My initial experience with Dr. Lubben was actually really great when I took both of my dogs in for vaccinations in 2021. Fast forward to 2022, I noticed a lump on the right front leg of our dog and it didn’t seem to go away so I made an appointment with Dr. Lubben to address this issue, he gave me and anti-inflammatory and an antibiotic and if the lump hadn’t gone away to call back and they would get me setup with an appointment to have an X-ray done. After a week things weren’t improving and the limping was getting worse I called back. They referred me to Heartland Pet Hospital in Bellevue, I couldn’t get in for an X-ray for three days. So by the time my appointment came around and they did the X-ray they said they would send the X-rays before I got to my car and Dr. Lubben would contact me with a diagnosis. I called Dr. Lubben several times over a 6 day span to take 5 minutes out of this day to read the X-rays left multiple messages with his receptions and I never ever heard anything back from that man. I even called Heartland back and left them a message to see if someone would please read the X-ray because something is severely wrong with my dog and he needs help, no answer from them either. I ended up having to go to another vet who was able to diagnose my dog, he has osteosarcoma and for those who don’t know what that is it’s a very aggressive bone cancer. Dr. Heath and Goodrich Vet clinic in Millard was a saving grace and got us in and finally got our boy on pain meds all while Dr. Lubben ghosted us in our time of need for whatever reason and there is none, his actions are inexcusable. This man should no longer be a veterinarian. My dog suffered a week and I couldn’t even get a phone call back. He’s a complete coward and I honestly don’t know how he sleeps at night. I’m still in shock and disbelief that this happened. What is his excuse? He doesn’t have one. Please don’t be fooled by all the glowing reviews, go see another vet there’s plenty of others out there who actually care for animals.
Also, I’ve emailed twice to get my other dogs records since I will be seeing Dr. Heath now and I’ve yet to receive a response….. shocker.

Don’t get any quotes over the phone! I heard this guy was not someone that should see our animals unfortunately I didn’t listen. You’ve been warned 😢

Dr. Lubben and his staff are friendly and great with animals. The offices are clean and welcoming, and the visits are quick. This is the perfect place to take your pets!

Dr.Lubben is fantastic! We make the 30 minute drive from our home because this clinic is the best vet experience we've had for our pets. Dr. Lubben is very knowledgeable and always answers every question or concern I have for my animals. The front staff is awesome as well. They treated my pups so well after their surgeries and it eases my mind when I have to drop them off because they are in great hands. Would highly recommend!

My initial experience with Dr. Lubben was actually really great when I took both of my dogs in for vaccinations in 2021. Fast forward to 2022, I noticed a lump on the right front leg of our dog and it didn’t seem to go away so I made an appointment with Dr. Lubben to address this issue, he gave me and anti-inflammatory and an antibiotic and if the lump hadn’t gone away to call back and they would get me setup with an appointment to have an X-ray done. Dr.Lubben is fantastic! We make the 30 minute drive from our home because this clinic is the best vet experience we've had for our pets. Dr. Lubben is very knowledgeable and always answers every question or concern I have for my animals. The front staff is awesome as well. They treated my pups so well after their surgeries and it eases my mind when I have to drop them off because they are in great hands. Would highly recommend!
