To start, I'm fairly inexperienced dealing with serious cat troubles. I began taking my cat to the specialists at CCC at the time a nodule was discovered on my first cat's belly. Sadly, it was malignant mammary cancer. After surgery, my Trixie girl had another three months. Dr. Tracy and Missy were compassionate, caring and helpful during those three months and at the end. Over the last 2+ years, I've since adopted a senior cat who has had his share of digestive and urinary issues. Duncan and I I've gotten to know all of the techs and both vets very well. For an extraordinarily busy clinic, they ALWAYS have time for my questions and have expertly managed the diagnoses and treatments necessary with such care that I believe to be unparalleled. Dr. Jones and her staff are the most kind people I have had the honor of knowing. We adopted a kitten from the humane society and he didn't do well from the start. Dr. Jones did EVERYTHING in her power to help our little guy. She made room in her busy schedule to see him. She gave him fluids and medications and special food at no cost. We have brought all 5 of our cats to this clinic for the past 15 years and will continue to do so! Dr. Jones and her staff actually care about your cat; your cat isn’t just a number, they are played with, cuddled with, extremely well taken care of. 1 of my cats had Downs, another had Leukemia, and our current “sick” cat has diabetes (and has had diabetes for years now). Taking on sickly cat cases made me want to be SURE that I found a vet of the highest quality, who would take the time to know me/my cats. I like having a vet who is gentle with the animals, doesn’t scare them, basically treats them as I’d want my kids treated at a doctor’s office. I have a 2 year old cat that adopted me, as he preferred the way I take care of him versus his previous owners that are neighbors.  These neighbors agreed that I could take him since he preferred being at my house, and they really didn't want him anyway.  Because of this I didn't have a great history of his vaccinations, etc., but was given some random paperwork the neighbor found so I had to rely on that.  In working with the NHS on licensing him, they looked at the paperwork and said he was only up to date on his rabies shots, so I made an appt with this clinic to bring him up to date.The car ride was traumatic on him, but once I got to the clinic he calmed right down.  It was so nice to know I wouldn't stress him out with barking dogs!  Dee was so terrific with handling him and going through my hodge podge mess of paperwork, just to find out the NHS gave me the wrong info and he was in fact up to date on his paperwork.  Grrrr.  While he was there we decided to chip him since he prefers to use mother nature's restroom versus his litterbox, so he's outside often.  Dr. Tracy was equally gentle with him and both listened to any concerns I had.  We agreed to have them give him a worm pill as a precaution, and unfortunately this really stressed him out.  He did well with the visit until it came to the pill.  Upon our return home he was extremely stressed and just not himself for a few days.  I expressed my concerns to Dee a few days after the visit, and she took the time to listen to his symptoms/behavior and provided some really great feedback as to what might help him get over this stress.  I really felt better after just talking to her as it gave me some hope to getting my cat back to normal.This is a great clinic with a very caring staff.  I highly recommend. I brought my cat in to get a sanitary shave under sedation after my normal vet stopped offering the service. I call her my "killer" because she's usually very vocal about her discontent at the vet. They get out falcon gloves to deal with her. To give shots, they need to give gas and air. The clinic today shaved her, no sedation. My kitty didn't make a peep. There were no claws, no biting. The falcon gloves never came out. There were no cat screams. I don't know what it was, but she seemed much more content in that atmosphere and was a super happy kitty all the way home. We were referred to Completely Cat by our old Vet! They had done what they could and felt we needed specialized care for our Tigger! Completely Cat has been nothing but wonderful! We worked with diet and med's for about 3 years! About 4 or 5 days ago Tigger took a turn for the worst! He stopped eating and we knew it was the beginning of the end! They were good with my new kitten however we were under the understanding that the first visit after adoption from the shelter would be free. We even asked in advance, but as we left, we were charged $118 for the visit. Which wouldn't have been so bad, if they would have just told us this up front, or at least before performing whatever things they charged us. Honesty is a big deal.Read Less

