pet to discuss all the options that they feel are available for your pet before proceeding with such a final decision. With your situation, this pet had never been seen by any of our doctors, so an examination was required so that I could feel comfortable that this was the best option for everyone. Sometimes what you are seeing at home is not what we see here in the clinic and that can make it hard for us to understand the full situation. In this case, your pet entered our hospital showing no evidence of the pain or incontinence issues you described. I just wanted to have the opportunity to get further history from the veterinarian that your pet had previously seen at another hospital. Thar doctor did try to offer you medication to help with the pain until all avenues of treatment could be explored. Unfortunately, your response was not understanding or accepting of my position of wanting to try to help your dog with the issues you were describing. And yes, it did escalate quickly since I would not do what you wanted me to. I have been practicing for over 20 years, and in that 20 years, I have only declined to euthanize 4 times, and those decisions were not easy for me to make either. My job and responsibility is to treat animals. Sometimes to help them, I do have to euthanize. This was unfortunately not one of those situations. And knowing that another veterinarian had also offered similar treatment options that you had declined, I feel comfortable that I made the right decision. I'm sorry we could not help you, and I hope that you find a veterinarian that can fill your needs.

I have been bringing my dogs here for a few years, 1 an older dog, 1 a pup. The pup got an ear infection and as soon as I saw she was sick I took her in. What I didn't know is they charge an extra $20 if you don't have an appt., and I was not advised of this. When I got there, there was 2 cars in the drive. and only 1 person who walked in before me, no one else in the lobby. They took her and her dog in right away, as they should. Twenty minutes later another person came in and they took her in right away. 10 minutes later they took my pup and I back. So I waited 30 minutes, 1 person came in. 1 person came out and no one waiting in the lobby. After getting my pup checked, I then paid $181.00 including the walk in charge. I think if your pet has a legitimate ailment and you are a customer of theirs this fee should be waived. I am very disappointed.

In February, our beloved dog, Sophie, had to be put to sleep due to her kidney failure. They were so gentle with her, and understanding with us. I have to admit my husband and I were very emotional, and the Doctor couldn't have been more sympathetic. Then in April, our dog Jake became deathly sick, violently vomiting and not eating. They worked us in immediately, gave us an accurate diagnosis (pancreatitis and dehydration), and kept our little guy for 3 days for iv meds and fluids. They checked in with us everyday, and now He is good as new. They were very reasonable with pricing. On a side note: My husband took Jake for his initial visit, when he was so sick, and my husband has a heart condition and started feeling ill when they were talking to him about Jake. The Doctor actually came out to my husband's car when he was leaving to check on his well being. This is a very caring veterinarian's office and I would give them 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

I am becoming more and more disappointed. I brought my dog in for x-rays on her leg because she was limping. The doctor came back with the x-rays, but only gave me pain medicine. Seemed rushed. She didn't even tell me what was wrong with her knee besides there was inflammation.
Well a few months go by and I take my dog back in for her vaccinations and I ask more about her leg since she was still limping and I would prefer her not to be on pain medicine for the rest of her life. And this visit the doctor was even more in a hurry. She almost forgot to check vitals and everything. Well when I asked about her knee the doctor's response was, "Didn't I tell you what I thought (key word "thought") it was last time?"
No you didn't you rushed me out. She said she thinks its a torn ligament or tendon that since the leg was inflamed she couldn't be sure. Then told me surgery is an option but since the injury is so old there is practically no point in doing it.
Well if you would have told me all this on my prior visit maybe my dog would have gotten some help.
I called just today to ask about if they have at least a brace for my dog and they don't even have that. I'm getting upset because I want to help my dog more than just giving her pain pills everyday.

We took our dog Buggie in for the first time, he got a diagnosis of cancer, we returned the next day without an appointment when he took a turn for the worst for humane euthanasia. The staff took us to a room immediately and let us spend time with our dog. They took care of all the paperwork and details quickly so that we could spend final precious moments. The vet and the nail person come in the room shaking and want us to give him a medication to calm him down which he's only in there for less than 5mins. Our other two vets who have retired never told us to use medication on him cause he was not the worst they have seen. How can u work with animals but are scared of them doesn't add up so now I will be cutting my dogs nails and most likely looking for another place to go to. To bad the other vets retired they were awesome I miss Carrollton vet!!!

