I brought my German Giant Bearded Dragon in for an emergency and had a solution as well as all the information I needed in under an hour, as a first time visitor. They gave me a follow up phone call to check on my pet in a few days, and also sent me a post and abs abs later with all their information in case of further complications. You can trust your pets will be cared for here.

My dog has been kenneled for 4 years and never had an incident. The first and only time we have gone there, her nail gets completely torn off. They say she needs stitches. I tell them no, they can try to glue it but I am going somewhere else. They come back and put in stitches ANYWAY. They not only charge me for my dog getting hurt at their facility and under their care they also charge me for the boarding. Best part- the stitches came out 2 hours later. So yeah.. worst place ever and be careful boarding your dog at this location. I asked for a refund and they gave me STORE CREDIT for the stitches. Obviously I would NEVER return to such a terrible place so will never use a store credit. Unbelievable and an unforgettable experience.

After moving to Omaha a year ago I took my dog here for his allergy issues. They treated me and my dog like family. He most recently went in for shots and a teeth cleaning and again was treated like family. They were out of the t bones that I get my dog so they took from a bag they had and gave me a generous portion until they got more in. I will always take my dog here. Love this place.

I am always able to get appointments in a timely manner and there is never more than a minute or two wait when we arrive. Pricing is reasonable and the service is awesome! My pets have needed a few surgeries and after each one I received one or more phone calls to see how they're doing after I've brought them home - once even from Dr. Howard, from his home, on a holiday weekend - which meant the world to me! My big dogs and I are grateful for the great staff at this clinic!

The doctors here are wonderful and the staff so polite and help. Surgical team is quite excellent. I took my rabbit here to get spayed, and she's already up and happy 24 hours later. She doesn't have any issues at all it appears. I also take my dogs here for their care and they never seemed scared again after the first visit! Highly recommended!

I had been buying special food for my mom's old cat here for the past year because it was lower priced than the other veterinarians in the area. He passed away 2 weeks ago, tho, so when she got her new cat from the Humane Society she decided to have me take him here to get declawed instead of to her old veterinarian. They perform laser surgery instead of the old fashioned way with the scalpel. It was amazing how fast the cat recovered. I picked him up 2 days after his surgery was completed and he was walking and playing just fine. He wasn't in any pain and he was healing up wonderfully. I recommend this veterinarian to anyone looking for a good place to take their animals.

Rather then making it right treating my prize dog stated "over hormones from spay". He is a family man and hurts and kills those that there dogs r there families. Pray for my dog. No help had to find a new vet who stated the business is failing so took monetary corporate kickbacks. BEST CARE ANIMAL HOSPITAL DOES NOT FIT IN AT OMAHA NEBRASKA FAMILY VALUES.

Dr.'s Bosilevac and Howard (the only two I am very familiar with), are two of the most knowledgeable and capable Dr.'s I have ever met, and likely will ever meet. You & your furry/scaly/feathered/exotic family members are in the best of hands. :)

THE BEST! I am new to town and I have two Italian Greyhounds. I was nervous to take them to a new place, but we were needing updates on vaccines and I had a few other health concerns to ask about. I found Best Care on Yelp and read the great reviews. I saw that they are AAHA members (which is important to me!) and decided to give them a go. I am so glad I did because I had a really great experience. Walking into the 120th & Fort location , I was very pleased with how open and clean it was. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The technician, Megan, was fantastic! She is so sweet and talked to my dogs like I do (like sweet babies :) She was also great with my 18 month old busy bodied child too! How great is that?! Dr Michael Bosilevac was super wonderful too. So gentle and so warm and welcoming. He addressed my concerns and was able to show me pictures and draw diagrams of what was going on with my iggy. And, then he even took the extra time to go online to print off the information we discussed so that I could have it to take home to read more about. I love that! He was so gentle with my super anxious IG; Princeton didn't even notice that he was getting shots! Amazing! That just made my day because I hate getting shots too and always feel bad for my kids and dogs when I have to drag them to the Drs to get them. I would highly recommend this veterinarian office. Dr. Howard and Dr. Hebel are truly the best vets in Omaha and the staff at Best Care on L street has always been professional and supportive. From the first time I brough my Great Dane in until it was time to say goodbye I felt completely at ease with their suggestions and advice. They don't push unnecessary products, services, tests or procedures. The few times I needed to use another clinic due to being out of town or needing care on a Sunday, I would have sticker shock, as the exact tests and procedures would cost twice as much. Plus the other clinics never failed to push additional services and would make me feel like a bad dog parent for declining.I have tears in my eyes as I recall just how caring Best Care was with my Great Dane as we navigated her final few weeks. Before coming into the clinic, we googled her symptoms extensively and were convinced that all we needed were a few pills here and there. Dr. Howard immediately recognized her condition and helped us to recognize that a few pills were not going to extend her quality of life and that her dignified days were fleeting. I appreciate that Dr. Howard did not simply see an opportunity to sell us drugs. He gave us the facts and we were able to make the best decision for our dog.I strongly recommend Best Care for anyone searching for a vet that always has the best interest of the dog in mind. Dr. Howard and Dr. Hebel were exceptionally knowledgable and always prompt. I wouldn't entrust my dogs care to anyone else.

