Heartland Pet Hospital is a companion animal hospital with two locations (Bellevue & Papillion) and convenient hours to serve your pet's needs. Our
primary focus is wellness and preventative medicine that starts with your puppy or kitten and continues into their senior years. Our programs help your furry
family member live longer, happier, healthier lives. In addition to offering exams,
vaccinations, spays and neuters, some of our other services include: digital
radiography, chemotherapy, soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, nutrition
counseling, dental cleanings, ultrasonography and in house blood analyzers.
Bellevue Hours: Monday 7:30am to 7:00pm; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
7:30am to 5:30pm; Friday 7:30am to 6:30pm.
Papillion Hours: Monday 7:30am to 6:30pm, Tuesday 7:30am to 7:00pm,
Wednesday & Thursday 7:30am to 5:30pm, Friday 7:30 am to 6:30pm
Saturday 8:00am to 11:00am.

The doctor and one of the vet tech's were very kind and I appreciate that. However, the vet tech assistant was particularly unfriendly, which is unusual. Everyone I have ever met at this clinic has been very open and friendly, with the exception of this individual. Even my cat could tell the difference between the friendly staff members, and this vet tech assistant.

I am very new to the area and had a very sick doggie. While juggling a PCS move with my three children, in a town where we know no one, living in an empty house for a month before we receive our belongings, having also two sick children and with a husband overseas, my sweet Bear became ill. As I cried in the exam room because I’m overwhelmed by everything, including the bloody doggie diarrhea now covering my back seat of my car, the staff showed no compassion for my situation... or my dog. I had $190 to my name and they had already charged me $176. I was down to $15 and they knew this. I was very upfront with my situation upon entering the appointment. They still pushed me for a medication for which I was $11 short. This is all the money I have to my name for the next few days. There was no human decency or compassion whatsoever. They were more focused on spitting out lines from the agreement I signed than hearing my pain and concern for my dog. I ended up having to sign up for their $200 minimum credit card to cover the $11 I needed for the medicine, which I told them I could pay in 36 hours but they refused to help. I will not bring my pets back here and will not recommend this place to anyone I know. See More

I've been taking my cats and dogs to this clinic for years and they give excellent treatment and care to my pets. They've seen my pets for exams and immunizations (dogs and cats), respiratory problem...
I've been taking my cats and dogs to this clinic for years and they give excellent treatment and care to my pets. They've seen my pets for exams and immunizations (dogs and cats), respiratory problems and an eye injury (cat) and a hip injury (dog) and every service received has been outstanding. Thank you for your great care!

These folks take great care of our furry family members! We were very concerned with finding a Vet we would trust when we were planning our move here from Wyoming. Our Vet out there was awesome and we were concerned because one of our dogs has had some health problems. We had a no charge "get to know you" visit and we were very impressed with the staff. Since then we have had everything from the routine Vet appointments to one of our dogs having a TPLO surgery. That scared us because we didn't know them all that well yet, but they took incredible care of our girl and she has healed better than we thought possible. This clinic, from the Techs to the Vets do great work and truly seems to care. Their technology is better than many physician clinics I have worked with! Your pets are in great hands with these folks!

The doctor and one of the vet tech's were very kind and I appreciate that. However, the vet tech assistant was particularly unfriendly, which is unusual. Everyone I have ever met at this clinic has been very open and friendly, with the exception of this individual. Even my cat could tell the difference between the friendly staff members, and this vet tech assistant.

I am very new to the area and had a very sick doggie.