Brought my dobey here for the first time after the vet @Carrolton decided to retire. Staff and vet were both very thorough and friendly. In fact, the vet spent a good 10 minutes just "talking dog." I was very pleased and got the impression they wanted their visitors to be well-informed.
Judging by the size of the place and the amount of pet noises behind some doors, this place is much larger than I am used to seeing. This is also the first time the vet asked me for "a sample," which has never been asked of me before...maybe because I've rescued in the past, and fosters had the pleasure of doing this for me?
At any rate, like I said: this place is thorough, friendly, and informative. It's an extra 10 minute drive from the last vet, but I have no problems with this because I have seen the quality care they provide. :)

As I was checking out, a little old lady was being pushed the same medicine they threw my way. I immediately felt a red flag. The next day I took my dog and puppies to the APA in Brentwood and the dogs were tested and all were negative of the Giardia!!!

We met dr Stroud she was wonderful and she took Maggie on the back to do skin graphics on her and then she found out it wasn't allergies it was some kind of mite and dog mange that is making her sick so after few days on the medicine she getting back to normal I'm so relieved I will be coming back for now on thank you guys so much for caring about my Maggie and dr stroud you are awesome

I have taken my dog, Virginia, a mix lab, to see Dr. Cays for most Gin Gin's life, she is 10 years old. Dr. Cays is a wonderful doctor. I have seen others and lately Dr. O., who was nice and straight to the point, which I needed.
My mother took her dog, a pug for all of his 12 years of his life, never had a problem, they were always there for her. She took him in every year to get all of his shots.
It can be a busy office, also I was also so stressed this week with my sick dog, they seem to always help me out.

They used to be an amazing hospital. NOT anymore. I had called many times to talk to someone about my dog. No one would return my calls. When I finally called upset they assured me the manager would call. Instead I got a letter in the mail telling me they no longer wanted my biz. Accused me of threatening them. NEVER DID! Very unprofessional. Rude and uncaring. Completey different from when dr cloud and dr Rosen were there!!

After being a customer for many years, I have to say that I will never again bring a pet to St. Charles Rock Road animal hospital, and I would urge the rest of you to think twice before doing so.
I brought my dog in on Tuesday and told them that not only was her face puffy on one side, high cheekbone area under the eye, but that she had been sick and regurgitating her food since Monday. The doctor said “she looks great. Coat looks great, her teeth look great, she is just a little overweight” I KNEW my dog was not great because she had been vomiting for days. When I was not satisfied with that answer, because I knew my dog was sick, they offered to take some x-rays.
The took the x-rays and told me there was not a blockage, and that she was probably just having acid reflux and that I can pick up some OTC meds to give her. I asked about the swelling on the face and they told me they didn’t see it and that maybe “her lip was more prominent on that side”. I said it was not anywhere near her lip it was way higher up and that they were looking in the wrong place, but they ignored my concerns.
I took her home and gave her the OTC meds as instructed. She continued to vomit Wednesday and Thursday; the medicine was not helping at all. I called up there and told them she was still getting sick, acting unusual, and that I was very worried. They said they would pass the note to the doctor and someone would call me back. Nobody EVER called me back.
Finally, desperate and extremely concerned I took my pet to the Central West End Veterinary clinic (which is who treats my cat). The doctor took one look at her face and said “I bet it is a tooth issue”. I told her that they said her teeth were PERFECT on Tuesday so that could not possibly be it. Well the new vet propped her mouth open and found a fractured tooth that was abscess and severely infected within SECONDS and showed it to me. She said it was a slat fracture on tooth 108 with an obvious drain track. I was SHOCKED because literally the only feedback I had gotten from the Rock Road vets were that her teeth were great. The other vet agreed that my dog’s teeth were very clean, but far from perfect with the broken/abscessed tooth.
I understand that people make mistakes, but I felt very dismissed when I voiced my concerns with the Rock Road Animal Hospital. They did not look again after I told them they were looking at the wrong part of her face, and the fact that I called up there 2 days later when my dog was still sick and NEVER got so much as a return call just adds insult to injury. I do not get the feeling they care very much about our pets, and although she is very nice, I get the impression that Dr. Doyle is quite inexperienced. I understand her not catching it on the first go ‘round if she had never seen something like it before, but refusing to take my repeated concerns seriously is inexcusable. I would suggest double checking the next time someone says their dog looks different, instead of writing them off, because we know our pets best.
So, in the amount of time I have been waiting for a return phone call (that never came), I have taken my dog to a better place, who actually found the problem, and we now have a treatment plan of antibiotics, anti-nausea meds, and an appointment to have that tooth pulled. They were able to accomplish all of this in the same amount of time the folks at the rock road couldn’t even manage to return a phone call. Thank GOD I listened to my gut instincts and took her for a second opinion.
TLDR: I paid almost $300 for my dog to get inadequate care, my concerns to be gaslighted, and sent home with dog with an undiagnosed painful infection. Would NOT recommend.

