I've been coming to clock tower for many many years with all my animals. I wouldn't trust any other place to care for all my fur babies. Clock Tower takes the time to check them and have extremely shown patience with my fur babies. The care and treatment has been wonderful. My son now takes his fur baby to them. Plus the app is very helpful. Thank you Clock Tower for everything.

Clocktower is the best vet clinic in Lincoln. They are extremely caring and knowledgeable about taking care of our dog. Our dog is our baby. They don't believe in running extra tests that aren't necessary and they are extremely thorough. I love that. There are many clinics in Lincoln that want to run so many tests to be "thorough" when they weren't necessary to diagnose the problem. I know this bc I have a friend that works at that one specific clinic and she has told me that they want to run those tests on most sick animals that come in. Those clinics try to scare you into needing to run those extra expensive tests. There have been times where our dog was sick and at Clocktower we've been given the meds and have been offered to get a x-ray for our comfort even though they were confident in their diagnosis. We didn't get the x-ray and sure enough after a day of the meds they prescribed our pup was back to normal.
A HUGE perk is they are very affordable! We just got our dog's teeth cleaned and it was so affordable compared to when we got our dog's teeth cleaned in Gretna. Clocktower was at least $100 cheaper for the same excellent care.
The best thing I love is that I can get a same day appt when my dog is sick. When we lived in another state a lot of times we couldn't get in the same day if our dog was ill. Then we would have to go to another clinic. Clocktower takes such great care of our dog and really care about her and seeing her the same day when we need to be seen.
I like that they have an app you can use to make appts and see test results etc. Of course I haven't used it bc they are so good at calling to update me on results. ;) But I have been emailed that her test results are ready to view in the app. I think it's great they have the technology to take care of your vet needs online.
They just hired another Vet so that they can keep up with the high demand of current clients and the growing list of new clients. :)
You definitely need to take your animals to Clocktower to be cared for.

I've been taking my pets to Clock Tower since I was a child (I'm now 51). I was a little concerned when the Vets changed but figured I would give them a chance and I couldn't be more pleased. Of course price is always a consideration and their prices are great! The care my pets receive there is excellent. The staff are very pleasant. Their new location is great. They have little rooms like a doctor's office and you really feel like they want you and your pet to have a positive experience. I recommend them to everyone!

I have been taking my fur babies here for 3 years now. I love the prices and the staff. They are always very kind and attentive to my pets needs. They work with you to get into see the vet. We have never had an issue with them. Are they the cheapest out there? No but cheapest isn't always better. I feel like I get the best care for not crazy expense. The app they recently started using is amazing. I can easily use it to make an appointment and I get a quick response. Keep up the good work. You will be our vet for life!

Thank you both for the dignity & compassion you showed my dear Mocha, myself & my mother when I made the hardest decision ever, to put down my true love because she had become too aggressive. I am still in anguish about that day because Mocha was the love of my life & saved me from a suicide attempt. If only I could have fixed her, I keep saying to myself, but the aggression was escalating & I was frightened she may turn on a person. You put all your other patients aside & gave us all the time we needed to say good bye. I still cry for her because we had such a bond. But I am sure as time goes on, the tears will be less. I will always hold her close in my heart for saving me. But right now I feel like my heart is broken. Thank you again for all of your help!

Love the staff! Every single one I've interacted with every time we've been there has been absolutely fabulous. Have always been knowledgeable and competent. Rates are more than fair even for big dogs. They always manage to get an appointment time that works for me. Nice location, end of the strip of stores with a fenced patch of grass, and low vehicle traffic so getting pets in & out is as low stress as can be. I couldn't recommend them higher.

We have been going there since we came to Lincoln 30 years ago, Doctor Burke was the vet then, the vets now are wonderful compassionate and caring, Doctor Kolterman came to the house to put our westie of 17 years to sleep, we were heartbroken, they were so kind and we appreciated so very much how compassionate they were. Dr Kolterman is helping us with our westie Fiona who has a bulging disc and lost the use of her back legs, she recommended Predisone and she is walking again, we are still dealing with issues but Clocktower are great and listen and will get us in. I can't say enough about how awesome the vets and the techs are, they are the best and I can't thank them enough for their care and kindness.

Our sweet Suzie passed peacefully and we know she had been in good hands always at Clock Tower, including her last breath. We have had nothing but positive experiences with every visit to the vet. We have a dog and a cat that both have been seen routinely by various vets at this clinic over the course of many years. Waiting time has always been reasonable, the level of care always professional and we were never pressured into anything that wasn't necessary. On top of it, last I checked this was the cheapest place to purchase Frontline. The pricing has been very competitive and I definitely recommend this veterinary clinic.

I've been a client of Clock Tower since they opened their doors under dear Dr. Schwarz. Dr. Browning was my regular vet and I still love him all these years after his departure and my ten years out of the area. I'm back in the area now and although there are numerous vets between me and Clock Tower, they are once again the hospital I trust with my pets. They helped with my boxer's emergency last year and just last night, were so kind and compassionate as I sadly said a final good bye to my kitty. She was handled with such care and her passing was peaceful. I am forever grateful for that. Clock Tower is the best!

I loved the female doctor who used to work at this clinic more than a year ago. She has moved to Omaha. She was a very loving and caring and gentle doctor. But I don't feel the same ever since she has left. The worst experience I had was when they refused to see my dog when she desperately needed to see a vet right after she had numerous seizures and was suffering. I am extremely disappointed with how non-caring this clinic is. Of course, after this experience, I immediately switched my pets out of this clinic and have transferred them to a very caring clinic. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I've been coming to clock tower for many many years with all my animals. I wouldn't trust any other place to care for all my fur babies. Clock Tower takes the time to check them and have extremely shown patience with my fur babies. The care and treatment has been wonderful. My son now takes his fur baby to them. Plus the app is very helpful. Thank you Clock Tower for everything.

