If I could give negative stars I would. First off I brought my deceased dog in to be cremated was charged an amount at drop off. When I was told she was ready, I came in and was told I was undercharged and had to pay more. They told me the paw print was burned and they would make it right and special for me and call when it was done. Almost a month later I received it. The print was made up of someones fingerprints. Just brought my two new 6 month old kittens there for the first time for their rabies shots and the staff was so friendly. The kittens didn't even seem to notice that they got a shot. I was a little frazzled because I was running late and the boys HATE crates, so I brought them in on leashes. The kittens seem to like the leashes better but it's a bit more difficult to manage - try carrying around or leading two six month old wriggly kittens at once. They were so impressed with the stellar behavior of my little fellas and let me wait in one of the rooms so they wouldn't have sensory overload with all the new smells and areas to explore. They treated Bruce and Grayson (the kittens) with nothing but affection and gave them treats to make the visit a little easier. Dr. Otto and staff are incredibly knowledgeable. Our two dogs have been seen by Cotner Pet Care since they were puppies, and we've always felt very comfortable with their care. Recently went in with our new puppy Tiberious and they were absolutely fantastic, the entire staff was extremely friendly and tolerant of our working and reworking out all of the costs to find out if the plans are worth the money. I'll save you the math and tell you that the puppy plan, including the Neuter, is extremely worth it. We only had the final round of vaccinations and its still saving us $300 It'd be way more if we had to get all 4 rounds. They also have quite a way with the animals and their passion really shines through. Highly recommended! Read Less

Dr. Otto goes above and beyond the call of a veterinarian. He remembers my cat every time I am in and he even took the time to call me in the evening when I had a question about my cat's medication.