Full story: After long deliberation and putting off making the decision to negate the loss, we decided it was time to put our 13yr old Husky down today. She is in constant pain, mentally gone, and has peed and pooped in the house unknowing (even while she sleeps) for a year now. We have tried multiple supplements (hip and joint meds, anxiety meds, etc) but it’s to the point where her quality of life is terrible and my young children watch her struggle in pain everyday. After a long deliberation and coming to terms with the loss ourselves, we decided it was time. We had a last hoorah and fed her whatever she wanted for her last day filled with plenty of love and comfort. Had a tearful goodbye with the children and took her in. She was evaluated (for 5 mins tops)by Dr. Bendar while we waited in the car due to Covid. until it was time to come in. Dr. Bendar called us and tried to explain she wasn’t comfortable putting her down and there were other meds we could put her on. I understand all of this but no one knows when the right time is besides the owners who spend everyday with a dog in pain trying to comfort her. Seeing the confused and scared look on her face because she is mentally gone and doesn’t understand what’s going on. Having a house that constantly smells of urine and feces because she pees and poops unknowingly in her sleep. I love my dog very much and have given her a caring home for 13yrs but I can’t let my house be destroyed or live in unsanitary conditions. I listened to everything that Dr. Bendar said and when she was done tried to explain all that I wrote above. About 5 words in she cut me off and went on another speal. I tried to interject to please let me finish and she continued to talk over me. It’s an emotional time for me so I did say that I don’t appreciate being cut off when I listened to everything she had to say. Dr. Bendar then called me rude. Anyone with real compassion, customer service skills, or just plain common sense should know this is beyond the wrong approach to treating people that are grieving the very near loss of a member of our family. Just as everything above is 100% in order accurate, I won’t lie and say that I continued my politeness after being called rude twice. I did briefly try to explain that I’m not being rude but no one can tell me my dog has quality of life left and that spending any undisclosed amount of money (in tough financial times for everyone) to prolong her pain is not an option I consider right for our family. She cut me off again and I did lose it, said some words I don’t normally say, and told them to return my dog immediately. I have 2 other dogs that were going there but I’m terminating all of my business with them. It isn’t acceptable to me to be treated like this. Even if I’m wrong and it isn’t her time, there were a million other ways to handle it. Let people talk or express their opinions, don’t constantly cut off and talk over people or you can’t understand their position. I don’t know if Dr. Bendar is having a bad day but it’s unacceptable to talk and treat your customers this way during a very tough time. My children are confused that they said goodbye and now we have brought a dog back who cried when she stepped into the house and is currently pooping while laying down in my living room. Shame on Dr. Bendar and Rock Road Animal Hospital if they condone this type of patient treatment.