Clocktower is the best vet clinic in Lincoln. They are extremely caring and knowledgeable about taking care of our dog. Our dog is our baby. They don't believe in running extra tests that aren't necessary and they are extremely thorough. I love that. There are many clinics in Lincoln that want to run so many tests to be "thorough" when they weren't necessary to diagnose the problem. I know this bc I have a friend that works at that one specific clinic and she has told me that they want to run those tests on most sick animals that come in. Those clinics try to scare you into needing to run those extra expensive tests. There have been times where our dog was sick and at Clocktower we've been given the meds and have been offered to get a x-ray for our comfort even though they were confident in their diagnosis. We didn't get the x-ray and sure enough after a day of the meds they prescribed our pup was back to normal.
A HUGE perk is they are very affordable! We just got our dog's teeth cleaned and it was so affordable compared to when we got our dog's teeth cleaned in Gretna. Clocktower was at least $100 cheaper for the same excellent care.
The best thing I love is that I can get a same day appt when my dog is sick. When we lived in another state a lot of times we couldn't get in the same day if our dog was ill. Then we would have to go to another clinic. Clocktower takes such great care of our dog and really care about her and seeing her the same day when we need to be seen.
I like that they have an app you can use to make appts and see test results etc. Of course I haven't used it bc they are so good at calling to update me on results. ;) But I have been emailed that her test results are ready to view in the app. I think it's great they have the technology to take care of your vet needs online.
They just hired another Vet so that they can keep up with the high demand of current clients and the growing list of new clients. :)
You definitely need to take your animals to Clocktower to be cared for.

Yet Taylor looked up made eye contact with me and when she was finished with what she was doing, went to the back and got the meds I needed. Totally wait time...maybe 5 minutes. The doctors and staff are amazing.

I've been taking my pets to Clock Tower since I was a child (I'm now 51). I was a little concerned when the Vets changed but figured I would give them a chance and I couldn't be more pleased. Of course price is always a consideration and their prices are great! The care my pets receive there is excellent. The staff are very pleasant. Their new location is great. They have little rooms like a doctor's office and you really feel like they want you and your pet to have a positive experience. I recommend them to everyone!

I have been taking my fur babies here for 3 years now. I love the prices and the staff. They are always very kind and attentive to my pets needs. They work with you to get into see the vet. We have never had an issue with them. Are they the cheapest out there? No but cheapest isn't always better. I feel like I get the best care for not crazy expense. The app they recently started using is amazing. I can easily use it to make an appointment and I get a quick response. Keep up the good work. You will be our vet for life!

Thank you both for the dignity & compassion you showed my dear Mocha, myself & my mother when I made the hardest decision ever, to put down my true love because she had become too aggressive. I am still in anguish about that day because Mocha was the love of my life & saved me from a suicide attempt. If only I could have fixed her, I keep saying to myself, but the aggression was escalating & I was frightened she may turn on a person. You put all your other patients aside & gave us all the time we needed to say good bye. I still cry for her because we had such a bond. But I am sure as time goes on, the tears will be less. I will always hold her close in my heart for saving me. But right now I feel like my heart is broken. Thank you again for all of your help!

Love the staff! Every single one I've interacted with every time we've been there has been absolutely fabulous. Have always been knowledgeable and competent. Rates are more than fair even for big dogs. They always manage to get an appointment time that works for me. Nice location, end of the strip of stores with a fenced patch of grass, and low vehicle traffic so getting pets in & out is as low stress as can be. I couldn't recommend them higher.

We have been going there since we came to Lincoln 30 years ago, Doctor Burke was the vet then, the vets now are wonderful compassionate and caring, Doctor Kolterman came to the house to put our westie of 17 years to sleep, we were heartbroken, they were so kind and we appreciated so very much how compassionate they were. Dr Kolterman is helping us with our westie Fiona who has a bulging disc and lost the use of her back legs, she recommended Predisone and she is walking again, we are still dealing with issues but Clocktower are great and listen and will get us in. I can't say enough about how awesome the vets and the techs are, they are the best and I can't thank them enough for their care and kindness.

Our sweet Suzie passed peacefully and we know she had been in good hands always at Clock Tower, including her last breath. We have had nothing but positive experiences with every visit to the vet. We have a dog and a cat that both have been seen routinely by various vets at this clinic over the course of many years. Waiting time has always been reasonable, the level of care always professional and we were never pressured into anything that wasn't necessary. On top of it, last I checked this was the cheapest place to purchase Frontline. The pricing has been very competitive and I definitely recommend this veterinary clinic.

I've been a client of Clock Tower since they opened their doors under dear Dr. Schwarz. Dr. Browning was my regular vet and I still love him all these years after his departure and my ten years out of the area. I'm back in the area now and although there are numerous vets between me and Clock Tower, they are once again the hospital I trust with my pets. They helped with my boxer's emergency last year and just last night, were so kind and compassionate as I sadly said a final good bye to my kitty. She was handled with such care and her passing was peaceful. I am forever grateful for that. Clock Tower is the best!

I loved the female doctor who used to work at this clinic more than a year ago. She has moved to Omaha. She was a very loving and caring and gentle doctor. But I don't feel the same ever since she has left. The worst experience I had was when they refused to see my dog when she desperately needed to see a vet right after she had numerous seizures and was suffering. I am extremely disappointed with how non-caring this clinic is. Of course, after this experience, I immediately switched my pets out of this clinic and have transferred them to a very caring clinic. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
