I adopted a young male rescue kitty about 6 months ago, after having lost a beloved 10-year old "daughter" and best friend kitty to cancer in December. Being new to Omaha, I had not yet gotten a new Vet Clinic for her when she started having symptoms that were concerning. I took her to a nearby clinic, where I was not taken seriously that she was even having symptoms, and in general was not treated with respect as someone who knew her cat. It took repeated visits to even get an xray done that showed a very large tumor. I was notified of her cancer by the treating doctor via email with a pathology report attached, and the message to call with any questions. To say the least, I was shocked at the coldness of such an approach. Sadly, she declined very quickly and I had her euthanized at home. I knew I would adopt another kitty but most definitely would need a new Vet clinic. The rescue group (Feline Friends) recommended the Completely Cat Clinic and their holistic approach to cat care, which sounded exactly what I wanted for my new kitty...and I am definitely not disappointed! The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and very caring. I have taken my new baby to the Completely Cat Clinic several times now, most recently due to a bladder infection that required emergency treatment, as urinary tract issues can be critical for young males. Dr. Tracy and the clinic team took outstanding care of my boy, and I felt completely confident in their care, which is saying something for me after the bad experience at the other clinic. Throughout, Dr. Tracy called me and talked with me to keep me informed, and I am very grateful to know that my little guy is in such good hands!!!! Read Less