I understand how hard it can be to make these kinds of decisions, but it's always at the doctors discretion whether or not they will euthanize a pet and it's also a very hard decision for them to make. Our doctors have an obligation when we have what appears to be an otherwise healthy pet to discuss all the options that they feel are available for your pet before proceeding with such a final decision. With your situation, this pet had never been seen by any of our doctors, so an examination was required so that I could feel comfortable that this was the best option for everyone. Sometimes what you are seeing at home is not what we see here in the clinic and that can make it hard for us to understand the full situation. In this case, your pet entered our hospital showing no evidence of the pain or incontinence issues you described. I just wanted to have the opportunity to get further history from the veterinarian that your pet had previously seen at another hospital. Thar doctor did try to offer you medication to help with the pain until all avenues of treatment could be explored. Unfortunately, your response was not understanding or accepting of my position of wanting to try to help your dog with the issues you were describing. And yes, it did escalate quickly since I would not do what you wanted me to. I have been practicing for over 20 years, and in that 20 years, I have only declined to euthanize 4 times, and those decisions were not easy for me to make either. My job and responsibility is to treat animals. Sometimes to help them, I do have to euthanize. This was unfortunately not one of those situations. And knowing that another veterinarian had also offered similar treatment options that you had declined, I feel comfortable that I made the right decision. I'm sorry we could not help you, and I hope that you find a veterinarian that can fill your needs.

I have been bringing my dogs here for a few years, 1 an older dog, 1 a pup. The pup got an ear infection and as soon as I saw she was sick I took her in. What I didn't know is they charge an extra $20 if you don't have an appt., and I was not advised of this. When I got there, there was 2 cars in the drive. and only 1 person who walked in before me, no one else in the lobby. They took her and her dog in right away, as they should. Twenty minutes later another person came in and they took her in right away. 10 minutes later they took my pup and I back. So I waited 30 minutes, 1 person came in. 1 person came out and no one waiting in the lobby. After getting my pup checked, I then paid $181.00 including the walk in charge. I think if your pet has a legitimate ailment and you are a customer of theirs this fee should be waived. I am very disappointed.

Been using them for 7+ years, always good service, not crowded and we get in and out pretty quick. Dr.'s have been really good with shots. No high pressure sales pitches for things which is good.

In February, our beloved dog, Sophie, had to be put to sleep due to her kidney failure. They were so gentle with her, and understanding with us. I have to admit my husband and I were very emotional, and the Doctor couldn't have been more sympathetic. Then in April, our dog Jake became deathly sick, violently vomiting and not eating. They worked us in immediately, gave us an accurate diagnosis (pancreatitis and dehydration), and kept our little guy for 3 days for iv meds and fluids. They checked in with us everyday, and now He is good as new. They were very reasonable with pricing. On a side note: My husband took Jake for his initial visit, when he was so sick, and my husband has a heart condition and started feeling ill when they were talking to him about Jake. The Doctor actually came out to my husband's car when he was leaving to check on his well being. This is a very caring veterinarian's office and I would give them 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

I am becoming more and more disappointed. I brought my dog in for x-rays on her leg because she was limping. The doctor came back with the x-rays, but only gave me pain medicine. Seemed rushed. She didn't even tell me what was wrong with her knee besides there was inflammation.
Well a few months go by and I take my dog back in for her vaccinations and I ask more about her leg since she was still limping and I would prefer her not to be on pain medicine for the rest of her life. And this visit the doctor was even more in a hurry. She almost forgot to check vitals and everything. Well when I asked about her knee the doctor's response was, "Didn't I tell you what I thought (key word "thought") it was last time?"
No you didn't you rushed me out. She said she thinks its a torn ligament or tendon that since the leg was inflamed she couldn't be sure. Then told me surgery is an option but since the injury is so old there is practically no point in doing it.
Well if you would have told me all this on my prior visit maybe my dog would have gotten some help.
I called just today to ask about if they have at least a brace for my dog and they don't even have that. I'm getting upset because I want to help my dog more than just giving her pain pills everyday.

