My dog went in for a spay and lump removal. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable trusting my dog in their care. Christina answered my questions when I called to check on her and was very nice. When we went back for a recheck Christina was excited to see my dog and my dog was happy to see her and gave her kisses. She even noticed small grooming details that had changed since her surgery date.
It's nice to feel like the small details matter. The fact she remembered with all the dogs sees daily was an added bonus.

If you want your animals cared for in a friendly manner, you go here. It's just that simple. I've been going here for a long time, and took a friend of mine's dog there because he couldn't afford to get him taken care of, and these people are so outstanding! They treat the animals as if they were their own pets, and they do not rip you off with expensive test that are not needed often times. I can't speak highly enough for Northwest Animal Hospital

I decided to try this vet because I could walk to it. My truck is in the shop and it was time for Fiona's yearly checkup. Boy am I glad I did. The office staff is phenomenal and the doctor was thorough and super nice. The vet answers questions I didn't think to ask, but I am so glad he answered my unspoken questions. Fiona had absolutely NO love for vet visits and while this one was no different, they were gentle with her as much as they could be. They drew blood from her neck instead of her paw and that made a huge difference, she didn't even flinch. However the temperature taking set her off and the worst for her is getting her nails clipped. You would think somebody was killing her when her nails get clipped, but unlike most places they persevered and got it done. A lot of places just say they can't do and stop. The best part is that have pet care plans that are super affordable. I got a 1 year plan that includes 3 nail clippings, teeth cleaning, any future office visit for the year will not cost anything, I would just have to pay for any meds or treatment they provide. It also included her vaccinations all for $38 a month plus a $49 one time fee. Oh yeah, I also get 15% off food, flea and tick pills and worm shots. While Fiona still does not love the vet, I heart out new vet and unfortunately I don't think Fiona will ever come around.

Originally took my cat in about two months ago because he was not eating, they ran tests they told me he needed to be on special food that only they could provide. WRONG. my cat continued to get worse and after many visits this place took him to another vet to find out he had cancer and would have to be put down as it was to far gone. They said if this was found out two months ago he probably could have been saved. This place will just milk you for all the cash they can and let your pet suffer and eventually die.

We have been taking all of our pets here for several years, they always manage to get us in even on short notice and the prices are more than reasonable. Yesterday we had our new deaf and abused rescue dog in for his annual vaccinations, bloodwork, exam and nail trim. Dr. Kielian was amazingly patient and gentle with our little guy even as he was acting out in fear. I can't say enough nice things about both of the vets and the entire staff, they have always been kind and professional!

Highly recommend! Very affordably priced and weren't pill pushers. I really appreciated the holistic and honest care they gave to my dog. I definitely suggest you use this clinic.

But the vet herself was great w my babies so that's why I keep coming back to her. That's why I transfered them from a bigger place to this smaller more hommie location. Thanks.

Originally took my cat in about two months ago because he was not eating, they ran tests they told me he needed to be on special food that only they could provide. WRONG. my cat continued to get worse and after many visits this place took him to another vet to find out he had cancer and would have to be put down as it was to far gone. They said if this was found out two months ago he probably could have been saved. This place will just milk you for all the cash they can and let your pet suffer and eventually die.

We have been taking all of our pets here for several years, they always manage to get us in even on short notice and the prices are more than reasonable. Yesterday we had our new deaf and abused rescue dog in for his annual vaccinations, bloodwork, exam and nail trim. Dr. Kielian was amazingly patient and gentle with our little guy even as he was acting out in fear. I can't say enough nice things about both of the vets and the entire staff, they have always been kind and professional!
