I believe our dog saw Dr Harvey.. Normally she sees Dr klone.. Dr harvey, I felt, performed a poor wellness exam. My wife and I even expressed our dogs allergy's and ear infection problems and she barely spent any time on those areas. It felt as though we were just rushed through and felt our dog didn't get the best care. Unless you are seeing Dr klone, I wouldn't recommend this clinic.. Read Less

Basically been taking my pets here since it opened. I moved out of state for a few years and just recently came back, they kept my pets' records, and just wanted me to email the updated records to them. They are amazingly personable, they get to know not only your pets, but also you awn an owner and customer. Inexpensive compared to the other vets I've taken my dogs to. Just wanted to give a big thank you to Dr Klone and her staff! Our dog had stage 2 cancer, they were able to remove the tumor and she is now cancer free! We had the surgery done back in August. Our dog is a completely different dog, she's back to eating so much more then she use to, is actually usually in the same room we are, and is back to acting like a 2 year old pup (she's 8) who loves to run circles in the backyard again! My 4 month old German Shepherd was vomiting for 4 days and wouldn't stop. Doctor klone helped diagnose her with intussusception, which basically means her intestines were knotted up. They performed surgery and took amazing care of the! They answered my phone calls and helped with all of my questions! They continue to take great care of our sweet puppy and she loves to see them! I recently had to board my dog Phoebe for 10 days at Tomorrow's and was very nervous as my pekingese is extremely clingy to me and will refuse to eat when I'm away.. I called later that afternoon and all was good.. she was eating and had done well all afternoon.. Later that night I received a picture from Colleen who works there and it was just precious.. she had brought her a big comfy bed and was playing music for her..even receiving kisses from my little girl :) Every morning I called and every morning one of the staff would happily give me updates on her progress... New in town and they made my dog very comfortable with lots of affection and me comfortable with their professionalism. Staff expedited the paperwork for me on my initial inquiry visit so that let them wholly focus on my dog during his appointment. That meant less stress for both of us and a positive experience visiting the Doggy Doctor., which is always good! I had a few random questions about a new product and the vet was informed and able to communicate to me answers so that I could understand, didn't talk over my head.I recommend. Hope this helps. You get what you pay for in vet care for your pet/family member. I know whenever we take our dogs here they are well cared for and loved if we can't be with them. The staff is great about explaining options to us. At times it is a tad pricey, but I can't say that I have found another facility that isn't and these people truly care for the well being of our dogs! Read Less

I have never felt the need to give a bad review but feel I must in this situation. I brought my pet in and they charged me nearly $200 without any warning even when I called repeatedly to check on him and get the cost. As bad as that was, that isn't why I'm giving the bad review. The woman who checked me out was rude and raised her voice at me and also muttered "never mind, it's not even worth it" under her breath while going over options (she didn't give me any, I still had to pay the ridiculous bill). All I can say is if you are going to take your pets here, be prepared to pay out the wazoo and if you question it, be prepared to be confronted with a rude receptionist. Have never been a cat person. Bonded with a 9 month old kitten after a horrible tour overseas. The kitten was shortly diagnosed with bone marrow leukemia. A blood transfusion and several medications and we knew that she could not live through anymore proceedures. My wife's heart broke and for the first time I fell apart over such an amazing animal. Dr. Morrow talked us through our entire process of laying our sweet Alice to sleep. First a sedation so she would not feel anymore pain. And then a muscle relaxer to stop the heart. Our baby fell asleep painlessly and for the first time I knew she was in a better place. Although we missed her dearly and her early departure made us feel even more shattered- the staff acknowledged our loss and made sure to check in with us through cards and a phone call. They care. It's not about a quick buck - they'd rather be your lifelong choice than rake in the big pay day. That's what makes us come from the far side of Lincoln to Waverly. I would highly recommend taking your pet(s) to Tomorrow's Veterinary Care. I drive here from Lincoln, as I have found this clinic to offer the best care and treatment when compared to others I have used. They are wonderful with my cats, and the doctor and staff are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. They take their time in the exam room, and are always happy to answer my questions.