We took our dog Buggie in for the first time, he got a diagnosis of cancer, we returned the next day without an appointment when he took a turn for the worst for humane euthanasia. The staff took us to a room immediately and let us spend time with our dog. They took care of all the paperwork and details quickly so that we could spend final precious moments. I am highly allergic and I don't appreciate having them on the counter top when I am paying my bills after they have just being the liter box that is also under the counter and smells. The vet and the nail person come in the room shaking and want us to give him a medication to calm him down which he's only in there for less than 5mins. Our other two vets who have retired never told us to use medication on him cause he was not the worst they have seen. How can u work with animals but are scared of them doesn't add up so now I will be cutting my dogs nails and most likely looking for another place to go to. To bad the other vets retired they were awesome I miss Carrollton vet!!!

Brought my dobey here for the first time after the vet @Carrolton decided to retire. Staff and vet were both very thorough and friendly. In fact, the vet spent a good 10 minutes just "talking dog." I was very pleased and got the impression they wanted their visitors to be well-informed.
Judging by the size of the place and the amount of pet noises behind some doors, this place is much larger than I am used to seeing. This is also the first time the vet asked me for "a sample," which has never been asked of me before...maybe because I've rescued in the past, and fosters had the pleasure of doing this for me?
At any rate, like I said: this place is thorough, friendly, and informative. It's an extra 10 minute drive from the last vet, but I have no problems with this because I have seen the quality care they provide. :)

Wish I would have found Dr O years ago.....I only got the opportunity to have one visit with Dr O but he is miles above any other vet I have dealt with for Mr Bigglesworth.....everyone I worked with at Rock Rd Animal Hospital were all so helpful and professional from the receptionist to the Dr that did the euthanization....Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your love of animals and all you do for them......I wish there were more offices like yours out there. My experience at the Rock Road Animal Clinic was nothing more than a big scheme. They over medicated and misdiagnosed our dog and puppies! As I was checking out, a little old lady was being pushed the same medicine they threw my way. I immediately felt a red flag. The next day I took my dog and puppies to the APA in Brentwood and the dogs were tested and all were negative of the Giardia!!!

I had to put my sweet cat Achilles down yesterday. His kidneys failed, his liver was failing and it was causing harm to his pancreas. He was 14. The doctor (Stroud, I believe) and the technicians were all so loving and careful with my beautiful cat. He lived a good, long, healthy life and this hospital is to thank for it. I love you guys. <3

My dog Maggie has Been dealing with skin issues for months and nothing has work so I decided to get a second opinion at different vet and I walk in to rock road We both felt comfortable and welcoming compared to my other vet office. We met dr Stroud she was wonderful and she took Maggie on the back to do skin graphics on her and then she found out it wasn't allergies it was some kind of mite and dog mange that is making her sick so after few days on the medicine she getting back to normal I'm so relieved I will be coming back for now on thank you guys so much for caring about my Maggie and dr stroud you are awesome

Rock Road Animal Hospital did a fantastic job with my dog. He cut he ear pretty bad on Saturday and the first place I tried to take him to wouldn't see us since we were a walk in and don't go there. We ended up at Rock Road Animal Hospital and they were so nice and caring about my dog even though we aren't one of their patients. They were quick and took great care of him. I have taken my dog, Virginia, a mix lab, to see Dr. Cays for most Gin Gin's life, she is 10 years old. Dr. Cays is a wonderful doctor. I have seen others and lately Dr. O., who was nice and straight to the point, which I needed.
My mother took her dog, a pug for all of his 12 years of his life, never had a problem, they were always there for her. She took him in every year to get all of his shots.
It can be a busy office, also I was also so stressed this week with my sick dog, they seem to always help me out.

They used to be an amazing hospital. NOT anymore. I had called many times to talk to someone about my dog. No one would return my calls. When I finally called upset they assured me the manager would call. Instead I got a letter in the mail telling me they no longer wanted my biz. Accused me of threatening them. NEVER DID! Very unprofessional. Rude and uncaring. Completey different from when dr cloud and dr Rosen were there!!
I was warned not to return to this animal hospital. I should has listened to my friend who does animal rescue.
