Nebraska Equine Veterinary Clinic

Omaha, Nebraska
General Info
The Nebraska Equine Veterinary Clinic is a reliable and loving resource for families in Omaha. The Nebraska Equine Veterinary Clinic, located in Omaha, also doubles as a teaching center to instill confidence in Nebraska pet families through education by milestone progress tracking. The initial appointments target environmental acclimatization, allowing pets to become accustomed to sounds, lights, and the surrounding setup. From the moment an animal enters the examination space, a veterinarian would closely monitor its gait patterns and social responses while taking note of hesitation zones and observing breath rhythms in conjunction with tactile reactivity. Veterinary physical examinations observe the animal coat’s condition, hydration status, gum coloration, limb functionality, joint sensitivity and abdominal muscular tone. It also examines muscular stability and balance. The “intake picture” is depicted through owner feedback regarding recent habits of appetite, grooming, interaction, or vocalization to establish the next step. Nebraska Equine Veterinary Clinic offers a range of structured services, including lab panels with dental and surgical recovery setup, age-coordinated diagnostics, and preventative wellness plans. Every milestone of the service is explained in detail and tools to track progress are provided for multi-visit plans. The team also aids owners in interpreting animal body language during recovery and identifying behaviors that indicate whether the pet is ready for home treatment or not. Follow-up visits are scheduled based on key behavioral events rather than time passage. The ability to observe sleep habits, eye contact length, surface preference, and mobility levels assists owners in providing contextual information at return check-ins. This way, leadership is ensured, and decisions are made consistently. Nebraska Equine Veterinary Clinic establishes a clinical partnership with Omaha and Nebraska pet families where knowledge patience and visibility stand at the forefront ensuring care becomes an active collaboration starting from the first day. Some popular services at this facility include diagnostics, acupuncture, ultrasound, internal medicine, equine care, orthopedic surgery, boarding and behavioral counseling emergency care and cardiology. The clinic’s supportive and reassuring attitude ensures pet owners’ confidence and peace of mind regardless of the veterinary care needs. The team continuously strives for growth and community involvement to ensure that pets all over Omaha and beyond (the United States) have access to quality healthcare.

The internal staff of this organization is less than desirable-very arrogant in my opinoin. Why would any organization allow their internal staff to disrupt their services? The office manager compounds the bungled communication with calling me a liar. Who calls a customer a liar? I have had good association with Dr. Black and Dr. Tomlinson but....it's not worth having to deal with the staff and that office manager, in my opinoin. The staff is very good at getting your credit card number I must say that. Read Less
