It's been brought to my attention that a Pitty pup was brought to your clinic with TWO BROKEN LEGS because someone threw the poor thing and broke its legs. The "owner" didn't have enough money for surgery, so your clinic sent this helpless dog BACK into the hands and the household in which this happened and told them to keep the pup on kennel rest?!? What kind of vet does this?! This is the most inhumane, disgusting thing I have ever heard! This poor baby is now in the hands of a chick who had no idea how to care for a puppy, and has 2 broken legs...which she has had for over a week!!! Your clinic should be shut down. Dr. Vondra and all his team of professionals gave my Westie Service/Hearing Dog and my two Scotties amazing care and love. Their expertise and understanding of what my buddies AND I needed was above and beyond veterinary services. Dr. Vondra drove to my home to get my sick Scottie girl during an ice storm when the icy roads were so bad some streets were closed and people were told NOT to travel! From our very first appointment everyone there remembered my name and all about my three dogs. We became part of the "Vondra family". Several times Dr. Vondra did some surgery at a cost I know he did not even cover his expenses! I wasn't happy with the job my previous groomer was doing so I brought my pup here on a recommendation from a neighbor. I am very pleased! My old groomer never bothered to verify vaccination records which made me a little weary. Vondra's did a great job on the cut, his fur was very soft afterwards and his nails weren't rough and sharp like my old groomer left them. The price was affordable & the staff were friendly. Brought my dog here to try out their grooming services. SO much better than the groomer I used to take him to. It was about $40 for my small dog and they did a terrific job. His nails were smooth, hair length consistent, and fur was extremely soft afterwards! Also it only took them about 4 hours (my old groomer was 6 at least!) We had to take my cat in due to lump and pain in shoulder. I had never been here before but priced alot of places based on exam cost and exray cost and they were much cheaper and we're closer to us... I'm so thankful I chose them and will be switching our dogs to this clinic as well. The doc and staff were so kind and knowledgeable. They didn't make me run unneeded blood work like others in the past when they already knew what it was. It was not good news for our kitty but the staff was so kind in delivering the news. I also like the fact that we didn't have to wait our appointment time was honored. I will be coming here for our other animals in the future. I am from a small town and I love the small town feel of the staff and facility. It just feels like home if that makes sense. Read Less

I moved to lincoln almost 2 years ago and have been going to multiple vets trying to find the best one that provides above excellent care that I can also afford and I FINALLY found it. Took my dog in just this last week and they were all so nice and caring and made me feel comfortable with my dogs cares. Safe to say my cat and I will be visiting soon too!! Read Less

Vondra vet is the only place we will take our dog to be groomed. We've tried several other groomers but they either did a poor job or actually hyper extended her leg. We have only had a positive experience with Vondra and would recommend them to anyone. Read Less

D Vondra and his staff are Excellent. My dog had a cyst on her head. Bethany Animal Clinic quoted me $430. Someone told me about Dr Vondra, so I took the trip out from NE Lincoln. SO worth it! He removed the problem cyst plus 2 smaller ones, with take home meds, total out the door, $78. Dr Vondra is not affordable because that's all he is worth, he is affordable because he truly cares!! I really like Dr Kate! She does a great job with my dogs. The staff is great as well, they always offer to carry my food out or help with my clang. Dr Kate is listens to my concerns and does not make me feel like I am being rushed to hurry through the apt.