We bring all of our animals here. They are awesome. Once, I had to bring my little sheltie in because he wasn't felling too good. We found out he had kidney failure :-( Dr. Hebel was so awesome and helped me through putting my favorite doggie to sleep, since he would not get better and it would have been worse if we took him home. They are very supportive and caring and they also made a little paw print of him for me to keep.We also have other dogs we bring here too and for each animal, they are well cared for. Since they are sport dogs, we trust Dr. Hebel with her expertise.

He most recently went in for shots and a teeth cleaning and again was treated like family. She doesn't have any issues at all it appears. I also take my dogs here for their care and they never seemed scared again after the first visit! Highly recommended!

I am so glad I did because I had a really great experience. Walking into the 120th & Fort location , I was very pleased with how open and clean it was. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The technician, Megan, was fantastic! She is so sweet and talked to my dogs like I do (like sweet babies :) She was also great with my 18 month old busy bodied child too! How great is that?! Dr Michael Bosilevac was super wonderful too. So gentle and so warm and welcoming. He addressed my concerns and was able to show me pictures and draw diagrams of what was going on with my iggy. And, then he even took the extra time to go online to print off the information we discussed so that I could have it to take home to read more about. I love that! He was so gentle with my super anxious IG; Princeton didn't even notice that he was getting shots! Amazing! That just made my day because I hate getting shots too and always feel bad for my kids and dogs when I have to drag them to the Drs to get them. I would highly recommend this veterinarian office. Dr. Howard and Dr. Hebel are truly the best vets in Omaha and the staff at Best Care on L street has always been professional and supportive. From the first time I brough my Great Dane in until it was time to say goodbye I felt completely at ease with their suggestions and advice. They don't push unnecessary products, services, tests or procedures. The few times I needed to use another clinic due to being out of town or needing care on a Sunday, I would have sticker shock, as the exact tests and procedures would cost twice as much. Plus the other clinics never failed to push additional services and would make me feel like a bad dog parent for declining.I have tears in my eyes as I recall just how caring Best Care was with my Great Dane as we navigated her final few weeks. Before coming into the clinic, we googled her symptoms extensively and were convinced that all we needed were a few pills here and there. Dr. Howard immediately recognized her condition and helped us to recognize that a few pills were not going to extend her quality of life and that her dignified days were fleeting. I appreciate that Dr. Howard did not simply see an opportunity to sell us drugs. He gave us the facts and we were able to make the best decision for our dog.I strongly recommend Best Care for anyone searching for a vet that always has the best interest of the dog in mind. Dr. Howard and Dr. Hebel were exceptionally knowledgable and always prompt. I wouldn't entrust my dogs care to anyone else.

We bring all of our animals here. They are awesome. Once, I had to bring my little sheltie in because he wasn't felling too good. We found out he had kidney failure :-( Dr. Hebel was so awesome and helped me through putting my favorite doggie to sleep, since he would not get better and it would have been worse if we took him home. They are very supportive and caring and they also made a little paw print of him for me to keep.We also have other dogs we bring here too and for each animal, they are well cared for. Since they are sport dogs, we trust Dr. Hebel with her expertise.
