Our pets love Four Oaks! I have never seen a dog get excited about going to the vet. Right when we pull up he is ready to get into the office to see everyone. The staff is great and genuinely care about you and your pet. They know how important they are to you and I the extra mile to ensure the health of your animal is their top priority. Dr. Pandolphi even makes calls to check on your pet after hours! They are great.

I met Dr P today and was blown away by her love for animals, knowledge of her field, and interaction with pet owners. It was our puppy's first visit and Dr P took so much quality time with us. I have had many vet experiences where I felt hustled through and felt little compassion from the vet. Not Dr. P... She addressed every single question on my long list with professional, loving, informative care. Her staff was so amazing and sweet with our baby too. Even though she had shots, nails clipped, temp taken etc... I know our puppy will not be scared of the vet because of the love and care she received today

My neighbor recommended Dr. P. I was very wary of trying another vet. here in Wilmington. Why? My jack had become very ill a year ago. I carried him in a cold pouring rain to his regular vet. (aft...
My neighbor recommended Dr. P. I was very wary of trying another vet. here in Wilmington. Why? My jack had become very ill a year ago. I carried him in a cold pouring rain to his regular vet. (after three years) around lunch time. I entered into the office with him covered in a blanket, only to be told to take him to the ER Vet, "that they were in a office meeting". Thus, me having to go back home 200 miles to our family vet. It was only an ear infection they informed me and my aunt.
This go around, I found Dr. P and the staff members to be so friendly, professional and very caring. I informed them I was on a fixed income, afraid of what the bill would be. They did their best to keep the charges down.. This was our first time visit and we were treated as though we had been with them for years!!!! Kudo's to one of the best Veterinarian and Staff in Wilmington NC. (:

We are very blessed to have found a Vet that is as caring as this one. Dr Pandolfi is supportive in the care of our chihuahuas as well as at the end of their life.

Very unprofessional vet. My puppy was taken for a stool sample while in the waiting room and was given back to me with stool all over her, which got all over my shirt. Then the receptionist said it was just gel.... must have been brown gel. Was in the waiting room for over an hour. Not impressed.

Our pets love Four Oaks! I have never seen a dog get excited about going to the vet. Right when we pull up he is ready to get into the office to see everyone. The staff is great and genuinely care about you and your pet. They know how important they are to you and I the extra mile to ensure the health of your animal is their top priority.
