I have a dog and two cats. The last vet I went to was good but they could never fit me in for appointments and the wait time would very long when I did get in..... Since I have started going to this office they have always been able to accommodate me. I also have never had to wait very long to get into my appointments. They remembered me after my first visit which was awesome. I could tell that they truly care for the animals and that they take pride in their jobs. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is accommodating, courteous, and professional. I also have had to board my dog over the weekend while I went out of town. This was hard for me as I am very particular when it comes to the care of my dog. I never worry about my dog when I go out of town if she has to stay with my vet. I know they will take great care of her and it only costs $20.00 per night!! That is a great deal. I would recommend my vet to anyone!! Keep up the great work. Read Less

This vet is amazing and so are the ladies who work there. We have taken our puppy in 4 times now and it is always fast, cost friendly, and the people who work there are friendly. Even when I forgot an appointment they were nothing but helpful to get it rescheduled. Read Less

Outstanding experience! Yesterday my best friend was hit by a car (she's ok outside of bruising and emotional distress). The doctor saw us immediately. He and his staff were gentle and inexpensive. My 6 month old puppy, Stella was spayed and micro-chipped today and our experience was outstanding! The 2 women at the front desk were very helpful, from the moment I walked in the door (yesterday afternoon), to greeting me with a smile for the early morning drop off. They even called me with status update as soon as the procedure was complete! When I came in to settle up, the ladies thoroughly explained everything for the next few days of care, and made sure I was all set before we left (less than a six hour wait from start to finish). Dr. Berglund has seen our lab puppy (6 months old) and cat (9 years old) quite a few times. Every experience has been great, and I have referred them to anyone I know with a pet. We used to live in Minneapolis, and I feel the service we have received here has FAR surpassed what we used to get.
