The staff and doctors here are amazing! They office is clean and everyone is very professional. They listen to all concerns and questions and answer with knowledge and compassion. They address you and your 4 legged baby by name and handle them with the upmost care. I recommend this place over and over again!

These folks are the best at taking care of you and your pet! I have had several pets taken in here and they have always been personable and worked me in when one of my animals was I'll. Now have my daughter taking her Greyhound there too.

You truly feel like family here! The staff and Doctors are friendly and wonderful people. Sarah was our Doctor, and she was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with our new puppy. She answered every question we had, and we never felt rushed or felt like another random client. I would recommend this clinic again and again!

Wonderful experience, Dr. Hoffman was so gentle and sweet to our senior dog Dixie. He made sure to spend a lot of time with my husband and I explaining everything there is to know, he didn't make us feel rushed or pressured to run unnecessary tests like some other places. The clinic is spotlessly clean and just overall a wonderful atmosphere.

Great clinic! Clean and friendly. Very nice staff.
I absolutely love Dr. Michelle. She is such a sweet and caring vet. So knowledgeable. Gentle as can be. Genuinely cares.

We stopped going there. The front staff are impatient at best. The new clinic looks great, but doesn't make any sense. The waiting benches are not for people. And when getting down on the floor wit...
We stopped going there. The front staff are impatient at best. The new clinic looks great, but doesn't make any sense. The waiting benches are not for people. And when getting down on the floor with your animal, is one of the dumbest things i have ever seen. Charges are not explained well, and are over priced. Over all , the staff, from the owner on down, seem to be there for themselves, not owners with animals. And , yes, I always try to smile and be polite.

I have taken my kitty's to McCauley's since moving to MO in 2002. They are OUTSTANDING! Compassionate, caring and very informative. Everyone is friendly, helpful and you could not ask for better care for your pets. I would never go anywhere else.

I've been going to McCauley for quite a few years now.
I have 2 pit bull mixes, Phoebe & Niko. I also took my cat, Shadow, to them up until last year when we had to unexpectedly send him to heaven. We didn't see it coming and it happened just a few days before Christmas. I was devastated! Dr. Hoffman and everyone there were all amazing through my pain and tears!
As for my dogs, I am very overprotective, to say the least, and Dr. Hoffman gets that and so do the girls in the front. They are always accommodating, kind, and understand and appreciate an overprotective parent.
I will never take my babies anywhere else.

We stopped going there. The front staff are impatient at best. The new clinic looks great, but doesn't make any sense. The waiting benches are not for people. I've been going to McCauley for quite a few years now.
I have 2 pit bull mixes, Phoebe & Niko. I also took my cat, Shadow, to them up until last year when we had to unexpectedly send him to heaven. We didn't see it coming and it happened just a few days before Christmas. I was devastated! Dr. Hoffman and everyone there were all amazing through my pain and tears!
