Vintage Heights is a great place to take your pets they helped me care for my senior dog Vinny for 5 years and recently helped put him to rest! Every time I take my dog in I'm left to wait in the receiving room anywhere from 15-40 minutes even on slow days and the rooms are hot. I was also mischarged almost $200 for a sample of dietary fiber chews. When they told me the charge was incorrect they explained that they can't do refunds to debit cards, they can only offer account credit or have an office manager write a check who only works limited days. The ladies at the front desk are nice and pleasant to work with but I would not recommend based on my visits. Will find another vet. Read Less

This place is AMAZING! I had to take all 3 of my dogs in at the same time to get check ups and a flea prescription...all while hauling my 2 toddlers along, too. Not only did the staff help me get the dogs in and out of the van, they helped me keep them calm while waiting for a room. They were very attentive and sweet with my labs and beagle. I was so impressed by their service and all the help they provided to the crazy lady who decided to bring ALL her dogs at the same time! LOL. It was a quieter more intimate office than I'm used to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Wiedel is so great with my elderly cat that, though we continue to go to her previous office with the rest of the fur family, elderly cat gets to go here. We got some great deals on trial kidney care food as well. Read Less

This place is great! I just took my English Bulldog in for a bath and nails cut! He is a big baby and hates his nails cut! So happy this worked! I also take both my dogs here to the Vet! The staff is Awesome! Read Less

Vintage Heights has been wonderful with our cats. We just moved here and had to put one of our cats down and even though this was our first time to visit, they gave him the dignity in his last few moments of life. I've loved the entire staff at Vintage Heights. They are so friendly and warm, and recognize my dog by name every time I bring her in. I know she is well-taken care of when she is there. They are very easy to schedule with - whether it is seeing one of the veterinarians or for grooming. Their hours make it easy for me to drop my dog off before work and pick her up on my way home. Dr. Jim is amazing, he is very knowledgeable and always seems to be up on the most current care. Sebastian (pug/rat terrier mix) has some unique medical issues and Dr. Jim is always available to discuss any issues that come up. He always returns my calls personally and takes the time to ensure that I understand and feel comfortable with the treatment approach. I can not say enough about the techs and receptionists, they are very nice and always greet Sebastian and I by name. I am always able to be with Sebastian during all procedures. They do not make me wait in the waiting room and take him back, I am with him at all times. This is very important to me as I know other vets do not always allow the pet parent back during check ups, blood draws, etc. I would highly recommend Dr. Jim and Vintage Heights Veterinary Hospital. We have followed Dr. Jim for over five years with all of our pets - dog and cats that were adopted and sometimes came with health issues. We just moved to town and happened to drive by Vintage Heights Vet Hospital and I made a mental note to look into taking my pets there. I'm glad I did, because soon after my cat needed to see the vet since she wasn't using her litter box properly. I called in and was treated kindly and made to feel like my worries were valid. Thankfully, nothing was wrong with my cat. Dr. Jim called me personally to discuss strategies to try to get my cat using her litter box again. When I picked my cat up, the front office staff was extremely friendly. They took my three-year-old to visit the cats and even gave her a piece of candy. I know she can't wait to return! Vintage Heights is a great place to take your pets for veterinary care. I bring both of my cats to see Dr. Jim. He listens to my concerns and offers great advice and care. I leave feeling like my pets are in good hands. You can tell that he really loves animals and he builds a personal relationship with each pet and their owner.
