Last night my guinea pig was bleeding in her urine, call this morning and they told me to bring her right away. They were all very kind, professionals, friendly, caring and took great care of my little Bailey also the place is very neat and clean, Dr. Mary Sutherland did exams, x rays and gave antibiotics, also gave me all instructions and information I needed, very good service and not so expensive, I paid around $130, I'll be back in 2 weeks to see how Bailey continues reacting to the antibiotics. I took my two dogs in to the clinic today to get caught up on their shots. I was first told that my younger dog needs a rabies shot something he has already had. After going back and forth with the vet tech and them assuring me their records are accurate I said ok thinking I was mistaken. And then them telling me my older dog needs to be caught up on only the Bordetella shot. They took my dogs in the back room and did their thing. Then after sitting in the room for about 5-10 mins the vet tech comes in and tells me that they mixed up the files and it was my older dog that needs to be caught up on the shots and not my younger one. Then they proceed to tell me my older dog needs his rabies shot to get the other vaccinations. (I've emailed the rabies vaccine certificate to the receptionist 3 times since he was neutered at the humane society and had to get one). So not only did they give my younger dog double doses of shots that should last up to 3 years but they told me they would delete it from the file so I don't have to pay for it. Now my younger dogs records are screwed up bc it doesnt show he got those shots today.Today was the final straw with this vet clinic. I've never had a good experience with them. They have constantly lost my appointments and when I show up they have to squeeze me in last minute which is weird because I have proof from emails with the receptionist that I have made the appointment. I will never take my dogs there again. They are extremely disorganized and have put the well being of my dogs in jeopardy. Beware before you take your dog's here. Read Less

I WAS a client of this vet clinic for some time.  After my last appointment with All Creatures Clinic on Friday, September 30, I will NEVER come to this office again.  The receptionist, Laurie, is rude, curt, sarcastic, and overbearing.  Vet techs were cold and uncaring.  Vet was nt forthcoming with much information.  Acted like she had no idea what was wrong with my cat.  I explained I was concerned about costs, but I was concerned for the life of my pet...she just gave me costs and sent me on my way.  Didn't seem to care if my cat lived or died.  Receptionist was so rude on my way out!  I am done with this place! I took my Flemish Giant rabbit in for the first time today for a checkup and nail trim. Dr Belshan and the staff were wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable and spent the time to give Admiral Bailey a very thorough checkup, and asked lots of questions about his diet and living conditions. I could tell that they truly cared about us. With a checkup, nail trim, and antibiotics, the bill was still very reasonable. In the future I plan to take my 2 cats and my other bunny to them. Took our Chameleon to Doctor Belshan several times to figure out what was wrong, her solution was to put our Chameleon on antibiotics. Doctor Belshan does not like to draw blood on reptiles and when x-raying she only x-rays a little tiny area on a small chameleon. Spent a couple hundred dollars there with no results and our chameleon almost died. Took our chameleon to Doctor Carry and she x-rayed the whole chameleon which, reveled some issues plus she did blood work which, reveled the root of the problem and now our chameleon is doing better. Going to Doctor Belshan was a waste of our money and I would not recommend taking a Chameleon to her. Read Less

Difficult to get face time with vet.  Seems like technicians do most of the work and advising.  Sure hope they know what they are talking about.  Did try grooming once, average cut, not worth the money, didn't go back.  Tried vet services one more time.  Vet acted like I was wasting her time.  In and out in under 2 minutes.  Vet tech did the rest.  Hope she gets paid well. I LOVE All Creatures! Dr Belshan was especially wonderful to us when we had to put down our beloved cat. She was gentle and sweet and took time to go over all the options we had and the practicality of each. I'm so thankful to the overall staff at All Creatures. Called @ 7 am, brought in my pet bunny, was checked in @ 7:15, ill pet, a sleepless night, 8 am doctor thoroughly explain and provided treatment and meds, giving meds good , force feeding no good , took him back and they feed & then explained how to do it again, but fortunately my bunn came home looking for food and no need to stress me or him.Barney is under 48 hr house arrest, until he resumes his food and liquids, has a very large crate, he can move around and stretch.I liked the attention given and they had tons of people @ 8 am and , when I went back @ 12:00pmWe love our pets! If you like that HMO feeling for health care this is place for you and your pet. Vet tech interviews you in the exam room. Then the Vet comes in and reads what tech wrote down without really asking questions. The Vet does there thing and the Vet is out of there fast. If you have any questions for the vet; you out of luck because you have got through the Vet tech again to ask the Vet any questions. I would recommend them if you like the HMO health care feeling for your pet, I don’t, I like to spend a little time talking to the doctor. They charge you for everything under the sun. Read Less

Today was my first time bringing my pets there. I brought in one of my bearded dragons and my furry feline. I was pretty impressed. The place was clean and even though it was fairly busy due to walk-ins, the staff still took their time with me and were super friendly. I appreciate that. It's also convenient that I can bring all my pets to one place. A lot of places don't specialize in reptiles as well as the usual domestic pets. Kudos to you guys for being able to do that. If I could give zero stars I would. I took my teacup Pomeranian here for a groom. The groomer was instructed to trim NOT shave my dog. This is the typical instruction I give groomers and it has never been a problem. Except at All Creatures, the groomer shaved him. He looks absolutely awful. Any professional groomer would know not to shave a Pom, as Poms have a very difficult time growing their hair back. I am deeply concerned that his hair will not grow back. Additionally they cut his stomach. They did not tell me this. I saw his stomach was bleeding on the way home in the car. Took him back to get the cut treated. The vet treated him for free...oh gee thanks...considering the groomer cut him. What a terrible, unprofessional place. Do not go here for a groom. I deeply regret my decision. Read Less
