We are so happy with the service we have received from everyone at Shiloh Vet. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We have never felt like it is an inconvenience for them to answer all our questions, no matter how silly we feel they may be. We moved to Billings about a year ago and had only online reviews to rely on to pick a vet. We are so happy with where we ended up. I love Shiloh Veterinary Hospital. I have 3 Shelties and I've been taking my first Sheltie, Foxy, to Dr. Bertino since I got her in 2004 and quickly decided I was impressed by the care and attention we got. I then grew my herd by two others. My second baby broke her foot playing and they made sure to take amazing care of her during ordeal, saw us 2 to 3 times a week because Phoenix constantly chewed the cast off, and no cone of shame would stop her. Dr. Bertino and her team has always treated my fur kids as family and has gone above and beyond. No matter how big or small the visit has been for, they've always have been there for my fur kids. They take time to answer questions, whether in person a personal call from one of the amazing Vets that they have on staff. Yesterday, I had to put my sweet old pug, Brick, to rest. I recently moved to Billings, and came to Shiloh when he had a cough back in December. They took great care of us then, so when I needed to make this decision, it's where I wanted to go. The receptionists were so kind and understanding of my situation and made it feel very personal. I was overwhelmed by how warm and special the euthanasia room was. The space was private and it felt comforting. Dr. Mansur and her tech were so unbelievably kind to me and my boy. While I sat on the floor with him, she sat on the floor across from me and talked to me about what was going to happen. The tech (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name), was also on the floor with us. They made it so personal and I was comfortable handing him off to them. After the catheter was put in, they brought him back and the tech gave me a blanket to put on my lap while I held him. As the drug was given, and I was in tears, the tech held my arm and I knew she shared my pain. As I held him afterwards, they asked me about him and his life before this. The tech then gave me time to hold him alone, and then she came to take him. Dr. Mansur and the tech made the experience as good as a experience like this could be. Their bedside manner brought me so much comfort. I can not express in words how much I appreciate everything they did for us. I will forever recommend Shiloh to anyone and everyone.Read Less

Shiloh Vet treats my pets like part of their family. I board my dog when we leave town, she always comes back to us with a bath and super happy. When we lost our kitty, they treated us as family. They go above and beyond to accommodate my and my four legged family members needs. Watching others' reactions and their pets solidifies why I will always trust them with my fur family. I called to get information about experience with Mega Colon surgery for cats. The lady was rude and acted like I was speaking a foreign language, obviously didn't know what I was talking about. I was put on hold for a few moments, then told they do not perform anything like that and said they didn't know of anybody who does. Surprising that their DOCTORS wouldn't know ANYTHING about Mega Colon or referrals to other Doctors!! I'm pretty sure she didn't even ask one of their Doctors. Read Less

I will not take my dog back here. After lots of testing on my dog, the vet stated he needed surgery right away. They would not work with us on payments so we looked for another vet. That vet told us that if they were to do surgery he could possibly die on the table. They called my mother in law trying for us to give up the rights of our loved dog and they would waive the fee to do it. Why they called my mother in law is beyond me. Read Less

I moved from Wi to Mt in August and was finally brave enough to meet a new Vet - what a lovely experience! Desk staff was friendly, helpful and nice.. Vet tech was amazing with my Frenchie's... The Vet was very nice, kind and a great listener... And kennel staff took me on a wonderful little tour as well! Shiloh Veterinary Hospital is an outstanding organization in the veterinary community in Billings. The doctors, technicians, assistants, and kennel staff are all there because they love animals as their own and dedicate their lives to making sure that each animal that comes through the door is treated with every ounce of compassion they possess. These people work hard to make sure these animals are treated with the same expectations we as humans have of doctors, nurses and technicians in human hospitals. They are able and only able to do this as long as they are given the opportunity by the ones voicing their concerns, the owner, for the patients whom have no voice themselves, the animal. Myself and my children with four legs are furever grateful to this hospital and the amazing people who work for them. Shiloh Vet has always been good to me. I take my pets to Dr. Cook, time and time again she has done amazing things with them. I have a 14yr Pekingese with a heart murmur. He had a lump in his mouth that needed to be looked at, but it couldn't get done without him being anesthetized. Dr Cook walked me through everything she was doing, she explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it. She explained to me that it was risky, but she felt it was the best option. It was a very scary thing putting him under, knowing that he could not wake up, but she did an amazing job with Leonard. Nothing went wrong, he got the lump removed( which was benign), and got his teeth cleaned. My little Leonard loves everyone here at Shiloh, and I could never thank Dr Cook enough for taking great care of my babies. Read Less

I didn't get my first dog until I was 33 and had the resources and time to properly care for it. Dr. Bertino and her team at Shiloh have cared for all my dogs at one point or another and have done a wonderful job! It astounds me when people who don't care for or protect their animals blame the Vet when they have been neglectful. If animal services was called on the owners of the dog at the heart of this internet bash session the dog would've been removed for its safety and health. Instead the owners took it to the vet and didn't want to pay for a $100 test and opted to give it up instead. It's amazing the things people will say given the opportunity, "my dog wouldn't walk through the door". Jeez Read Less
