Paid for 3 months of services (the minimum required), but they refused to provide me services for that long. They REFUSED to do my 1 month followup labs and blood work. Unbelievable! I told them I was going to be changing my provider at the 3 month mark. Once I told them that they refused to offer me services for the remainder of the time I had paid for. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid. I really liked the doctor there. But the office itself and the management is a bunch of idiots. That's all there is to say.

The front office staff is awesome :) Whitney is the best and has the patience of a saint! Ask questions, get answers, do your own research too. Midwest Men's Clinic is the most reliable, professional, and knowledgeable clinic in this town for men's health and testosterone replacement therapy. Never trust a so called clinic that will give you a shot on your first visit without doing any blood work or labs, that is INSANE. If you're gonna do TRT, do it right, do it smart, and do it safe. Do it at Midwest Men's Clinic. I know I sound like a commercial, but my energy & stamina is through the roof compared to when I started this journey. My weight has stayed the same but I'm leaner, and dropped a pants size. And most importantly, my mood. I don't feel like I'm going through "man-opause". Thank you Whitney! Thank you Midwest Men's Clinic!

Number he gave me verbally was 100 points lower than the real score. He was just trying to sell me. Total scam. asked for insurance info to see if it was covered but billed my insurance $500 go this $15 special. Total tip off.

Have been in the program for 3 months. Regaining muscle mass and definition. Feeling better than I have in 20 years. Mood, concentration much improved; any depression symptoms eliminated. Intimate activity has peaks and valleys. If those get smoothed out, I will be back to give 5 stars. I recommend that anyone invest in the initial lab workup and consultation so one doesn't make a hasty decision without objective metrics. Recommend for any male 50 and over.

I told them I was going to be changing my provider at the 3 month mark. Once I told them that they refused to offer me services for the remainder of the time I had paid for. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid.
