My first visit at Animal Hospital felt like I'd been going there for years. I took my mom's cat in to see Dr. Broyles and he was so wonderfully fantastic. Our kitty took right to him, and she never does that! He was very caring & sympathetic and put our kitty's health first at a very affordable cost.
I will be bringing my own pets here for care, too. Being new to Billings, I was worried about finding a new vet after having the same vet for 20 years. I no longer have to worry! I will definitely recommend Animal Hospital and am so happy to have found the perfect place for our fur babies. 😊
6/2018 Dr. Broyles has been treating my cat, Sophie, and he's been wonderful! Very caring, and wants what is best for HER. The staff is fantastic and they always get Sophie in asap. I've also never had to wait in the waiting room, which is great! A+!!

The vets and vet techs are super nice and and treated my animals very well. Any concern or problem I have had with my pets they have treated seriously and have always given me good advice on care for my pets. From neutering my youngest cat, to doing blood work and dental work on my oldest cat, all of the costs of care have come in under what they initially quoted me. I always recommend them to friends and co-workers.

This has been my vet for over 20 years, 7 dogs, 2 cats, and one snake. Dr. Lain is a true study, full of knowledge. I have always been very impressed with his continued development of his skill set. The new Dr. Broyles was picked by Dr. Lain so I trust him completely with my animals. My animals have been seen 7-8 times already by Dr. Broyles and he maintains his professionalism. This is a safe place to take your animals.

We have taken our God ( oops spelled that backwards ) dog to the Animal Hospital ever since we owned him. Three and a half years. We are always treated with respect and seen promptly. We had another dog that we had to put to sleep right before we adopted the dog we have now. He was taken to three other vets in Billings and had surgery on his hips and diabetes. The staff at the Animal Hospital are more passionate and caring when they are seeing my current pet . We will continue to use the Animal Hospital for all our pet needs.

Dr. Lane and his staff are truly good and compassionate people. I have been treated with the utmost kindness and respect from all there, having lost 2 fur babies last year. As I schedule appointments for the new generation, I am comforted knowing they will take care of my fur family, and advise me how to do the best for them. I have taken my dog to Dr. Lane for over five yrs the Staff and Doctor's are Dedicated, Compassionate and not in it, for just the money. The Staff and Dr. Lane have love for our loved ones, not very many people like that anymore. Today i had an emergency, I took my dog to Dr. Lane he was there within 5 mins and my dogs life was saved because of his carring soul, Its truely a miracle, and this isn't the first time when my dog was a puppy he was born with deformed legs and when i found out, no one in this town carred to help and i finally lost hope i walked into the Animal hospital where I met with Dr. Lane and at last there was hope, my dog runs like the wind, the Animal hospital goes on and beyond the call of a Veterinary Hospital. A little over a year ago I brought my cat, Sophie, to the Animal Hospital because she was having issues with her mouth. The regular vet was out and an elderly gentleman assisted us instead. I informed him that I could tell Sophie had some pain in her mouth. He opened her cat carrier and yanked her out by her scruff. He then proceeded to hold her down by the scruff and yank her mouth open. He did NOT even look in her mouth. He simple took the PEN FROM HIS COAT and pushed it down on her gums. My mild mannered and sweet kitten hissed in pain and thrashed. I stared in shock as he jammed her back into her carrier. The vet, and I use that term loosely, then walked over to me and hugged me. He proceeded to say Sophie had stomatitis and I should take the next couple of weeks to find a space in my back yard to bury her. I was a crying mess. Completely devastated. Thank goodness I took her to Best Friends and got a second opinion. Sophie is a happy, healthy cat who plays with her toys, eats hard and soft food, and takes medication when she needs it. I chose to write this review a year after the incident to prove a point. Animal Hospital tried to kill my cat before her time. Animal parents beware. I will never go back to this horrible place. If I could give you a zero star ranking, I would.

My first visit at Animal Hospital felt like I'd been going there for years. I took my mom's cat in to see Dr. Broyles and he was so wonderfully fantastic. Our kitty took right to him, and she never does that! He was very caring & sympathetic and put our kitty's health first at a very affordable cost.
