My dog was very sick with pyometra and needed urgent surgery, Dr Patty got her in right away and saved her life! I'm forever grateful! She was very compassionate and to the point. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Patty and her staff, they are beyond wonderful! ❤

I stumbled upon this great vet when I needed help in assisting a elder loving female doberman pass peacefully away here at home in her own yard accompanied by her loving family. This experience really eased the pain of our loss. Also recently had a Male Dobie in for surgery to remove a fatty mass that was non cancerous,but was impeding his shoulders range of motion. I highly recommend Dr. Patty Rickard and her staff for animal care, vaccinations ,etc. They are very competent, caring animal people.

My Beautiful boy became sick, and his quality of life was failing. So, when we made the hard decision to take his pain away, my husband called Dr. Patty. She came to our home, so our boy could travel peacefully in as much comfort as possible. She is very caring, and kind, and we thank her for being there in our time of need. When we decide to fill the hole in our hearts, we will continue to see Dr. Patty. We recommend her to anyone who loves their Furbabies

We are so lucky to have Dr. Patty as our vet-she is caring, compassionate, professional, and really knows best practice for treating our pets. We have had some sick animals and many vets run every single test under the sun-not Dr. Patty, she runs the right tests (if needed at all) and is always looking to balance best care and low cost solution. I have never paid the bill and wondered "what just happened, I came in for a basic checkup!" It took me years to find her, and I am willing to go wherever needed to get her services-which 90% of the time is my house! Excited for her new clinic to open, very clean, new equipment, and easy to get to! Billings community will be getting the best of her unique business model, home care and clinic care!

Dr. Rickard is amazing!! She came out to our home to see Buster. Buster was having issues breathing and since he has anxiety with travel she came to us. Buster needed a surgery that is not performed by any local veterinarian. She researched the procedure and was able to refer us to someone who did. I will not take my pets anywhere else!! I stumbled upon this great vet when I needed help in assisting a elder loving female doberman pass peacefully away here at home in her own yard accompanied by her loving family.