I adopted my first Cat from my niece. I fell in love with Zoe. She needed to be in a home where she would get some attention as opposed to her previous home with 2 other cats and a 120lb Doberman. I took Zoe to the Clinic to be groomed as she was very matted. They found Zoe to be diabetic. She only hung on with me another 2 weeks before I had to put her to sleep. This event happened in 2013.I took my cat in after she was fussy about eating.  After a few minutes of waiting in the lobby, I was ushered into a room and closed the door behind me.  The vet tech assigned to my cat, started to talk to me about what she thought was wrong.  I started asking, to me at least, some innocuous questions.  Such as, "Is this common, I have never heard of this illness before?"  The vet tech looked visibly angry and starting going off on a verbal tirade about how I shouldn't ask questions.  After a few minutes of her yelling, I got up and left and walked out of the room.  Dr. Jones was outside of the door and looked at my with some concern.  A few hours later Dr. Jones called me and apologized for the behavior of her vet tech.  Dr. Jones told me that she had heard everything and was appalled, and wanted to come into the room to break it up.  I asked her why she did not and said that she couldn't get away from a guest, but she could have excused herself for a moment.  She went over the treatment and diagnosis of my cat in a much more respectable way.  She asked if I could give her one more chance for a follow up.  I said no, as I had never been yelled at by an employee of a Vet clinic like that ever.  Another vet handles my pet care now.While I want to give one star to Completely Cat Clinic.  I am giving two stars for Dr. Jones for apologizing for the behavior of the staff.  Oh, and as a side note this vet tech still works there. I have taken my Gypsy Rose to Dr. Jones and the Cat Clinic since I got her at 6 weeks old. She was definitely not the easiest kitty to deal with but I truly believe they grew to love their "Gypsydoodle" as much as I did. After 2 years of fighting numerous and never ending health issues I was faced with the devastating news just 5 days ago that I sadly knew would come one day. Dr Jones and the entire staff were simply wonderful in helping me face the time had come that I needed to let my 14 yr old baby go. She spent all the time with me that I needed and gently walked me thru all my options and what would happen when Gypsy went home. She urged me to take Gypsy home for one final night together and what a sad but wonderful night we all had. Hours and hours of cuddles, outside time, her favorite people foods and wonderful memories caught on video and photos. Yesterday my hubby and I received the most beautiful card and flower from Dr Jones as she shares in our grief. What a blessing the Cat Clinic has been...not only in the past week or past 2 yrs of up and down sicknesses but since Day 1 when I walked in the door. My mother also has taken her cats to Dr Jones for years and we would not consider going anywhere else. When our hearts heal a bit and the time is right I have no doubt we will be back for the Cat Clinic to care for our future fur babies!Read Less

I took my cat in today to have him euthanized, obviously his health had taken control of him. My heart is broken and the drive to and from the clinic was treacherous. I think it would be a good ideal if the clinic had a service where they came to your home and picked up our loved ones. The drive to the clinic knowing what I was doing was almost more than I could bare and my driving suffered. I think it would be a good ideal and easier on the parents of their loved ones, if you were to come to our homes and picked them up. I do believe a fee would be warranted. The doctors and all the staff have been jewels. They have taken very good care of both of my cats. I have dealt with a lot of veterinarians in the past and this clinic is by far superior. Read Less

We are so blessed to have been told about this clinic! One of our cats has had challenges with her ears for years. We saw multiple vets, the last of which told us to put her down. We spent into the thousands on this problem with no solution. Two minutes with Dr Jones and she knew exactly what to do. We have our kitty back and I could not be more grateful. Best vets I have ever had! I wouldn't recommend anyplace but the CCC! From their knowledgeable staff to the 2 vets on site, we have had nothing but the best service! Our cat typically sees Dr Jones, who has always been great. We had to make an emergency appointment and they answered the phones before they even opened. We ended up having to put our 19 yr old cat down but Dr. Tracy made this horrible situation as easy as it could be. She was patient, kind and companionate!! They truly care about cats and people! I must echo the sentiments of Gail and Lsa.The clinic took the time to listen to us. Several other medicines had failed us during a recent ear-mite breakout, including Milbamite which is usually highly touted as being the most effective treatment. I was also very impressed with their compassion and the fact they did a follow-up phone call and again listened to any concerns, questions or comments we might have had.I highly recommend going here! This clinic is a dream come true! My kitty has been having some tummy problems his entire life and he's been to countless vets. Dr Jones was the first to diagnose him with IBS and recommend the correct medications and dietary changes he needed. And it's really helped! But that aside, the clinic was just really friendly and ready to do their job, which is kind of rare for vets. So many just want to rush you in and out and inflate the prices with pointless procedures. They covered all bases, gave my kitty the attention he needed and answered all of my questions and concerns, educating me in the process. Dr. Jones is what every vet should be - compassionate, kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. My mom has been going to her for a few years (she even helped out my cats, who live in Brooklyn, but made a special trip after my mom's rave reviews) and wouldn't consider going to anyone else for a second. The way Dr. Jones and her staff handled the passing of our terminally ill, much-loved kitty was truly special and meant so much to me and my mom. You can tell she cares, like REALLY HONESTLY GENUINELY cares, about each of her patients and their owners. It's such an amazing relief when you can really tell your vet and her staff care as much about your pet's wellbeing as you do.Their staff cats - like Peaches, the hairless cat, with whom I'm completely, unabashedly in love - make the place even more awesome. Just making sure this other customer wasn't confused with another clinic. Because i have had the best experience at the completely cat clinic, several of my family and friends have had great experiences here too. They front declawed my 13 pound cat and he did wonderfully. They cared for him like he was their own cat, and I was able to visit him while he was being hospitalized. They even called several days after the surgery to check up on him. I took my healthy cat to this clinic to get her declawed. They provide a laser method for declawing which is supposed to be a lot less painful, less healing time, and safer than the traditional surgery. Long story short, they killed my cat and could not explain what had happened and then told me "well we won't charge you for the procedure," can you say duh! I thought I was protecting my cat by taking her to a specialist, wow I was wrong. Read Less
