I have been bringing my dogs here for nearly 10 years. The doctors are professional, compassionate, and have always provided excellent care. I have lived in the Millard area for 24 years. Morgan Pet Clinic has cared for all my pets with excellent care. Currently my 5 year old Jack Russell is in there care with pancreatitis and liver failure. They call daily to let me know how she is doing. I recently just started taking our two dogs to this clinic as we had just moved to this part of Omaha. At first I thought this was an amazing clinic they were always so kind to our dogs. Recently I noticed our dog has some issues that seemed like a possible UTI I was able to take a urine sample to the clinic and it came back positive and that her body was forming crystals so they put her on a antibiotic for two weeks right at the two week mark when she was done with her medicine I noticed she was not any better and she was worse crying when she would got potty and lots of blood in her urine. Took her in for xrays to notice she has 3 large stones that need surgically removed the clinics first available surgery was not until the 13th of February. I scheduled the surgery and noticed that night that she was getting worse called the vet and they kept telling me they were booked even the person on the phone had mentioned on her dog was scheduled on the 7th and that they had a lot of dental cleanings scheduled and the most they could do was put her on a steroid. Medicine is not going to help she needs them removed. They would not even try to fit my dog in I had to call another clinic on a Saturday that said they would do the surgery Monday morning. With all this being said I am not sure if I will be going back to Morgan Pet Clinic when they thought it was ok for my dog that was already in pain to wait another 3 weeks to have stones removed that could become lodged or even cause her kidney failure. I picked this place because it was close to my home (but I should have done more research). The doctors were nice here (why it's 2 stars instead of 1), but the rest of the staff is incredibly disorganized and inconsistent and completely indifferent to it. Complaints by others here that it takes a long time to check in are completely valid. I waited for almost 15 minutes past my appointment time behind a client who was already at the desk because only one of the staff was doing it, even though several of them were standing around the back. Then when I did get checked in, the time between when I was put in the room and my pets were actually seen was about half an hour. I have a cat which is urinating too much so I call with questions about a UTI. They give me instructions for collecting a urine sample using popcorn in a litter box, which I did, but when I dropped it off with the $25 fee, they told me there was too much popcorn dust in it and couldn't get anything out of it. They suggest I bring him in for a diabetes test and quoted me a price of $200+ rather than trying antibiotics. When I said I'd like to try the antibiotics, the staff member's tone changed to annoyed. Two weeks of antibiotics (7 pills) will run you $29. The antibiotics seemed to work but then the urinating and thirst was back so i asked for more antibiotics, since UTIs are tough to get rid of, and the staff proceeded to give me grief, that they needed a urine sample first and saying I should really do the diabetes test. I said I can't afford to spend $200 on a test to which they said it was only $15 and they have no idea where I got the idea it was $200. After a second round of antibiotics, I called back to schedule the glucose test. I asked the person taking the appointment to confirm the $15 price. She said it'd be $40 for the exam and then "whatever the cost" for the test. I said that's not what I was told before. The response was she didn't know and would have to talk to someone about it and made no move to do so or suggest actually doing so. Anyhow, I would not recommend this place unless money, time and patience is limitless in your life. I've taken advice from friends and am trying a new vet.Read Less

We have used Morgan Pet Clinic for many years; however, this time they really dropped the ball. Our cat was really suffering--tests were run, and we continued to return for several weeks; however, the real problem was not found. The office staff did not relay messages. Once when I called, I was put on hold and they never did come back to the phone. I called on another line to reach them!!! They would tell me one thing and say they would call me back, but they did not call--I had to again call them!! We finally went to a different vet who immediately found the problem and operated on our beloved pet. At long last, he is returning to health!! Valuable time was wasted, and it could have had grave circumstances for our cat. Read Less

I would like to thank Morgan pet clinic for all of their help today. Our lab Oakley accidentally ate a fishing lure on our walk, and I raced him there in a panic and they quickly acted to make sure they did everything they could as well as calm me down. I could see the worry and concern on their faces which truly meant a lot knowing my dog was being cared for by people who really care for the animals best interest. Morgan Pet Clinic is the best clinic in Omaha PERIOD. Dr. Morgan and Dr. Clark are fantastic but the rest of the staff make for a phenomenal experience! The girl at the front desk is very knowledgeable and friendly. The girls in the back are very helpful and treat the pets as their very own. The technicians are great!
